We live in Nashville and I miss having a Korean spa around after having had many visits to a very large famous Korean spa in Dallas. I have visited ATL before just for a visit to a local competitor which had grown disappointing. We are SO GLAD we visited this place! It was clean and a nice size! Some of these (been to them in Dallas/ATL/Chicago/NY) can be smaller. This one has nice large saunas though not clearly marked as to temp*. I like to know these things. Not one of them was very warm at all but they were all very comfortable. The restaurant area is large as well and has lots of offerings, we tried several different drinks and food during the day. Honestly the food wasn't very good and the drinks are pre-processed so very sweet. We ended up just drinking water. The food we had was a fried. I started with 3 roasted eggs and it was the best thing I had. There may have been better options but we had planned to eat a nice meal that evening so no biggie. The wet area only has 2 hot tubs, both were the same temp* and neither had jets. The showers are nice and clean. The sauna was nice and hot :-) I personally like a nice quiet subdued environment but this one was not controlled that way and got a bit roudy the later it got. We both indulged in services. My husband a 80min massage deep tissue massage and I had the 90 min scrub/oil massage treatment. Both were done very well! My person was "#8" and I would highly recommend her. It is more costly than most to get in - $39 pp. We knew we would be getting services and food so we bought the $500 gift card deal which includes 2 entrances. This easily covered all we spent, including tip, and we had $$ left over but it had gotten very busy so we weren't able to get in for a 30min reflexology session. So we left with money which means we have to Go Back! #GirlsTrip I saw many first timers (forgetting to take your shoes off is a rookie mistake) Do yourself a favor and make time to visit! I would suggest another day than Saturday but if you get there early (10am) and leave by 5pm, as we did, you will still have plenty of time to relax and have services completed.

We called the company to find out what to expect since this was her first time. Also, she had an event to attend and wanted to ensure there were no issues with her back after the service. The company advised us to come a few days earlier in case of minor irritation (considering eyebrow and lip waxing, you might get a minor irritation). Also, the esthetician recommended that my daughter get a "Sugar wax" service. We arrived five days before the event and had the service done. The esthetician had my daughter sign a waiver and advised her to use Neosporin or Hydrocortisone in case of minor irritation. My daughter said that the esthetician used her gloved hands as she repeatedly put the product on her back, but she didn't change the gloves between applications. My daughter thought to herself that she hoped the esthetician would change the product for each new client. Immediately after the service, walking out the door, I checked her back and saw white pimples populating on her back. My daughter didn't go back into the facility to make them aware because she had already addressed the possibility of some irritation. My daughter used hydrocortisone to help with the rash; now it's red. After the event, the rash developed fully on her entire back. The earliest we could get an appointment with a dermatologist was that Wednesday. During the visit, the dermatologist said this rash was caused by a contaminated product caused by double-dipping. She prescribed a cream to be used daily for at least two weeks, possibly three. We are still working on the rash, which has been present for seventeen days. Yesterday, we showed my daughter's back and spoke to the company about the problem. We requested a refund for the cost of the service and dermatologist visit. The problem was not a minor irritation but a massive reaction to contaminated products caused by staff negligence, which caused a full-blown rash. We asked to speak to the owner, which the esthetician declined. She responded that she would give the information to the owner and get back to us tomorrow. Today, after two follow-up calls from me, they finally responded: "Your daughter signed the waiver, which clearly states that we are not responsible for anything; therefore, they will not give a refund." In all honesty, based on yesterday's conversation with the esthetician, we didn't expect them to show good ethics or integrity. If I saw a review like this and the pictures as proof, I would say, "Thank you very much!" And move on to another company. We can only make decisions in today's world through the "Reviews." So even if you have a 5-star rating along with these business practices, I would not take the chance because you or your loved one suffers; the company moves on with business as usual. No clothes permitted. So it's complete nudity. There is a cold pool, a warm pool and a hot pool. You must shower before you enter to the pools. There is also a sauna and a steam room. Now for the services. There are multiple different kinds of services. I went for the foot massage, which was amazing. A shout out to Zaluda. This cost $70 for one hour. She was excellent. I also opted for a body scrub, which I've never had before. Boy was it beyond what I was expecting. There are two elderly ladies that have all the energy in the world that do this. It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍
