The description stated they were 17 (seventeen) inches tall by 8 FEET. They were actually 7 inches tall. They were also missing over half of the panels. After arguing with me, threatening to ban me, they finally agreed to the written terms that they showed me stating new items can be returned. However, when they went to process the return, I was only getting credit for one of the items and they were only giving me credit for the sale price not sales tax which was paid. I was told they had to reach out to their corporate office. They refused to give me any type of written documentation regarding my return. They expected me to just leave their facility based on their word of refunding me $126.00. When I asked if the manager would at least write some type of note on my receipt, she refused and asked me to leave immediately. I was not rude, I didn't raise my voice nor curse. I just simply wanted a refund since the item was not as described. The manager even got a ruler out and measured the items. She agreed that the items weren't as described but was still balking on the refund.

Dr. Pennell will take plenty of time to explain procedures and conditions to his patients, and even explained the science behind why some contacts are more comfortable than others to me. There was also no pressure for my to purchase contacts of glasses from them, once I explained that I preferred to buy them online.

I was sad when many vision insurance changed and I could no longer go there. After Walmart I tried Lens Crafters which I hated! Comparing this place with both of those places, the doctor is way friendlier. They have convenient times for appointments. They're cheaper than Lens Crafters, but not as cheap as Walmart... or maybe it's just that they don't have as large of a selection as Walmart. One thing they do differently is that you don't look at the wall to find your own glasses. You give them some information on what you'd like, then they bring you a bunch of glasses to try. I can't decide if I like this better or not but I did get glasses that I like and I didn't take nearly as long picking them out since I didn't have to find them on my own. Overall I'd say I like this place over most Eye Doctors and would recommend them to anyone.
