The good thing was that the next available appointment wasn't a month out like some other deals I've encountered. This place a little hard for me to find initially, if you're coming off of 85N and turning right onto chamblee tucker. I recommend making a left at presidential parkway (next to shell) and make a right into the Park Ridge 85 Office Park. If you take a immediately a left, you will find building 5 and look for the blue door on the right hand side of the building (if you're facing the building). My first appointment I just had medium pressure (deep tissue is an additional 10 dollars), it was pretty good but I definitely would have enjoyed it more with more pressure. After my first appointment, she helped me schedule my next appointment on the spot. I had to reschedule my second appointment due to a schedule conflict, but again, Spa Zone was prompt at returning my phone call to reschedule my appointment. This time, I asked for deep tissue and it really helped relieved some of the muscle aches and tightness I've built up. I really like that she does a bit of the face and scalp massage as well. If you want to try out Spa Zone, you can just call them and they will honor you the same deal as what's advertised on Living Social/Groupon.

I specifically asked for more pressure, but my request was not followed. I left feeling like I did not receive the full-body massage I paid for. Out of habit, I initially left a $15 tip, but after reflecting on the experience, I requested that the tip be returned because I was so dissatisfied with the service. I also requested a refund because the service I paid for was not provided. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the manager repeatedly contacted me and threatened to call the police because I disputed the charge. I paid for a service that I believe I did not receive, and I was disappointed with how my complaint was handled. My bank initially credited me the $99 while investigating the dispute, but the matter was ultimately not resolved in my favor, and I am now responsible for repaying that amount. This means I am paying for a service that I feel I never received. What was most frustrating was the lack of professionalism and the way my concerns were handled. She does the best whole body massage, super strong, so meticulous and knows the body very well. Her head and facial massage is also incredible. She even massaged jaw tension that I didn't know I had.
