You order at the counter and then they give you a number and they bring your food out to you. They have serve yourself drinks and tea and bbq etc I opted for the prime rib. I would have preferred it to be cooked a little more as a personal preference. However it did have a nice flavor and seasoning on it. The green beans are whole but they have flavor unlike some places. Jalapeno spoon bread was delicious it's like corn casserole met cornbread. Hubby got the sampler platter with smoked turkey, ribs, brisket and salmon. Fun fact they will let you sample the meats before you decide on which ones you want. The salmon was hands down the best salmon he ever had he said. It completely hit different and would definitely order again The brisket was juicy and had a great bark on it with amazing flavor and seasoning Turkey wasn't dry at all and had a great smoked flavor Ribs were fall off the bone good with yet again great seasoning Baked beans- didn't care for these at all they tasted like ketchup Mac and cheese was just basic wouldn't order again Potato salad was the best side out of the ones he got. They also bring half a load of bread More than enough to share

I prefer chicken so I had been wanting to try this place. All were good and I am fairly picky with bbq. I which they had a few different bbq sauces but I won't down them for that as the flavor of the one they had was good. Service was good. You walk up and order. Food was given out quickly. We didn't get to try the ribs as we were told they were out but sounded like they just didnt have the next batch ready. Wish we would have been told that cause we would have waited but not a huge deal. Owner was there, at least I think he was the owner, and he was going around to each table to make sure everything was good. That was appreciated. I always appreciate when the owners are there and personable.

My husband and I've been here a couple of times and this last time was terrible. The flavor and…read morequality of their brisket, sausage and sides were just okay. The brisket, which I always order moist inside is the juicier cut that's definitely not on the lean side. It was typical brisket you could get anywhere with no flavor and firmness to the meat. In comparison to Rudy's, I'd have to say is so much better and would be willing to pay per weight for my brisket. It has flavor and the quality and consistency is always on point. The sides were terrible, the broccoli rice casserole was overcooked and mushy. The green beans had been sitting in the pot too long with no flavor. The bbq wasn't anything special. I realize that prices are inflated with this economy right now, but it definitely wasn't worth $80. If you're not a big fan of BBQ you won't be missing out. We won't be returning if we have a hankering for BBQ.

Also the service was fast and great by the gentleman who ran it. HOWEVER Crazy Cravings on the other hand took forever to get me my food. Not only did they take a long time, they also charge an arm and a leg for a birria quesadilla & a strawberry lemonade. I paid $33 for food that wasn't even good and a small portion. And a lemonade that was mainly ice. Porky's is a great environment and in a nice area and I will be returning at some point. But most Definitely not going to be going to "Crazy Cravings" ever again and they should remove and replace it with something better.

Definitely not your typical sports bar. We grabbed a bucket of Modelos and Coronas, watched some football and just hung out for a while. I also liked that they had food trucks surrounding the place, so you have plenty of options when you get hungry. The Blacken Shrimp Tacos and fries we grabbed were really good too. Overall, just a fun, laid-back spot with a little something different. Good drinks, football, food trucks and exotic cars, hard to complain about that combination. I'd definitely stop by again next time I'm in Humble.

The food here was the real deal and they should be proud of having earned a Michelin Star, as well as being one of the top American-style BBQ restaurants in the world (only 4 hold a Michelin Star). The people that work here are also friendly and helpful, honestly such a chill vibe, which helps you get into the right mood for some bbq. What surprised me was that I ordered the Stuffed Potato Salad on a whim and it was out of this world! Warm potato salad (taste way better than it sounds) covered in chopped briskets, queso, ranch salsa, and green onions was so comforting and so delicious, I was crying! I also ordered a 1/2 of brisket and even though I had to take it home to finish work, it remained so tender and moist even after the drive home. The crust/bark was also so flavorful without being too much and I'm glad it wasn't just a hard layer of black pepper that was hard to crunch through. I'm also not really a coleslaw type of person, but their sweet & spicy coleslaw was the best I've ever had. I wolfed that down and would definitely get it again! We all need more fiber in our diet anyway and thankfully this is a painless way to do it (unless you can't handle the touch of spice I suppose). I'd really like to come back on a Saturday morning sometime with another sucker to accompany me, because an hour drive plus an hour or two wait on line is quite a big commitment. But the beef ribs are definitely on my radar and I probably will want to try their turkey, cobbler, and mac & cheese sometime. I'm also happy to say that even though I came late on a Thursday near closing and a lot of things were sold out, they still had brisket and that's my favorite cut of meat. I'll definitely have to swing by next time I have errands around here.

The baked potatoes themselves weren't as big as I've had, but still very filling. I opted for chopped brisket with everything on it. I do think there could have been more cheese. My mother-in-law opted for a plain potato with just cheese and butter and she also commented on how hers didn't have much cheese on it. We also got the cornbread and when we first tried it, it was a bit hard. We nuked it in the microwave and that made it much better to eat.
