Always enjoy their food , small cart with my favourite pad Thai ,definitely recommend

I don't typically write restaurant reviews, but after multiple bad experiences, I felt the need to say something about the food safety at this establishment... Over several visits, I've noticed a pattern of issues that have been really disappointing. The portions of meat have been consistently skimpy, I've received chicken that was either undercooked or had an unpleasantly crunchy texture, and tonight was the final straw--I found several strands of hair baked into my order of calamari. I just wanted to ensure that people are aware of this before ordering. Lemon Leaf please do better and prioritize your overall food safety for the sake of your customers health. read more

Delicious food! Picked up yesterday, had leftovers tonight and still plenty for tomorrow! The Panang curry is to die for! Pad Thai is so good, although I would love more bean sprouts and peanuts. Service with a smile and we'll definitely return often. read more

I love the service here, they're quick and the food is pretty good. I've got the pad Thai spicy with chicken and it's really good. I usually don't get pad Thai at places but I wanted to try it. Would get again. I got the Pad Se Ew and it was not my favorite. Noodles were kind of dry and not super flavorful. The pumpkin curry is delicious and so is the peanut sauce curry. I would definitely get these again. I get the combination appetizers and they're pretty good. I like the variety. read more

I really love this place. It is quite popular with the DoorDash/Grubhib crowd. I would say 90% of their business are not walk ups. Unfortunately today they are extremely extremely behind. I overheard a lady say she has been waiting for an hour. She ask them for and eta and all they keep saying is 15 min after 15 min. They really had no real estimate which is unfortunate. We have been waiting 30 min so far but we ordered on their website and there is no way to cancel our order so we are stuck here waiting. Good thing I don't have anything important I have to go to. There is no compensation for the extremely long wait. I have learned that the real judge of a business is how they handle things when there are problems but unfortunately the situation has been handled poorly. I know these are small family owned businesses and I want to support them so I will call it an off day. 3 stars from me today, mostly because of the poor service due to long wait times. read more

My employment ordered this for a lunch delivery. Bleh. All I had was the fish cakes, which I thought were balls but were really just little pucks, and the crab rangoons which were obviously frozen. I know because I have bought the exact same frozen rangoons and made them at home; they were just as disappointing. I hope we don't order there again. If we do, I'll probably go for something it's hard to ruin, like curry. I'll definitely never go there in person. read more

I come here fairly regularly, as one if the few places around here that is open till late. It used to be good when they first opened up, but now it's going down fast. Food is always inconsistent, as I assume is due to different chef in the back. Majority of the time, the food is so salty that my tongue burns... noodles are frequently over cooked, too and now they charge extra for any additional minor ingredient. Like for extra Thai basil, they charge $2!!! Mind you, you can get huge bunches of Asian basils for $2-3.. Will nit be going back, I rather make instant ramen at home, less salt them their food! read more

As this was delivered to me, I can't speak on the service or ambiance provided. I can, however, speak of the food, and I must say that the food I ordered was fantastic. I ordered the peanut curry, panang curry, basil fried rice, and crab fried rice. They were all so delicious that I would not have any hesitation in ordering from them again. My only complaint is that they did not provide enough rice for the curries. We had to buy rice at the store to add to it. read more

The food quality is very bad. Pad Thai combo had really old, rubbery beef and chicken; no seafood. Also, old green onion stalk and bean sprouts were the only veggies. Terrible quality. Tasted bad. The best Thai food I've had so far in the states. I'm from California and I come to Wilsonville, Oregon for work from time to time about 1 or 2 times a year, and I frequent this place when I stay in Tigard. The first dish I've ordered was their Tom Yum Fried Rice and it was DELICIOUS!!! I've never seen Tom Yum Fried Rice served at any Thai restaurant so far and I am floored with how balanced the flavors are and how amazing it tastes. This goes for the rest of their other dishes also. They probably know my face as I've always ordered Tom Yum Fried Rice every time and have only recently tried their other dishes. Generous portions of delicious food at very good prices! What more can you ask for? I ordered three items delivered by GH. Everything arrived still piping hot and packaged well. I love that they offer many Vegan selections. I ordered Veggie Pad Thai Noodles, Vegan Pumpkin Curry and Vegan Tom Yum Fried Rice. Every item was flavorful and fresh. The only issue was the spiciness of the Pumpkin Curry. Due to recovering from a stomach bug, I ordered everything MILD. But the Pumpkin Curry still had quite a kick. It was delicious just a bit spicier than I can handle right now. Luckily I keep coconut milk on hand so I just added some and the spice level went down. Lemon Leaf is a food truck but they do offer some outdoor seating. Of course you can always order delivery like I did. I'm visiting my husband from the Bay Area because he comes to Oregon 1-2x a year for work. He took me here for my first time and absolute WOW! Authentic Thai food, THIS IS IT. I'm Thai/American and this tastes exactly like "what mom makes from home" I've been back multiple times already, and each visit has been incredible. So far, I've tried the Tom Yum Fried Rice, Pad Thai, Pad Kra Pow (basil stir fry), Tod Mun Pla (fish cakes), and Khao Tom Mud (the sticky rice and banana dessert). We have gone to this food truck several times, and it has always been VERY good! The staff are nice and the food is delicious!

My spouse and I have ordered food for take away several times and are always pleased. The food has always been tasty with lots of flavor, heat as requested and freshness. We recently had the pumpkin curry, but we've also had pad thai, red curry and a few other stir fry dishes. We've never been disappointed and Lemon Leaf will continue to be our neighborhood go-to for delicious healthy meals. This is a food cart and my spouse is usually the one to pick up so I don't recall if there are many seating options in the area. There are a few carts, so I think there are some covered tables. We appreciate so much the people who prepare food for us and are grateful to the folks from Lemon Leaf for doing it with such care. read more

They offer a solid range of spice levels for those enjoy a kick to their food or those who enjoy a more mild flavor. Everything we had here was absolutely delicious. The Pad Thai is my favorite - very authentic and well balanced. The Pad Kee Mao was a solid level of savory with the right amount of heat to go with it. Definitely tasted very authentic as well. The pineapple fried rice balanced the sweet and spice amazingly well. We asked for no raisins but got them anyway so it may be better to order in person than online if you have requests but it was still good overall. You can make most dishes vegan online however and choose any spice level you want. We ordered them vegan with medium spice and the medium has a little bit of heat to it, which we thought made it perfect. Each item had a decent potion of tofu and veggies in it, and very reasonable for $11 a dish. Definitely worth a visit! read more

It was a sad Saturday lunch at Lemon leaf Thai Kitchen. I ordered pad kee mao and pumpkin curry and it was disappointing. This spot is a food truck, which was easy to find and had lots of parking; however, the food did not deliver. The pad kee mao flavor was a bit bland even though I ordered it spicy. The ingredients were all correct, which was why it wasn't a 1 star, but the flavor needed some progress. The same goes with the pumpkin curry. The ingredients were all correct, but it just lacked the flavor and delicious bites. Nonetheless, I ate this food with thanksgiving. It could've been better as the 2 stars logo says. read more

This food cart is located roughly 10 minutes from my house. It is in a parking lot and there are at least two other food carts that also get really good reviews on Yelp that I want to try in the same parking lot. It is a food court so we ordered take out. We all ordered different items and everything we had was good. The chicken pad Thai I had was really tasty. The service was great we called the order in and it was ready in 20 minutes.
