Duck Curry
Andy V.

Visited here on a Wednesday evening and it wasn't very busy so the service for us was direct and quick! I ended up getting the Duck Curry and it was phenomenal! I usually don't like coconut based dishes but this one was definitely great! Location wise I'm not a big fan of the parking lot though there's plenty of space. The building itself felt a bit out of place and small but the takeout window is a great touch for those who aren't dining in. I would definitely come again to try other dishes!

Thai food is one of my favorites. We tried MoMoThai House last night, very good Thai food in Tigard. The location is off highway 99, they have tables for 4 and a long table for a large party, the interior is small and very bright, so expect a lot of noise and foot traffic. During our visit the restaurant was extremely busy, they had one person waiting tables, busing tables, taking calls and running the drive through. Seemed very overwhelming with the amount of traffic they had. So expect to wait for your food and drink refills, but worth the wait times. For starters we had the fried spring rolls, they were full of veggies and not greasy or oily, they are served with a sweet sauce but you can always add some Sriracha sauce for more spice, we also had the Pad SEE Ew, thick noodles with a variety of veggies, not a lot of flavor in the sauce but overall had good dish, my favorite the stir fried cashew nut is amazing, great garlic sauce, full of many veggies and a lot of protein, I had the chicken and rice. I should have asked for some spicy sauce during the fry but I took care of this later. Very good dish highly recommended it. They have a very large menu, from fried rice to desserts, I also added a Thai Iced Tea, complicated my food perfectly. The staff were all very nice but again, would be nice to have more wait staff.

This is such a cute spot for Thai food in this area! I heard about this spot opening recently, so I knew I had to check it out while I was over here. The cozy farmhouse interior is nice and welcoming. The lady owner was friendly and took our order. I opted for a Cha Thai (Thai Iced Tea) with Coconut Milk and a Pad Thai with Shrimp. The dish was served on bright colored plates which really made it stand out. I did notice that they made the dishes not very spicy, so if you're used to Thai spice levels, you won't get them here. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my dish! Most Pad Thais I've tried tend to be too sweet, but this one was much more sour and savory, which is more of my taste.

I ordered online and headed over to get there around the time stated. Pulling into the parking lot was a bit tricky but the place is a cute little cabin looking thing. I saw there was a drive through so I was all for it for my takeout order. I pulled about and within a minute - someone came up. She was super friendly and my order was ready. Super quick situation. I got Pas See Ew which has been my go-to comfort food as of lately. I got it with beef. It was super flavorful and I like the carrots in it. I'll be back to try other things!

I was driving by this place around dinner time and decided to pull in to take a closer look. They had a drive-up! Not to be confused with a drive-thru - there was no speaker to order. I was feeling very lazy and decided to place an online order and wait the 10-15 minutes for it to be ready, then pulled up to the window and she handed it right out! My husband always orders pineapple fried rice (I ordered it medium heat and it was pretty mild) and I get the pad see ew (I ordered this hot and it was almost too hot). Both were excellent. We haven't found a Thai place nearby that both of these items are on point. I'll be rolling through that drive-up the next time we want Thai food again.

So nice to have a Thai restaurant close by. We went into the restaurant and liked the clean modern space. It's small but comfortable. We ordered several dishes and I enjoyed a delicious Thai iced tea with my dinner. Dishes were served on cute plates. Our waitress was upbeat and friendly and took our order quickly. Food was served promptly and came out hot, tasty and fresh. The pot stickers could have been a little less fried but the filling was flavorful. Our noodle dish was delicious. The yellow curry sauce could have been a little thicker as far as texture. We love the drive through option for take out. The only real drawback is that there is a strong laundry detergent smell that permeates through. It is from a nearby laundromat. We will be back to try some of their specials and dessert.

Momo fried rice, chicken Pad Thai, and shrimp Salad Rolls

The food here is good but the prices are a bit hefty in my opinion. We ordered salad rolls ($6.50), chicken pad thai ($13.75), a side of peanut sauce ($2), and momo fried rice ($19). At these prices you'd expect portions to be a bit bigger or for there to be more generous offerings of meat (the pad thai was a bit sparse). That said, we did enjoy our dinner. We ordered both meals as "hot" spice level and were not disappointed. It's the perfect spice level. We ordered take out, so I can't speak to the inside but my husband said it was busy when he went to pick our order up.

OMG I found my go to close to home spot! Everything just kept getting better and better it was a really beautiful experience! Ok so I went with my friend and we ordered the Mango soda which was amazing! Had never had a drink that tastes so fresh like that and it left me wanting more! Then we had an appetizer of the fresh and so nicely flavored chicken salad rolls that were paired beautifully with a nicely crafted peanut sauce that had a tiny kick to it! I then had the Lemongrass Chicken Pad Thai and OMG I never thought of combining these two beautiful dishes into one! What a great idea! The chicken was nice and juicy, I cut it up and mixed it into my pad Thai. So good you can definitely tell they cook with love! There wasn't too many people when we went so it was perfect environment for my friend and I to catch up :) The waitress was so super sweet and helpful I can't wait to come back for more! For portion size I was able to take home my leftovers, feed my kiddo and then still have some for lunch tomorrow ;) seriously worth trying!

The crispy pork stir-fry is -- perfectly crunchy, super savory, and easily the best in the area (my husband is obsessed). Pad Krapow was done right with fragrant basil and a legit crispy fried egg, and the fish Pad Cha had that unmistakable Thai herb aroma with a nice spicy kick. If you're into real Thai food and not the watered-down stuff, this spot is a must. We're already planning our next visit.

Friday, we decided to get takeout and were near progress ridge, and decided to pop into the shopping center to see if anything sounded good. Alas, there's a new wing stop so just husband was sold. So I thought finally, let's try this Thai place! Got my obligatory pumpkin curry and beef, and mango sticky rice. Both were very good. The curry, very flavorful, albeit in need of a little salt, but that's ok - we don't eat a lot of salt and takeout sometimes doesn't feel so great because it has a lot. The mango sticky rice - good, black rice a little al dente for me but a-ok. Fast forward to today - on my way home from a nail appointment and my husband and I are texting about dinner plans and he asks where are you - I say progress ridge, and he says what do you want? I said maybe Thai but I know you don't want that- want wing stop? Sure enough he looks at the website and says I want to try the Khao Soi and the sweet potato appetizer. What?! This guy has never once had Thai with me in 19 years! So, I decided to try something different and got the massaman curry, and the pad se ew noodles as well with shrimp. So I ordered everything pretty sure he wouldn't like it (but I would) and Khao Yai folks - HE LOVED IT. For me, never tried that kind of curry and may never get anything else.... Sooooooo delicious, roti, amazing. Pad se ew noodles - great. Didn't need them but they'll make a great lunch or second dinner. All in all I am doing a happy dance because we found a good, reasonable Thai place - and the cherry on top - my husband loves it too!

We definitely love the salad and appetizers Kamdee Value set is like a predetermined hot pot. It came with stewed beef, sliced pork, pork liver, meatballs, basil and some others. The broth was really rich. It came with sides of pork rinds and crispy wontons and three types of noodles: rice noodles, egg noodles and vermicelli. We find the ingredients very flavorful but broth was very rich. The noodles were very hard to pull apart. Don't know if it's too cold or needs more water. The crispy prawns in tamarind sauce was interesting. Batter was not crispy enough. The prawns were good. Green beans was neutral. This is in Beaverton Town Square. Right by Traders Joe. There are many other places to explore here. The restaurant is small. Only 10 tables that fit 4 people and 2 tables that fit two. One round table that fit 5. If there is a party, tables are needed to be rearranged to accommodate. Service was good. Came by a few times.

After seeing all the shrimp and pad thai, I was hoping they forgot about the potstickers. . .lol. . . but they didn't. I decided to try to eat all the shrimp first because shrimp doesn't heat up well in the microwave, and I didn't want my room to smell fishy. The wonton wrapper around the shrimp tasted old, and some of the shrimp were not cleaned. Did that stop me from eating all of them. . . NO! The potstickers and pad thai tasted good, and I took most of them back for lunch and dinner for the week.
