I purchased a total of 9 new vehicles from Leith dealerships, last 4 were two Accords, 2016 Pilot and a 2017 Ridgeline, today I made a decision not to go to Leith Honda anymore. Took my 2016 Pilot(purchased new from Leith) for the 4th time since Dec/17/2022 for the same issue, Geoff was my advisor again, most dishonest person to be an advisor, not responding to any of my questions and calls, with attitude of his time is more important than helping his customers. Just reviewing the service department---my 2003 Accord had a recall for a passenger airbag and as soon as I received the letter in the mail, I called Leith Honda and made an appointment. My mom had her recall serviced at Leith Honda without issues previously and this location was only about 10-15 minutes away. There were a few available times for Saturday and I went for the 11:30am appointment. I asked how long it typically takes for the particular recall and I was given an hour for the estimate. Once you find Leith Honda, it's pretty easy to find the service department. When I arrived, I found that they were unexpectedly understaffed and a couple of people had been waiting for a bit (maybe 10 minutes). I had to wait a little and I ended up giving my keys and signing some paper around 11:45am. They have a spacious waiting area with free wifi. I wished they had outlets because my phone was dying but I understand everyone charging their electronics could add up to an unnecessary finical burden. Though they were a little backed up, I got my car back within 50 minutes and I was out in no time! All the employees were friendly though the couple of guys who were bringing in service customers seemed a little stressed/frustrated. I experienced timely service with no hassle here and I'd probably come back here if any need arises. read more

Avoid this place! I took my 2007 Honda Accord in because I was having problems with it starting. After dropping it off, 5 hrs later, I get a call that the repair is going to be $1,083. this of course is after the $150 diagnosis. I did my research and called a few other places to get an estimate and to see what others have to say when I tell them the problem. I found this really great place Creech Motors (great people, efficient, great work), they diagnosed the problem, said it was not the problem they told me at Leith Honda and fixed it for less than 10% of what they were going to charge me at this place. Really, I wouldn't take my car here, save yourself the hassle and the money. read more

The one shining star of Leith Honda is I still believe they'll do a good job. I bought my car here, and they have me hooked with the 3-year warranty, so I am stuck for a while. Going to this Honda dealership involves a learning curve. Your first lesson: You are a number, not a name. You are not important. You are just another customer in the sea of Honda owners. Your second lesson: an oil change will take about 4 hours. Don't expect to wait at the dealership (though their coffee IS pretty good and they have WIFI). You might want to schedule your oil change about 3 weeks in advance so you can take advantage of the shuttle (the shuttle driver is the nicest person in the whole dealership!) However, that means since I live 15 miles away, that I drive there, the shuttle driver drives me home. My partner drives me back four hours later. Then we both drive home. In other words, 3 trips, or 90 miles of driving for an oil change. That is NOT GREEN! Your third lesson: reality is not real in this dealership. I got there yesterday and was told the internet was out so they couldn't access anything and had no idea what I came in for. They were sending most people away. But I looked at my phone and I was ON GUEST WIFI! They decided they could do my oil change, but it still took 4 hours. I was told about 10 times, "our internet was down," and that they were incredibly backed up, even though I keep seeing them send people away. when I called they had no idea who could help me because "their internet was down" so they couldn't see my ticket. Then when I finally got a message that "my car needed an air filter," I tried to call back but they couldn't find my service provider so it took an hour for them to get back to me. Then I finally reached them, and they told me "we have to fit your car back in and we're majorly backed up," so it might take a few hours to get the air filter in your car. Then when I finally got back, the lady behind the desk stared at my ticket and said, "I don't know what to do with this" to the guy who handed her my ticket. I still don't have all this resolved and it's the next day, but I believe their "internet" is back up because I finally got a bunch of texts from their system late in the day. Do not buy a used car here. I bought a car on a Friday, no warning lights, and within 12 hours and maybe 30 miles of driving, I have four critical warning lights on. The repairs are going to cost me $1,800 and it's not drivable until it's repaired. I'm not stupid. It's pretty obvious they cleared the codes in the car's computer to get it ready for sale. That's crook level behavior. I called them to talk about repair options and the service manager didn't bother to look up the information about the car I'd bought a day before. I know this because she entered it into the system as the wrong type of car. Spent 2500 to fix an issue with our Honda Odyssey where it was having trouble starting plus an issue with accelerating still didn't fix the issue, took it back they called and said it was an issue with the catalytic converter so they replaced that and now they are saying we have Diesel in our fuel which I know is not true. This dealership is a ZERO star dealership. They purchased my 2021 Ford Raptor from me to resell it. I was told I would receive a check in about 21 days to allow the title to be cleared, which I agreed. Now over 3 weeks later, I'm being told they will not cut me a check until the title arrives at their dealership. Which is total BS because THEY HAVE ALREADY RESOLD MY TRUCK. How can you trust a business that would sell a car that they haven't even fully paid for? If they are willing to screw me over like this, what do you think they are willing to do to you? read more

We scheduled an 8am service appointment for our Honda Pilot 1-2 weeks in advance. The service appointment was for basic oil change, tire rotation, etc. We arrived at the dealership a few minutes early so we could drop the car off on time for the 8am time. We hadn't heard anything from the dealer by 230pm so we called. We were informed that they hadn't even started working on our vehicle and they were prioritizing the people who were waiting at the dealership in person. While we were upset because we made arrangements that day so we could get by on one car, they said the car would be done by 5pm. After 5pm we received a call from a service advisor who stated that no work had been performed and asked if we could leave it for one more day. We could not because we had plans. We picked up our car and there was no one there to offer an explanation. We asked for the service advisor but we were told that he "stepped out". The customer experience was substandard. The people in the dealership had nothing to say and seemed to care very little that they gave us an available appointment and then did nothing to fulfill that appointment. There were several employees sitting around the service area deeply entrenched in their phones. This location clearly lacks leadership, defined expectations, and customer service culture. read more

Let's be honest. I don't know anyone who likes to get their car serviced, even though we have to. The wait can be daunting & pushy advisors. Thankfully, this first trip to Leith Honda, I didn't have any of that. I used one of their online coupons for a oil change, brake check, among other services. The price was very reasonable. While they did try to sell me on a 30,000 mile maintenance service, I politely declined & that was that. I didn't have to wait long for my service. Very happy that they do appointments for oil changes online. Most places don't. The waiting area is cozy. Free popcorn, coffee, Wi-Fi, workstations, & a device charging station. read more

This review is for sales. I have to say that my experience with Honda was excellent overall. Before going into the store, I inquired about leasing an EXL Honda Civic. The sales person (Adrian) was quick to help. Now, when it comes to car leasing, I tend to ask for a lot of information up front (money factor, residual, all fees, rebates, gross and net negotiated fees, etc.) so that I can do my own calculations and make sure that everything is transparent. What I truly appreciate is that Adrian got that information right off the bat from the Finance Dept before I even stepped foot in the store. This is invaluable to me and ensures nobody is wasting time. That said, I felt like we were still off on where I wanted to be in terms of a leasing rate, but it was enough to get me in there. After going to check out the car, I met with a Finance Manager to work out the best deal for me and in what I would say was a 15 minute process, we came to an agreement. No nonsense and wasting a ton of time, just simply meeting a customers needs in a reasonable amount of time. If I had to offer any advice, the only thing I would say is shorter turnaround time post sale but otherwise, this was a great experience, thank you Leith Honda Team! And full disclosure, had we not come to an agreement, I would have had the same opinion because at the end of the day,business is business but the transparency up front with the leasing info was first class. From there my experience has been nothing but down hill... Every time I go in there to pay for something I am never thanked for my business and frequently I feel strong armed into a sale... what wrong with saying that will be $59 please? Go anywhere else but here. As soon as my warrantee is up I will never set foot in this place again. When calling to make an appointment you are frequently greeted with an attitude. Very disappointed in this dealership. Would not buy a vehicle from here nor recommend. Sales reps are not knowledegable. I placed an order for a vehicle, received trade in value for my vehicle (all in writing), when the vehicle I ordered I arrived, I was told the numbers had changed and the trade in value went down $5,000 (in 75 days). Needless to say, I walked away. While I waited for the vehicle to arrive, they did not communicate dates. Customer service skills are lacking. Not impressed! I took my 19 yr old son to purchase a Accord Ex. We spent about 10 mins browsing outside then went in the showroom and proceeded to look at a EX on the showroom floor. The receptionist never looked up. In the 25 mins we were there not one employee made eye contact or acknowledged us. Last week I ordered a new Expedition from Ford and my other son purchased a Super Duty Platinum F250. We were greeted within mins of getting out of our car at Ford and everyone was warm and friendly. I get it is the weekend and it is incredibly busy. Perhaps hire a couple greeters to engage with your customers. We will be purchasing a Accord Ex but will do so somewhere else. Came here on a Saturday morning with an appointment to get the first oil change on my 2017 Honda Civic. The whole process was extremely smooth and painless. I used to get my oil change done at Crown Honda at Southpoint but I think Leith Honda won me over. I got in around 8AM for my 8:15 appointment. As I pulled into their service area, I was immediately greeted with a gentleman who got me taken care of. After getting some initial info, he directed me to the waiting area. I was told of a wait between 1 hr to 1 hr and 30 minutes. In actuality, the wait was only around 40 minutes which was awesome. I used to wait like 3+ hours at the Crown Honda which is ridiculous just for an oil change. Overall, I'm definitely happy with the service I got at Leith Honda. As for sales, I'm also happy with my sales experience that I had in September of 2017. My salesperson was Jose and he was very professional and treated me well. The key to having a successful car buying experience is doing your research before hand. At the end of the day, the best sale is when both party leaves feeling happy. read more

Came in and they 100% ignored my wife. I said I wanted a test drive of a Pilot and the options I wanted. He ignored that and brought us into the office and showed us lots of stuff and figured out everything I wanted was standard on everything... So he had us test drive the most expensive trim package. I can see that as a sales tactic. After the test drive he asked us if we had any complaints. I said the arm rests were to low and didn't do anything for me and there wasn't enough leg room. I was told I was wrong and there was lots of leg room and that "A place on the internet" said it was the most comfortable car. We continued with him still ignoring my wife. He texted me asking if we could talk by text, I said email was better for me, so he continued to talk to me by text. Even if we decided on a pilot I would not have bought one from here. This was stop number 9000 on my journey of car shopping. Autopark Honda is part of the Leith family, so I had low expectations. Fortunately, Leith Honda at least met my low expectations. One very confusing/annoying/frustrating/lame/other derogatory words time waster that I've found at the Honda dealerships in the Leith family is that they have to drive the car off the lot for you during a test drive. You're allowed to drive it back onto the lot, but they have to drive it off for you and then you can switch in a parking lot because what already takes a very long time should take even longer. It's not like your time is valuable or anything. I was very very close to a purchase a short while ago. I told them a very reasonable target payment that I was seeking on a Civic Si. They pushed and prodded for me to put more down. They told me I made a very aggressive offer. Blah blah blah blah. At the end of the day, my target payment was simply the upper end of fair market value on my trade-in and then less than $1000 off MSRP. I told the salesperson I was ready to walk, and he "went back and asked if they could accept my offer." After a very very long time where I was almost certainly made to wait just for the lulz, the salesperson came back and I saw the numbers lower on the computer monitor. I ultimately declined to proceed, but I still didn't get my keys back... The salesperson whinged about it, saying we had a deal. He told me that we shook on it! Bruh, this is 'Murica. We don't do business deals by handshake here. Truthfully, I would be driving a new Civic Si from Leith Honda if they had simply given me the deal I was looking for without being so obnoxious. I'm now glad they were so obnoxious to me, because Hubert Vester Honda has a much better price on the Civic Si. Leith Honda is probably about average in terms of Honda dealerships and dealerships in general. At the rate that I'm going, I probably will end up with no car and like it. I was considering buying a new vehicle (as my current one was almost 11 yrs old). I configured the vehicle online with a few of my "required" accessories and submitted my quote request to most of the Honda dealers in the state. I opted to negotiate the pricing for my vehicle via email vs. in person although I did opt to visit the 3 local dealerships (Crown Honda of Southpoint, AutoPark and Leith) to see what benefits each offered (lifetime oil changes, 10K service, Nitrogen tire fill, etc.) and how they would treat me in-person. After numerous exchanges with a number of dealers in the area, I had finally come to a number that I thought was reasonable for the new vehicle. I had narrowed it down to AutoPark and Leith because they both stated they would "match" the price I had, and I liked their benefits offerings. I brought my current vehicle to Leith and AutoPark to see what they would offer me for my (potential) trade-in. I had already checked the value on KBB and a few other sites, therefore I had an idea of what I could get. I had also taken it to CarMax (usually a low offer). Leith offered me a good deal for my vehicle (not as good as selling it myself, but they are running a business); AutoPark actually offered me $2K less than CarMax and when I got to AutoPark, they didn't honor the email from their internet salesperson to match/beat the offer I had already sent to them. After weighing my options, I opted to buy from Leith. I had actually wanted to buy from Leith after working with Dave Crowell in person when I visited the location. Dave and I had met a few months prior when a friend of mine was considering buying a new car, and it was very nice to be able to work with him for my own vehicle. Dave is a no-pressure salesperson. He is very nice and helpful; he and I reviewed a number of accessories and he gave me suggestions on what would or would not fit my needs. Leith Honda Customer Service? Hahah Um, can someone show them a training video with Toyota South in Charlotte (see my reviews for them). I waited there for 21 minutes after pulling forward under their "OPEN" sign for service! Then I was left to ponder "Is this right?", "Do I pull forward?", "Does making an appointment mean it is still service?"... Then I see two elderly people come in behind me and immediately get serviced. Now... I am really beginning to think that I have something wrong with my interpretation of the words "OPEN". Immediately I see this little red-haired guy pop out of this GLASS office that FACES the "OPEN" service slots. I ask him if I am in the right place. He says "Yes, the next person will be to you so you can stay in your car." I roll up my windows and comply. Meanwhile, there are 2 more cars pulling up behind me (later models than my car but unsure if that factors in). Both of these cars are immediately serviced. I pull away to see 2 workers having a smoke break and checking their phones. Um.... yeah...no. And can I mention the brunette female walked right past me on the sidewalk-ish area and has yet to acknowledge there was a car running in the "OPEN" service lane! Incredible. #leith #leithhonda "leithcars Leith is a chain! No idea if this is what is expected at all their other chains but... no thanks. I made the mistake of giving this place a second chance after having a terrible experience with a new vehicle I had purchased from them in 2002. This time around, I simply wanted to know if they would match a quote provided to me by another dealership on a new Honda. Out comes the sales manager ... Super apologetic about my past experience with their dealership and that he'll give me the best possible deal he can to make up for it. Right ... He came close to the other dealership's monthly payment, but wanted an additional $4,000 down. What???!! Then he was hassling me about my trade, of course trying to offer as little as possible for my 2015 CRV. He didn't seem interested at all in selling me a vehicle. Looking around the showroom, I was the only customer there, and all the sales staff were just sitting around texting on their phones. I ended up leaving. A couple weeks later I stopped by Autopark Honda on my way home from work to see if they would honor the quote. 5 minutes later the deal was approved without the typical Thief Honda hassle, and an hour later I was driving home in my new vehicle. read more

This is my second time coming in for my free maintenance. It took over two hours, much longer than the 45 minutes last time. Honda allows dogs to be in the waiting room so I brought my dog who was well behaved and silent. No problems there. But the cashier that I was assigned to abruptly asked me if I had a dog with me - she couldn't see her - and I responded yes. She immediately turned away and said 'she'll take care of you' with a head gesture to the next cashier. I moved and said something like 'she must not like dogs ' and the first cashier said curtly with her back to me, 'No I don't '. It was rude. She could have been polite and said that in a professional way with eye contact. But thus was rude. I will return for the free part but I will not buy any other service next time unless the customer service improves. read more

I came to this location for a coating appointment. I was not informed in advance that it would take 2-3 hours, otherwise I would've set up for a friend to pick me up. I was sent to "down the hall" to ask for a shuttle ride, so I asked the two ladies at the cashiers office where to request it. The ladies responded in such a rude way and asked who sent me over to "down the hall" and complained as to why my service advisor didn't arrange that in advance. I didn't even know I was assigned a service advisor? So I got a ride to Triangle Mall. However their pick up service is terrible. After 3 hours of stalling time, I called the dealership to request a pick up... they told me to wait at the B&N where they dropped me off. It took over 40 min for them to pick me up, I sat outside for 40 minutes, even after I called them twice to ask how much longer. There was no apology or explanation. I had my car towed ordered parts and even let them know the car was on the way and gave them all my information. The next day they say they have no record of my car being towed or even scheduled for service. Sounds like the lady just lost our paperwork and never turned it into the service center. This is our only family car and weve already missed two days of work (driving job). It sucks because they make it seem like its my fault. Very rude employees and it seems like nobody even wants to work there. And now the mechanic calls me and says that my key isnt working. Well no duh I ordered the ignition cylinder and new key yesterday with your parts department. There is OBVIOUSLY no communication. Update to previous review. Continuing to get the run around from this dealership and specifically Chuck Prier. Bridgestone told us that this is clearly a warranty issue and this dealership is being difficult. Chuck sent me an email right after I posted my original yelp review and since hasn't responded to any of my calls or emails back to him. Clearly he is more worried about yelp reviews than actually providing good customer service. The customer service continues to be horrendous here and I truly advise no one to purchase their vehicles here and most certainly avoid the service department. Update number 3! I took the car to another mechanic today and was told that my tires are obviously NOT cupping and that it's a broken wheel bearing. He looked at the tires and within minutes identified that Honda had misdiagnosed the issue. Honda would have charged me for a whole new set of tires which were not needed as well as the broken bearing after they took the tires off. This mechanic just saved me over $1000 and I repeat again, I will NEVER return to Leith Honda service department ever again. And I still have not heard back from Chuck Prier. What a joke. read more

It saddens me to say that their prices have just become too much for me to continue to go. For a simple oil change paying close to $70 is just absurd. This review is for the service department. I got a notice in the mail on Friday 11/16/2018 about a recall for my 2012 Honda Accord, the front airbag was faulty. It said that if I took it to a Honda dealership that it would be replaced for free. I am getting ready to make a trip to Alabama on Tuesday 11/20/2018 and had my fingers crossed that I would be able to get the airbag replaced before then. I knew it was Friday but their service department did not close until 7. So I took a chance and left the car at the dealership AFTER I was talked down to by a gum smacking lady. She told me they had so many appointments and she couldn't guarantee anything. I stood in front of her for 5 minutes before she even acknowledged I was standing in front of her. She continued to smack her gum and told me I needed to wait for her to finish what she was doing before she could help me. Then she told me that the recall was YEARS old, even though I just got a letter about it that day. I just did my research and the recall was only months old. I left my car there then called back on Saturday to see if they had my car fixed, she said we have been too busy and because this is free you aren't on our top priority list. Then calls me back an hour later and tells me that the car is ready. Fast forward to today 11/18/18, I go pick up my car (I live 45 minutes away) they left it with the key in the gas tank which is fine I had a spare key. I go to take my car through the carwash to wash and vacuum it out and when I get done with the carwash it starts leaking from the stop where they replaced my airbag. I have owned this car for over 4 years and it has never leaked. I went back to the dealership to leave my car and a note for them to hopefully fix by tomorrow. I will be speaking with the service centers manager first thing tomorrow. I tried to go to sales to keep from having to pay $30 for an Uber home and a few of the sales people were outside smoking and told me there was nothing they could do. That the courtesy shuttle doesn't run on Sunday's and they don't do loaner cars. My suggestion; Take your business somewhere else. Leith is not great. read more

financed a 2020 Accord. after signing the contract i was asked to see the finance manager. He asked me what warranty i would like, but i declined. He asked again this time as a referral more so, but i also declined. The third time he stated that the bank that i financed through would not allow me to drive off of the lot without a warranty. He then signs me up. He presented the warranty as if it was my only and best option. This added an extra $200 on to my payment monthly. Fast forward almost a year to date i visited the dealership, because i was advised that i did not have to have the warranty & that was a false statement to get me to purchase. Aside from my already displeased experience and attitude, the dealership had poor customer service. As soon as i stated that i was not there to purchase but to cancel my warranty, the customer service went from 5 to 2. It took a total of four intercom calls for a finance rep to approach me. I stated that i wanted to cancel my warranty & he again tried to tell me that i my warranty would carry over with my refinance. This was also false. I stated again "NO! i would like to cancel my warranty" and he replied "okay". He asked me to fill out a form and stated that he would fax it over. i didn't trust him, so i took photos of the form that i completed. i called the bank that i financed the car through & that had not received it. i then sent it via email to the address presented on the form. they replied within an hour stated that they would get to my cancellation form in the order in which it was received. 2/10 for Leith Honda of Raleigh off of capital blvd. read more

I bought my Honda from this dealership [new], and took it in because I heard a weird sound. They got my vehicle taken care of, did the necessary maintenance, made the appropriate recommendations for future work and sent me on my way. My service advisor Monique was AMAZING. I couldn't ask for a more patient, charismatic service advisor. She was on top of it and made a frustrating experience tolerable. Fast forward a few days after service, and I noticed a smell of fumes coming from my ac/heat vent. Called service, and they told me it is possible spillage from the service and it should burn off. It didn't, the smell got worse (to the point of headaches) and I took it back to the dealership. Two service advisors, and Ben from the service department confirmed the smell and ask to keep my vehicle for the day. I called to check on the vehicle that evening and was told they want to keep it over night for the Shop Foreman to smell it in the morning. THEY NEVER OFFERED A LOANER VEHICLE during this process. They have had my car for 2 full days at this point and didn't offer a loaner vehicle. The shop foreman claimed he couldn't smell anything even thought it was confirmed by 3 people that worked there. Sent me home and instructed me to come back when I smell the fumes again. I smelled the fumes as soon as I left the Honda service parking lot (but he couldn't smell it). Got the customer service call a few days later asking how satisfied I was w the service ONLY for me to complain and the "manager" stated he would get me in a loaner vehicle. My service advisor would call to confirm. TWO WEEKS LATER of me smelling fumes, and not knowing what's wrong w my car, they finally call to try to schedule an appointment to take a look at my vehicle and get me a loaner. If you can help it... DO NOT take your vehicle here for service. Find a personal mechanic or anybody other than the Honda service department. They don't care about you or your safety. I can guarantee it. IF you have the unfortunate luck of winding up here for service, I hope you get Monique as a service advisor. She'll be the bright spot in your experience. Otherwise, stay clear of this place. I wouldn't even recommend purchasing a Honda at this point. Unfortunately for them, Leith Honda won't get another sale from me, and I was in the market for a new vehicle. read more

Not a good review! Bought a Honda CRV 2018 At Leith January 2018. The sales guy was adequate, but took 5X the needed time due to inability to type with more than one finger! Sales manager tried to screw us of course, folded quickly to 5000 less when pushed. The car is OK, but the OEM tires wore out in first 23,000 miles, the AC compressor needed replacement at 4 years and 35000 miles, $2000, just out of warranty. And battery replaced too. Not the quality I expect from Honda. AND, we get free oil and filter changes. Nice, but yesterday I spent 30 minutes at check in waiting for them to take the car ("we're short handed"), then 2 hours in the waiting room while they looked for any possibility of add-on costs and fixes. Particularly galling is that the tech puled the passenger air filter and videoed how dirty it was, then simply put it back without even tapping the dirt off it. Then a quote for $55 for new filter and $60 to install! I just cleaned the filter for nothing in 5 minutes. Car is nice but never again a Honda. Gone way downhill. read more

The Sales Pitch Part of our buying experience was quite spotty as the lady wouldn't really let us breathe even after saying no 98 million times. This experience was a complete nightmare. After a "relatively" smooth sale, things went down hill almost immediately. First off, I was asked to go back to re-sign all of the paperwork after a clerical error that was made on Derek's part. I obliged and asked Derek to make sure the paperwork was expedited since I had also turned in another lease a month early as part of the deal. I then learned (from my previous auto lender) that it took Derek & Leith Honda 5 weeks to process the paperwork which resulted in me being charged (with no communication from anyone at Leith) an additional $800 because the market value of my trade in had increased in the 5 weeks it took Leith to process. When I called to try and get an explanation, Derek refused to call be back. I eventually spoke with Sheila (Sales Manager) & she essentially said "Sorry things like that happen." FURTHERMORE - I have now been driving around with an expired temporary license plate because allegedly Leith lost the original copy they made of my drivers license. I finally got Derek on the phone & expressed my frustration with the whole process and after about 30 seconds he placed me on hold and passed me back off to Sheila. Sheila gave me the "Sorry but things happen" speech again. I've have never been treated more poorly as a consumer. I'm writing this after (regrettably) referring my brother-in-law to purchase a vehicle from Leith as well shortly after we picked up our vehicle about a month and a half ago. This experience has made it clear to me how little Leith cares about their clients after a sale & how incompetent their team's are. Not once did anyone from Leith accept responsibility for the errors made on THEIR part or try to do anything at all to rectify the situation. I have purchased 2 SUVs from Leith Honda and have been completely satisfied with the sales department and the service department. The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of seating or a desk where you can get some work done. They have wi-fi, snack food machines and clean bathrooms should you need to use one. read more

I had work done here before so when my husband called to ask for the ballpark idea of "installation of a hitch receiver" labor only. We had ordered the hitch online previously so we needed to get it installed. Their quote was 508 dollars, the service adviser said it would take 4 hours, no wiring harness, just the hitch. Seriously?. My husband said he would do it himself, he watched a youtube a couple of times and printed the installation instructions found on line for the Curt C13119 it took him by himself an hour and 45 minutes and he had lunch in between so the actual time was only an hour and 15 minutes, he said he could do it in half the time if he had to do it again but wait he will be 70 in a couple of months! look mom! no helping hands!, I saw him under the car holding the hitch with one hand while securing the first screw and holding the other end of the hitch with his knee. He said the hardest part was removing the rubber isolators that hold the exhaust muffler. An expert can do it in 30 minutes, what kind of lazy mechanics do you people have or maybe you need to review your rates/times. If I have to pay 127 per hour to someone I would expect the guy to be very efficient, meaning "hey do a good job and do it fast, don't just kill time as if you were a bureaucrat" if you want to stay in business you need to be competitive and make a profit but not by "inflating" repair time. Four hours? seriously? Leith Honda in Aberdeen wanted 1,200 with hitch included and that is why we ordered the hitch online and paid 110 for an aftermarket but made by Curt that fits perfect to the Honda and is made in the good old USA read more
