If you take a immediately a left, you will find building 5 and look for the blue door on the right hand side of the building (if you're facing the building). My first appointment I just had medium pressure (deep tissue is an additional 10 dollars), it was pretty good but I definitely would have enjoyed it more with more pressure. After my first appointment, she helped me schedule my next appointment on the spot. I had to reschedule my second appointment due to a schedule conflict, but again, Spa Zone was prompt at returning my phone call to reschedule my appointment. This time, I asked for deep tissue and it really helped relieved some of the muscle aches and tightness I've built up. I really like that she does a bit of the face and scalp massage as well. Yesterday I underwent TPI and was feeling terribly stiff and achy. I searched for a place to go and landed on New You (they were the only place with availability). I arrived and explained that I needed more than the average 30 minute chair massage, and combined for 45 minutes. I was under the care of Jessica (or Jessia) and I almost cried. This skillful masseuse instinctively knew that I needed a very strong and deep massage. And she ended with my neck. I whined when it was finished because I had never felt so good. And once I sat up she stood behind me and messaged my neck for another couple of minutes. I have no idea if that is typical, or she knew the sheer level of arthritis and muscular pain I walked in with. Relaxing massages are great but that's not what I need, and I didn't even have to explain that. She was so lovely and skillful.
