After seeing photos on their website with foot massage chairs I came in for a foot and body combo…read more I was greeted by Eva who initially tried to get me to agree to a foot massage on the table and denied that they had foot massage chairs. Eventually, I was led to the massage room in the back corner where the foot massage chairs were along with a body massage table. They had to move items around as they used one chair for naps and the other had towels and some boxes stacked on it. I guess they don't get many foot massage customers even though they have photos of the chairs on their website. The massage was good and it was nice to stay in the same room for both parts of my visit. Several weeks later I called and attempted to make an appointment with Eva, I was told she no longer worked there. The lady that answered the phone was a little rude so I opted to go elsewhere that day. On another day I stopped in to see if they had anyone new to replace Eva however I found Eva sitting on the couch in the lobby when I walked in. She had no idea why her coworker had told me she didn't work there anymore. At the time she was waiting for an appointment to come in and she was the only one working so I had to go elsewhere that day as well. The following week I returned, Eva was available and I requested a 90-minute combo. She began to show me to a regular body massage room. I told her I would like the foot massage in a foot massage chair, she informed me that the room was not available but then went to the room opened the door, and began having a conversation with someone inside. Turns out her coworker was sick and laying down in a foot massage chair. Her coworker also had an appointment coming in that Eva had to take so now they were not available to give me a massage at all. That made 3 attempts in a row they were not available, I have not returned since. I pass by this place often but the open sign seems to be turned off in the evenings long before the posted closed time. They have also been removed from Google Maps.

I would ask that they be dude to introduce themselves to make the client feel at ease. Eva took care of my body scrub and was very efficient. I was in and out in under 15 min. Cost is $30. Which is one of the best in the area. The head rest on the table was very uncomfortable while facing forward. But the do have a real table shower table. Not just some massage table. You private parts are covered during the process. So there is no funny business, (H.E.). Nice place and they are busy though, so go early in the day. Otherwise you may not get in. I only saw one person working the time I was there. Sat around 1:28pm

I wish they wore gloves though. At some point I heard light music playing but it started towards the end of our massage. The cushions are extra squeaky and very distracting when you're trying to relax. Also, after our body massage was done but before the foot massage part they stopped service for 3 mins asking if we want extra time. Basically if we wanted to spend more money. In my opinion...this really tarnished my experience. Because there is a communication issue short sweet answers are best. When we tried to explain we are okay without extra time they didn't understand and kept repeatedly asking "more time massage? Me-"I said no".

She does the best whole body massage, super strong, so meticulous and knows the body very well. Her head and facial massage is also incredible. She even massaged jaw tension that I didn't know I had. And the way she massages with hot stones? Amazing. I love that she keeps the hot stones and hot towels on the body to aid in muscle relaxation. Her technique cant be replicated. she really spends her time getting into every muscle group. Her timing is perfect. The way she follows the bone and pushes towards/away the bone on the muscle. I mean, I dont know even how to describe it. She is also very warm kind-hearted. Shes like my aunty Ask for Liya. You will not be disappointed. Ive tried nearly all the females masseuses (because Liya was out of town) and all the other masseuses are good but Liya is the best. Shes the most consistent and the most skilled.

Had me sit on dirty towels that look like they haven't been washed, it smelled like fish and the lights were bright as can be. Not exactly relaxing. The massage was so bad I told her to stop after 10 min. I gave her cash, even though I didn't even get the service I asked for. I had to ask for my change and she then acted like she didn't understand! Handed me a $5 and walked off, therefore keeping $35 for a 10 min terrible massage. What a horrible place. DO NOT GO HERE!!

That's great because I've had many bad massages in the past at other places because I never had the nerve to speak up and ask for more pressure. That was no problem today. I asked Jes for deep tissue from the start and she delivered exactly what I needed. She worked on my traps and got some serious knots out. If you've never had a head massage with essential oils, I will tell you it was way better than I anticipated and made me tingle from my head to my toes! The muscle tension relief was a hot towel soak to relax the muscles and some sort of nice thick therapy gel that reminded me of Tiger Balm. Our visit was relaxing, therapeutic, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great massage that fit our needs. We have found our new favorite massage spot!

Unfortunately, no one was there and we waited outside until 11am even though they should have been open at 10am. We called several times before we left. About 15 minutes later, they called us to come back and apologized saying they were stuck in traffic. Reluctantly, we came back since it was paid for already and to my surprise they put us in the same room! (even though we were not a couple) ‍ I realized they did that because the girl giving me a massage did not speak English and the other one was translating to her my requests. The massage itself was subpar. They did not massage the front parts of our bodies at all. I felt like it was a rip-off. To top everything off, the owner or whoever she was had the nerve to demand a tip! I told her a tip is optional when one is impressed with the service. So here is your tip, "DO BETTER!!!"

For me, H Massage is a pillar in the BuHi corridor. Always consistent. Always clean. Always extremely friendly and best of all, affordable. Unsure where to start? Try Lulu. Lisa, Coco or Ophelia, to name a few of my favorites. David crushes the foot massages as well. All the best and thank you H Massage for always being there.
