Lenox Coffee is one of the few places in Lenox that is open every day and has Wi-Fi. The WiFi is solid with plenty of outlets so it's a great spot to get some work done. I came here almost every other day during my stay in Lenox. Service and drinks are consistently great. Pastries are also pretty good - I especially like the lemon scone

Small cafe, don't get the chai! Idk if it's the chai or the espresso it was horrible, I ordered a dirty chai (2shots of espresso). I used almond milk (which I always do) it was very watered down tasting. My sisters also had their chai lattes. The hot chocolate my mom got was the best thing we got!

I came here with my family on a trip to visit my grandparents in The Berkshires. They didn't have any dairy and gluten-free options, although they had gluten-free options and dairy-free options. They also didn't have a big selection of dairy-free milk available in the fridge. The employee at the register was friendly and pretty cool and the large decaf almond milk latte was pretty good. I would definitely come back again because the coffee was delicious.

I had a maple latte, and my daughter had the hot chocolate. They even put a fancy design on top of hers! Both were delicious. Great service. I would highly recommend.

Cute little coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered the cafe latte and chai latte and both were delicious. We got ours to go but I would recommend having it there because their coffee cups seemed larger than their to go cups and they create cool designs in their hot coffees.

A really cute space to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Stopped in to use the restroom and got an iced coffee. The employees didn't really seem engaged but were helpful when I asked questions. There isn't really a menu posted so I was sure what I could potentially order so I played it safe. The iced coffee was a little bitter for my liking, not sure how fresh it was. The pastries did look good, but I wasn't too hungry. Not my favorite coffee shop I've visited, but willing to give it another shot if I find myself in town again.

The chai wasn't fresh. It was sold to us under the auspices that we'd get a fresh chai tea bag. But I was there as it was being made. It was a syrup that was poured into hot water. I wish it was accurately described to us. Unlike the chai, my mocha latte was well made, however. I even got that fancy milk pour. I don't have a problem with that. All in all it's a beautiful coffee shop tucked in the village of Lenox. It was hard to find. It was a expensive for the chai. Stick to the coffee and you will have a better experience.

On top of that, I asked twice for my plain black iced coffee, and it didn't show up until after I finished eating, which kind of defeated the purpose of ordering it. It genuinely felt like the staff was more focused on chatting with each other than taking care of customers. The vibe from the employees was also not great. When I mentioned I was vegetarian, I got a reaction that felt really judgmental and dismissive, which made me uncomfortable. When I asked for the Wi-Fi, I got hit with a snarky, "Do you not see the sign?" while they pointed at something completely hidden. The whole thing came off as really passive-aggressive. Overall, the service felt rude and unwelcoming, the food was cold, and the drink situation was just annoying. I left feeling like I had spent money just to be treated poorly. I've actually given this place a few chances, because I do like the aesthetics, but the food and service are just not good. The food is bland, and I don't feel like paying $20 for something that tastes like cardboard. ALSO I ordered a kale salad and the kale wasn't even massaged. It was just straight up kale dressing and a few pumpkin seeds. This was $17 by the way.

Most recently my husband and I split a turkey club crepe, French onion crepe and seasonal strawberry rhubarb crepe. All brilliant. 2 years ago when we came through we had the French toast breakfast crepe (which included eggs and bacon inside it) which I still think about because it was delicious, but so confusing that those flavors were so good together. The little salad given with the lunch crepes is appreciated too. This spot is usually pretty busy. You order at the counter, take a number and sit. They have a fridge of tap water carafes you can grab for your table and they will bring the kitchen items out to you. Sometimes there's an in shop singer. It's a nice space with flowers, art and local interest items as decor. The only uncomfortable moment is it bottlenecks a lot by the order counter and can be crowded there.

The service was so friendly and so efficient. Since my friends and I are doing "dry January" we order faux mimosas...which we made ourselves at the table...sparkling water and orange juice. We had coffee and teas (a good selection of teas!) The two best items we tried were the Full Stack Lemon Ricotta Pancakes & the Eggs Benedict with Avocado, Bacon & Brie Eggs Benedict. The pancakes were lemony and creamy and not too sweet. The Benedict was savory, the poached eggs were perfectly cooked (runny), and the English muffins were toasted to perfection. The avocado and bacon and Brie was so savory and creamy and in sync with the hollandaise sauce. SO GOOD! We also had the Sweet Potato Bacon Hash, which tasted delicious but the texture was a little mashed potato-like. I wished the potatoes had a bit more structure. The Corned Beef Hash (side) was not special, just basic corned beef hash. Large fruit plate was fresh with a great variety of fruit! I will come back again for sure!

NOT HERE!!! Menu isnt giant, but had lots of options, OMG - Let me warn you, The chicken sausage (you get 2) is GIANT... Like the size of burgers, I wish they had told us how big because the hubby and I both got an order. Everything was really good, Lemon Ricotta pancakes were so subtle in all flavors yet really good, not over powering just delish. The historic…read moremansion was recently (beautifully!) renovated to create a cozy bar, various dining spaces, and fireplace lounge seating tucked throughout the rambling first floor rooms, plus elegant sleeping quarters located on the upper floors. We enjoyed dinner before an event, then returned afterward for late-evening cocktails next to the fireplace, and we can attest that there is no other space that feels like Dulu in the entire Lenox/Stockbridge/Lee area! The vibe is classic yet modern, intimate, but also a little bit edgy, with a funky eclectic decor and quiet club music playing in the background - a perfect mix of Berkshires elegance plus contemporary urban sophistication! We shared several items for dinner, and felt that all were well-executed and very enjoyable - including an excellent spice-rubbed shrimp appetizer with fresh green s'chug for dipping, a bright shaved Brussels & manchego salad (which would have benefitted from just a pinch more salt), a perfectly-prepared thick hunk of salmon with crispy skin & bitter greens, and an interesting squash gnocchi with sausage and rosemary (which would have benefitted from a final light splash of acid - perhaps a squeeze of lemon or a few drops of champagne vinegar). Cocktails and wine pairings were EXCELLENT - this bar staff really knows what they're doing! Service was kind and efficient, and we were truly made to feel welcome. Prices are definitely at the higher end, but we felt that the quality of the food and beverages we enjoyed, plus the INCREDIBLE Dulu atmosphere, more than justify the cost. Thank you, Dulu - we will definitely be back!

He served up multiple mocktails and cocktails with aplomb and even pulled off a ginger and lychee combination that shouldn't have worked but was delish. Almost everything else missed the mark. Staff should know to de-vein shrimp before sending out skewers. They should also know what "black and blue" means if they're serving steak. Another table ordered it and five staff members huddled around a phone at the bar to look it up like they were searching for Pokémon. The orecchiette had perfect texture, but truffle oil made half the plate inedible. The Persian crispy rice, the dish I was most looking forward to, was a complete let down. The rice was well cooked, but the eggplant filling was nearly flavorless and the meager amount of smoked tomato couldn't save it. The roasted mushroom board was good though we improved it ourselves by spreading leftover s'chug from the shrimp skewers onto the bread and layering the mushrooms on top. It also had truffle for some reason. Why? Dulu has the right ingredients to be top tier. This just wasn't their night. The bartender rescued the evening. Give that man a raise.
