I needed the spark plugs changed on my 2014 Pathfinder so I called around and got quotes from several trusted shops and dealerships. Leith gave me the best price so I moved forward. This job can take a long time but they had me in and out in under 2 hours. The price did come out slightly higher but they honored the original quote they gave me. I appreciated the video update half way through the service. Highly recommend. read more

Beware this service department. We had 3 separate repairs over a 9-month period on a 2021 Nissan Rogue totaling over $5K to address the same exact symptoms of vehicle overheating and sudden deceleration. Most of the cost of repairs were for diagnostics (new fee each time despite a repeat of the same issues) and labor --- always quoting the highest end of the range of repair time for installation of new parts at $199+ per hour of labor. All this may have been acceptable if service was diligent and customer focused, but this was not the case. First repair involved a replacement part that Leith Nissan (LN) said was out of stock with no ETA for getting it in. They said the car was unsafe to drive, so we would be without it indefinitely with no solutions offered. We took it upon ourselves to seek the part, quickly finding it (for 40% less) at a dealer in Texas who shipped to us for free. We also found out from Nissan that due to no central availability of the part, we could have gotten a free loaner for a period of time. LN neither offered to source the part via other dealers, nor the loaner option through Nissan. On the third repair, despite an early a.m. appointment on day 1, the vehicle was not looked at until day 2. Repairs were authorized and parts expected on day 3. On day 4 we received a message that an incorrect part was ordered or received, and that repairs would be completed on day 5. Day 5 came and went with no contact from LN; upon reaching out to them on day 6 they got back to us and we were told a needed part was further delayed until day 9. Over a week without use of our car because they could not get two hoses replaced in that time and didn't bother to communicate along the way. Keeping the LN service manager abreast all along this series of events resulted in nothing more than the replies they give to the negative reviews on this site --- 'your feedback is important, we strive for excellent service, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry'. Politely ineffective is the kindest thing I can say about our interactions with this group. We now have a new car outside the Leith/Holman Group network and are delighted to be done with this dealer and service department. read more

Just was charged for their electronic document storage. Imagine you pay them to file their paperwork . Also was told I ordered a battery for my key which I did not. Waited forever to get checked out. 20+minutes. Service took 40 minutes and fast. New service manager did not care as she watched the dysfunction. Worst treatment in four years. Always has been great. Was going to buy my son a car here but after this experience.....I will be shopping. read more

I hesitate to give a Service Departmen 5 stars, especially in the Car Biz, but my most recent experience at Leith was worthy of all 5 stars! I called ahead and scheduled an appointment to have my Oil changed and tires rotated. Arrived at my appointed time and was quickly processed by Bryan. He was friendly and told me my wait would be around an hour. I chilled out in their waiting room, (Literally, as it was the hottest day of the year thus far) drank two complimentary H2o's, ate some free Popcorn, and my car was ready. Way under the 60 minutes! (Pays to have an appointment) They reviewed with me the all points inspection they conducted, explained they did not need to rotate tires ($25 savings) and they sent me home a very satisfied camper. They set the bar high today, I hope my future visits are just as good. read more

I have are used Leith Nissan service department for the past 10 years. Rashawn Bass and Bruan Neal are the absolute best! As a single female I often find it hard to find good people to service my vehicles. However after getting out of the military and coming home I went Leith Nissan to service my Pathfinder and Maxima. And they have been doing an awesome job every sense. A few years ago I moved to Washington DC and prior to my leaving Rashawn insured that my vehicles were prepare for the move and did not require any services for the next six months. However while I was traveling on the road I've had damage to one of my tires and ended up having to back to get help. This time Bryan took extremely good care of me. Now that I am back in the area living in wake Forest I had a bad experience at crossroad Nissan that led me to come home back to Leith Nissan service department. I promise to never take my Nissans to another dealership at services. I'm back home at Leith and this is where I will stay I know that they will take great care of your vehicles as they have done mine read more

Leith Nissan - Service - Auto Repair Near Me - Cary, North Carolina

Quick update on my earlier review as I couldn't help but feel a little gypped when the check engine light came on in my car just two weeks into ownership. Admittedly, probably not the dealer's fault... but the following kind of is. I took it to a repair shop who told me two things I felt the dealer should have first. 1) A warranty on the car exists for 4 years or 50k miles. The dealer told me that it was 3 years and 30k, that the warranty period had passed, and then tried to sell me on their warranty. Sketch. 2) The car has no spare tire in it. I guess this is partially on me because I didn't check and just assumed. But since a spare is sort of a safety feature, seems like they might've mentioned it was missing to me prior to purchase. read more

I LOVE Nissan, but this Nissan made me never want to come back. Had a 10:45 am appointment to get my car serviced (oil change, engine diagnosis, tire rotation). I dropped my car off and called 1:30 pm because I hadn't heard from anyone... They didn't even start on my car!!! By that time I complained and spoke with Ruth (the manager) and the service advisor Chris (who was understandably at lunch) and was told I could come pick it up at 3:30. I'm here and They tell me Chris is still at lunch. I told them to just give me my car at this point. Will never return to this location, however the locations in Charlotte, NC are amazing in service and customer service. read more

So glad that Emily Kight and the service team were able to resolve our issues. We took our Nissan Altima in last week because the service people at Michael Jordan Nissan were not able to figure out what was wrong with the front wheel. My daughter had taken it there only to be told there was no problem. Well Leith Nissan did find the problem and happily it was resolved. The back up camera was working on and off, so that was another issue and taken care of as well. A loaner was provided because repairs could not be finished that day. So practical to have that option. Thanks for a job well done. read more

If you need your Nissan serviced, bring it here. The staff are great-knowledgeable, personable. Waiting area is nice. Loaner cars for longer jobs. Quality, guaranteed work at a fair price. I brought my 2018 Sentra in see what was going on with a couple warning lights pertaining to the brake system. They found the problem, showed me the issue, and fixed it quickly. They also showed me several subtle things that indicate that my car was in a significant accident before I bought it (used, 3 months ago) despite its 'clean' history. In fact, the small leak that threw the 'malfunction' warnings was likely caused in the collision. read more

Poor customer service in the service department for the two times I have been. Had a terrible experience with my Nissan being serviced. Scheduled an appointment online for 12:30PM asked for a call concerning a "rattling" noise under my car so it could be fixed. Never received a call, had to call Leith Nissan service department at 4:45PM to ask for the status of my car. They stated, they were just now checking on it and would call me back. At this time, my husband and I found it necessary to drive back Nissan to figure out what was going on with my car. We arrived at 5:15PM knowing the department closes at 6PM. Upon arrival, there was an associate eating his food who told us someone would be with us shortly. We waited there while watching him enjoy his meal. After he finished, he decided to ask us what we needed help with. We explained the situation to the associate, instead of him helping us he attempted to call up two other associates, Ashley and someone else to assist. We were left to wait again on the two other associates who never arrived. He then asked what services were we supposed to be getting done and what type of car we had. We again, explained we dropped our car off at 12:30PM that afternoon for oil change, inspection, and check for a "rattling" noise. NO ONE apologized and actually they rushed us out the door. They made us feel as though we had just arrived with our car and were in their way. He then asked us to have a seat to wait on the car to be serviced. Upon waiting, another associate approached us regarding the "rattling noise" and stated it was due to our heat shield under the car. He recommended to have the heat shield cut off rather than replaced to fix the issue. He stated this would not have any affect on the car. With that being said, we stated it was fine. After further research, we discovered the heat shield protects the car from overheating and should not be cut off. At this point we had left and the service department was closed. While driving home a part from beneath the car flew off. We found it necessary to take the car for a second opinion and took it to another Nissan service department, that we are more familiar with. We were told the heat shield should not have been cut and not only that but several heat shields were cut off under the car. (The rear and front) We had to spend $450 to have BOTH heat shields that were cut by Leith Nissan replaced. Very disappointed and will NOT be returning with either one of my cars. They do not care about your car and do not value you as a customer. read more

Where do I begin - the car that Leith Nissan sold me that has been riddled with issues or the insulting customer service from the service advisor? I purchased a pre-checked 2013 Nissan Rogue in the Fall of 2018 from Leith Nissan. In just a year and a half, there has been a failed airbag and failed transmission with absolutely no financial assistance on the end of Nissan or the dealership. One is a serious safety hazard and the latter has numerous complaints and law cases online - how is this not recalled yet? 4,000 dollars later in service in under 2 years, here we are - writing this review. Even more insulting, is the customer service received from Bryan, the service advisor at Leith Nissan. Bryan decided to communicate with me over text to pick up my car and to tell me that Nissan and the dealership declined any assistance to help with the services provided for the transmission issue. I asked if I could know the cost of the service three separate times as this was a big financial burden and I needed to move some funds around. He would not tell me the cost and eventually just replied with "The cashiers desk will give you the out the door cost when you pick up." Seriously, how difficult is it to go the small extra step to tell the customer what they will pay before arrival? I told him that this was not helpful and will call the service manager for further help. When calling the service desk, I asked the receptionist to direct me to Craig, the service manager. However, Bryan intercepted the call and said "Craig's at lunch so you can't talk to him" (in a horribly snarky tone) - no offer for me to leave a message or be directed to his phone line (which was my original request.) I asked to be directed to his phone line so that I could leave message. After being put on a hold briefly, another person came on to the call and said they actually could direct me to the service manager, apologized for Bryan, and a few moments later, I was on the phone with Craig. He told me that the service advisor was confused and that's why he would let me know the final payment cost. I'm not sure how asking "what will be the final cost?" three separate times is confusing, I think this more falls in line with Bryan trying to do as little as possible in his role, but I digress. The whole experience with your service advisor was sleazy and patronizing. His behaviors can best be described as condescending as he treated me like a little girl who didn't know anything about the car service business. If you consider purchasing a car from Leith, just know that if there are any issues with the car down the road, they will not help you. They are not concerned about customer service, only with minimizing their operating cost. read more

The only thing good I can say about this place was Erin in the service drive. I'm from Florida, bought my car a few months prior to my first visit to Leith. Had many many issues with the radio, so imagine driving 11+ hours to NC with a faulty radio. I made a visit to Leith Nissan, to which one of the advisors told me, "well, there is nothing we can do for your radio, the dealership you went to prior to coming to here did everything we would do and the phones are updating faster than the software for the radios, so there's nothing we can do" I left it alone. I came back for an oil change, to which Erin informed me there was a recall on the radio and they needed to do a software update. The screen on my radio is cracked now, therefore the touchscreen doesn't work any longer. She told me they were unable to do the update, but with the situation I was experiencing and with me having brought my radio there before it was broken, she would inform the manager, Craig, to see if there was anything they could do for me. Craig was EXTREMELY rude and dry, only looking to see which radio I had so he could quote me prices. I told him the situation and that Erin was trying to see if there was anything to be done for me under the circumstances to which he said, "no, there's nothing to do for you with a cracked screen. You would have to replace the part for us to look at it". Had I known they were not going to look at my car/radio before or even after the screen being cracked, I would not have wasted my time. I did not ask for the radio to be fixed after it was crack, it was presented to me. WORST experience ever. I would never go back or send my worst enemy to this establishment read more

The service here is fantastic! Before my Nissan I had a Lexus, the service I get from Leith Nissan is as good! Also, the price point is the same as any oil and lube place. The difference is, I can trust Leith Nissan to use quality product and do the job properly. I once had service at a oil and lube place and they forgot to tighten the oil plug! So, I only use Leith Nissan. You should consider it too. read more

Unless you are covered under a Nissan warranty, I would think twice before bringing your vehicle in for service. If you pay for a diagnostic and multi point inspection, you may not receive an accurate one. I say this after taking my vehicle to three different automotive repair shops. Two places that gave me an accurate diagnosis charged me nothing, this place charged me $143 and missed several items that needed repair. My point in coming here was primarily for a diagnostic using Nissan's Consult system. There are ways you can self diagnosis your vehicle using your key and following a set of instructions, reading blinking lights on your dashboard. It can save you $$. But if you find a good mechanic, even better. The service dept representative I worked with was polite but whoever did a check on my vehicle was definitely not thorough. When they performed the multipoint inspection I saw my vehicle go up and down on the lift in less than 5 minutes. Like going to a doctor when you have a cough. You wait a long time for the doctor to tell you "I see your coughing," something you already know, and then saying "you may have lung cancer." Not running enough testing to rule out other possibilities. I have other patients to get to, thanks for your business. I wish I could give a higher rating for the courtesy of the service staff but my reason for bringing the car in was fruitless, wasting time and $$. This was my experience, hopefully yours will be better. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, time after time. I bought 2 cars from Leith Nissan and the moment I had to deal with the rest of the staff it has been HORRIBLE. First time- they broke my engine when I went to get an oil change and had to get a whole new one. second time- I went for an inspection and an oil change, waited 2 hours only to find out that forgot to the inspection and told me to come back another time. Today I asked the service guy a question only to literally get yelled at....The service staff is rude and unprofessional. I will never be back. read more

Service department excellent. Always greeted with a smile and they do the job in a timely fashion. Good management, good people.

The mechanic misdiagnosed the issue with my car and almost cost me a fortune. Getting it resolved was no easy task but they did work with me and finally resolved the issue. The service department is extremely friendly and pleasant to work with (as is the general manager), it's just a shame the service didn't match up to the friendless of the staff. read more
