We were touring around the town and came across Shots. We do like local establishments. Cute space with a huge menu for coffees/teas and bakery items. A bit tight to move through but in and out pretty quick. Thanks

It is small cafe. very cozy. I ordered the spinach feta roll and ot was so good that I ordered one more and ate it. We did not have too much time. I would certainly go again if I am in the area

Stopped on a whim at 1 pm on a Tuesday. Grabbed a biscotti, hot cocoa and latte. No one else was in the store which was modern looking and filled with delectable looking pastries. We sat outside sipping our ordinary drinks and munching on my yummy but rock-hard biscotti as the sitting area slowly filled up. People even ordered ice cream on such a cold but sunny day--it must be good. The owner came out when we sat down and started the outdoor heater which was nice. I'd return but remember to dunk my biscotti instead of almost breaking my teeth!

We came for brunch on a fairly gloomy day but caught the sunshine just in time to be able to enjoy their outdoor seating. There are probably 5-7 small tables in front of the cafe with just 1 seating area inside. For such a small cafe, their menu is a good size with multiple options for breakfast, lunch, dessert, smoothies or bakery goods. I ordered the Liliana eggs and my friend ordered the Lox Benedict. Both were delicious and the eggs were cooked to perfection. Our iced coffees were light and we stayed for a dessert crepe as well. I got a loaf of chocolate bread to go. They now offer ice cream as well, which I'd love to try next time. It seems to be run entirely by a couple, so you have to be patient with ordering. They did get overwhelmed today with too many orders and ended up declining orders eventually; they may be short staffed due to COVID. Both people are sweet and friendly and appreciate the patronage I'm sure! As an NYC girl, small cafes are a favorite and I'll definitely be back to this one.

I think the food and bakery are excellent! Coffee tasted a bit watery.. staff were nice and kind.

Ordered a crepe and chai latte for an earlyish breakfast. The latte was a bit small for the price but the lemon crepe was great and everything was made quickly (although there were not many customers). Chose to eat on a bench down the street because it had rained and the furniture was not wiped off for customers even though there were umbrellas.

We came here after having a very mediocre breakfast and needed some real coffee. My only complaint is that we didn't go to Shots earlier during our weekend to the Berkshires. It was the best coffee we had AND they had breakfast (for some reason, this was a bit of a challenge... you either had to get good coffee at a coffee house and then breakfast elsewhere; breakfast places had watered down coffee and coffee places only had muffins). Shots Cafe had a large selection of pastries, macarons, and a full menu. They also make great (translation: STRONG) espresso and cappuccino. The interior is nicely decorated and very clean. There also is outdoor seating. My BF and I will definitely be coming back here when we return to the Berkshires.

Check out this little gem in Lenox, Massachusetts. Great coffee, teas, breakfast and lunch. We had the Eggs Benedict with spinach, comes with a salad on the side. Yum!!

    Mmmm.

On top of that, I asked twice for my plain black iced coffee, and it didn't show up until after I finished eating, which kind of defeated the purpose of ordering it. It genuinely felt like the staff was more focused on chatting with each other than taking care of customers. The vibe from the employees was also not great. When I mentioned I was vegetarian, I got a reaction that felt really judgmental and dismissive, which made me uncomfortable. When I asked for the Wi-Fi, I got hit with a snarky, "Do you not see the sign?" while they pointed at something completely hidden. The whole thing came off as really passive-aggressive. Overall, the service felt rude and unwelcoming, the food was cold, and the drink situation was just annoying. I left feeling like I had spent money just to be treated poorly. I've actually given this place a few chances, because I do like the aesthetics, but the food and service are just not good. The food is bland, and I don't feel like paying $20 for something that tastes like cardboard. ALSO I ordered a kale salad and the kale wasn't even massaged. It was just straight up kale dressing and a few pumpkin seeds. This was $17 by the way.

Most recently my husband and I split a turkey club crepe, French onion crepe and seasonal strawberry rhubarb crepe. All brilliant. 2 years ago when we came through we had the French toast breakfast crepe (which included eggs and bacon inside it) which I still think about because it was delicious, but so confusing that those flavors were so good together. The little salad given with the lunch crepes is appreciated too. This spot is usually pretty busy. You order at the counter, take a number and sit. They have a fridge of tap water carafes you can grab for your table and they will bring the kitchen items out to you. Sometimes there's an in shop singer. It's a nice space with flowers, art and local interest items as decor. The only uncomfortable moment is it bottlenecks a lot by the order counter and can be crowded there.

The service was so friendly and so efficient. Since my friends and I are doing "dry January" we order faux mimosas...which we made ourselves at the table...sparkling water and orange juice. We had coffee and teas (a good selection of teas!) The two best items we tried were the Full Stack Lemon Ricotta Pancakes & the Eggs Benedict with Avocado, Bacon & Brie Eggs Benedict. The pancakes were lemony and creamy and not too sweet. The Benedict was savory, the poached eggs were perfectly cooked (runny), and the English muffins were toasted to perfection. The avocado and bacon and Brie was so savory and creamy and in sync with the hollandaise sauce. SO GOOD! We also had the Sweet Potato Bacon Hash, which tasted delicious but the texture was a little mashed potato-like. I wished the potatoes had a bit more structure. The Corned Beef Hash (side) was not special, just basic corned beef hash. Large fruit plate was fresh with a great variety of fruit! I will come back again for sure!

NOT HERE!!! Menu isnt giant, but had lots of options, OMG - Let me warn you, The chicken sausage (you get 2) is GIANT... Like the size of burgers, I wish they had told us how big because the hubby and I both got an order. Everything was really good, Lemon Ricotta pancakes were so subtle in all flavors yet really good, not over powering just delish. The owner/Manager/Chef even came over to chat and check in, great service all around, great portions and great prices. Would definitely come back when we come back!

The historic…read moremansion was recently (beautifully!) renovated to create a cozy bar, various dining spaces, and fireplace lounge seating tucked throughout the rambling first floor rooms, plus elegant sleeping quarters located on the upper floors. We enjoyed dinner before an event, then returned afterward for late-evening cocktails next to the fireplace, and we can attest that there is no other space that feels like Dulu in the entire Lenox/Stockbridge/Lee area! The vibe is classic yet modern, intimate, but also a little bit edgy, with a funky eclectic decor and quiet club music playing in the background - a perfect mix of Berkshires elegance plus contemporary urban sophistication! We shared several items for dinner, and felt that all were well-executed and very enjoyable - including an excellent spice-rubbed shrimp appetizer with fresh green s'chug for dipping, a bright shaved Brussels & manchego salad (which would have benefitted from just a pinch more salt), a perfectly-prepared thick hunk of salmon with crispy skin & bitter greens, and an interesting squash gnocchi with sausage and rosemary (which would have benefitted from a final light splash of acid - perhaps a squeeze of lemon or a few drops of champagne vinegar). Cocktails and wine pairings were EXCELLENT - this bar staff really knows what they're doing! Service was kind and efficient, and we were truly made to feel welcome. Prices are definitely at the higher end, but we felt that the quality of the food and beverages we enjoyed, plus the INCREDIBLE Dulu atmosphere, more than justify the cost. Thank you, Dulu - we will definitely be back!

He served up multiple mocktails and cocktails with aplomb and even pulled off a ginger and lychee combination that shouldn't have worked but was delish. Almost everything else missed the mark. Staff should know to de-vein shrimp before sending out skewers. They should also know what "black and blue" means if they're serving steak. Another table ordered it and five staff members huddled around a phone at the bar to look it up like they were searching for Pokémon. The orecchiette had perfect texture, but truffle oil made half the plate inedible. The Persian crispy rice, the dish I was most looking forward to, was a complete let down. The rice was well cooked, but the eggplant filling was nearly flavorless and the meager amount of smoked tomato couldn't save it. The roasted mushroom board was good though we improved it ourselves by spreading leftover s'chug from the shrimp skewers onto the bread and layering the mushrooms on top. It also had truffle for some reason. Why? Dulu has the right ingredients to be top tier. This just wasn't their night. The bartender rescued the evening. Give that man a raise.
