I also ordered some potstickers and crispy shrimp. Things were brought out slowly and not all at once. After seeing all the shrimp and pad thai, I was hoping they forgot about the potstickers. . .lol. . . but they didn't. I decided to try to eat all the shrimp first because shrimp doesn't heat up well in the microwave, and I didn't want my room to smell fishy. The wonton wrapper around the shrimp tasted old, and some of the shrimp were not cleaned. Did that stop me from eating all of them. . . NO! I started with the shrimp salad rolls of course. If it's on the menu I'm trying it to test out their peanut sauce. I ordered the beef drunken noodles and they were pretty flavorful. The server recommended the Thai basil fried rice so I'll put that in my to do list for next visit since I was in a hurry this time around. Food was tasty enough that I'll gladly return again. It's wild that Lake Oswego is low key a Thai food Mecca. While you can find more authentic places in Lake Grove, this place has the pad see ew! And the portions are a bit more generous. There were decent set of dishes, but their green curry was watery and when we pointed out, the response the server gave was appalling. She didn't even apologize or fix it. I've only done takeout during lunch, and every time has been a smooth and quick experience. The service is always fast, and the host up front is super friendly--he's always smiling and makes you feel welcome. As for the food, they offer lunch from 11-2:30pm on TUES- FRI and there's a great variety to choose from. For just $13, it's definitely a solid deal! My go-to is the Pad Thai because it's always satisfying and tasty . You get a generous portion and comes with chicken as the protein. Some dang tasty Thai food in LO. Stopped in for lunch with the wife and ordered Tom Kha Kai to start and then beef Massaman Curry and chicken Pad Thai. All were rock solid, with the Pad Thai being especially good--the noodles had just the right amount of sauce. It also had that wok-fresh taste that a lot of places lack. I have been there off and on since it opened. It's a solid Thai restaurant but unfortunately I don't have any standout memories of it. Ate the peanut sauce delight, the chicken, vegetable dish covered with peanut sauce. For lunch was served with a small portion of white rice. Disappointed. Walked in and ordered a to go order. The lady who took my order was not at all friendly and it was not busy (weekday around 4:30). Ordered the fresh salad rolls with tofu, which were really good. Also ordered the Spicy Basil Stir Fry. I thought it was odd that they charged for the rice because every stir fry dish I've ever received has come with rice. The Spicy Basil was nothing like it was described on the menu. It had carrots, broccoli, cabbage , and no onions. All the vegetables were so overcooked and limp that it wasn't at all appealing. The broccoli and green peppers were so overcooked that they were almost grey in color. I have no idea why they added other random vegetables and veered from the menu description. For the price and the lack of service and lack of food quality, I won't be back. read more

This place was SUPER easy to do takeout orders from. I called ahead to place an order and it was always ready within 10 minutes which made it very convenient for my lunch breaks. Pad kee mao is my favorite dish and I think they do a great job with flavors and the selection of vegetables mixed in with it. Fried rice had no chew to it, vegetables were fine, tofu was okay, overall modestly disappointing, but the intense pepper flavor made it difficult to eat. I've always stopped in here whether it was to have a delicious meal in or to take out. Now that things are different. I'm taking out of here to break up the monotony of cooking at the house. Although, I'm becoming more accomplished at that. They have a great variety of good meals that are a healthy alternative to other types of take-out foods.
