When I walked into the salon, there were only 2 people inside, a young woman and an old man, and neither were a customer. The young woman asked if I had an appointment, I told her no and said "I can come back later if you're not able to take a walk in right now." She said no it was fine, and placed me with the old man for my gel mani/pedi. He was super gentle, however, I'm not sure his eyesight is ok because I had to ask multiple times for him to clean up the edges where the nail polish was on the skin and cuticles. Not only were the edges still rough even after asking him several times to fix it, they were also textured, not smooth. Additionally, 2 days after having my nails and toes done, the gel polish on one of my toes just popped off in one chunk as if it was a press-on. My girlfriend went in later that same day for a basic pedicure and she also got the old man. She said she had to ask him several times to cut her toenails shorter and she ended up leaving the salon with toenails that still needed to be cut. As I mentioned, I really struggled with whether or not to write this review. But after both my girlfriend and I had less than savory (and pricey!) experiences, and also very belatedly reading the reviews of this salon, I feel like management should be aware. There are far better salons in the area. Don't waste your money here. Go where you're going to get what you pay for...Estella's is NOT it.

Their prices are in line with other comparable prices for the same services. My bf got the deluxe pedicure the one that came with the hot stone and he said it was amazing. I stuck with the traditional pedicure since I wanted gel polish. Life is about balance lol the only thing that took me by surprise was as they had what looked like a big cheese grater they used on my feet. I will say once I got home and showered for the night that my feet felt very uneven but after a few days they were fine. I would definitely go back again

But this was by far the worst curtain bang cut I have ever received. My bangs are incredibly choppy and not what I asked for at all. I asked her to start with it longer then we can see if I want it shorter - and she definitely just went ahead and went for the chop. I asked for longer ends and that didn't happen as well.
