When I caught this error and asked for a refund of my $110 fee or to speak with the doctor, the administrator refused and pointed me to the door. I had to ask them to call the police to document this medical negligence. I never even saw the doctor to discuss this error, yet they still charged my VSP insurance, stealing my benefits for the entire year. This place is dangerous, unprofessional, and fraudulent.
