First time I ordered from here was yesterday. My order was as simple as garlic knots and fries. My garlic knots were hard. It took quite some effort to eat them. And the garlic knots to sauce ratio was not up to par. I then decided to just eat the fries. WHICH WERE COLD. I found this funny because I was waiting on my fries to be made when I got there so wouldn't they be almost uneatable for being so hot from just coming out of the fryer? It's your average pizza place. The pies are good...not spectacular. And normally the delivery service is friendly and not issues with the order. I have only ordered to my workplace. Today, I decided to get an order to my home and the delivery guy was too lazy to come up to my apartment since I live on the third floor and they were missing part of my order. When I called them on the phone they said they were going to bring the rest of it and brushed me off the phone with no apology. I understand that they are used to serving drunk college kids who don't care but I am not one. Next time I will just order from Matey's or Westgate Pizza. read more

If there was a way to rate this place with 0 stars I absolutely would. Such a shame during a pandemic we decide to give this place a Second chance because face it we all get tired of cooking allll day during this quarantine. We spent a total of $74.00 not including the tip and received TERRIBLE food and service in return! The food was extremely cold, they were over the time they gave us for delivery, and the order wasn't even right. The pizza had sooooo much sauce the bottom was completely soggy. The cheesesteaks had NO flavor and the fries tasted as if they had freezer burn. I'm so dissappointed. What a waste! When u call the manager to inform him on the food that was delivered to us his response was "well what do you want us to do." This place would never get another penny from me and I hope anyone reading this does not waste their time. This was one of my favorite parts of living on campus! I love their pizza so much. I think if i ever got kidnapped and kept over sees, this would be one of the first places I come too! I love the white pizza with the ricotta. Tomatoe sauce is good here but i really do prefer the white pizzas. They are amazing especially the four cheese pizza. I will tell you a truth: one time i went here by myself and ate a whole one all by myself.. I know, seems like a loser thing to do, but i didn't want to share it with anyone. I ordered two large cheese pizzas, an order of fried raviolis, and a chicken parmesan sandwhich. The pizza was great, I have always enjoyed it. The fried raviolis are the best and we always get a side of them. I was however, not pleased with the chicken parmesan sandwhich. It had a very small piece of chicken, globs of pasty looking sauce and one mozzarella half-melted looking piece of cheese on it. Disgusting and nowhere near as good as other places I have been to. They also need to step up their game in customer service, they are very rude when answering the phone and always give us a high wait time on delivery. I won't be calling them again in a long time. I LOVE Lehigh Pizza! For me I love it because its just a regular city Pizza place. Its not overpriced. Its not over fancy. I am a fan of the small businesses over corporations. I don't care what the other reviews are saying, for us this is the Pizza place we will always go to. The delivery staff are always so friendly when they come. They don't just stand there like a lump. They engage in conversation and I appreciate that. The online ordering is extremely simple. This is a city Pizza place not a gold plated Pizza palace. And that's why I love it. First time and probably last time customer. Called in an order for 2 pizzas and a dessert. First off, the person who took the order was incredibly rude to us. Getting snippy because we wanted to add one more item at the last minute, which we canceled because of his attitude. Waited 45 minutes for 2 pies, roughly 15 minutes up the road or less. By the time it got here is was not only cold, but soggy and greasy. Had to throw it in the microwave. Bad service. Sub par food and delivery. Cheap but not worth it. Lehigh Pizza became my favorite pizza place when my former favorite pizza place burned down. I've never been there and always have food delivered. They are fast. I order online and it always says delivery in 1hour. I usually get my order in 30 minutes - without fail! People, if you want food quicker, hotter, crunchy, whatever, GO THERE and eat! All food will cool a bit when delivered. All things like fried shrimp and mozzarella sticks won't be very crunchy when delivered because the hot moisture in the container adversely affects the crunch. It's just common sense folks! Some people are way too damned fussy and think the world revolves around them and it should kiss their butt on every revolution. I've NEVER had a complaint about my order. It's always there quickly and good. Yes, I have had to put a pizza slice in the microwaving box, but it was delivered, and not made in their vehicle! The pizza is awesome, toppings generous, the antipasto are huge! I'm a big eater and the small antipasto is too much for one person! The eclairs are freakin' wonderful. Their wings, fried shrimp - geez - their whole menu is AWESOME! I'm convinced that most of the negative reviews are from people as described earlier and those who can't appreciate the hard work done by their kitchen staff and delivery people. If you're looking for awesome food with quick delivery at a very reasonable price, give Lehigh Pizza an honest try. If you're one of those people who look for reasons to trash a place online, if you go Lehigh Pizza, you might not like the decor, (like I said, I've never been there, so I don't know) maybe then you could rip them apart - but it won't be about the food! The Attorneys that I work for highly recommended Lehigh Pizza. They have been ordering from there for years. I have been getting food from this establishment for at least the last 4 years. Today I was highly offended and put off by the customer service, from the manager. I ordered a chef salad and received a salad with no meat. I called back and informed him of same. I indicated that i believed that I should be issued a refund since I now have to wait for the meat to be delivered to me. He told me that it was a ridiculous and unreasonable request and it was his choice to issue a refund or not. The meat was in fact delivered to me and it clearly was simply thrown in the container as a way to be smart. I refuse to eat what was delivered, with the way he was talking to me and the condition that the "meat" was delivered, i have no idea what he did to it. So now not only am I out the cost of the salad that i ordered, I have to spend even more money to order a new lunch at another place. Never have I ever been treated with such animosity and rudeness as i was today. I told the manager that I would be posting on every site that i could of my experience, he told me to go for it. Well, I tried ordering via phone call and was put on hold and spoke to four different people. When I asked what beer they had, I was told lots of beer and every beer I asked for they did not have so no one there has any real idea of inventory. I wanted to order after finally speaking to the fourth person but was put on hold without given a chance to give my card number after ordering. I also wanted to order a pizza but apparently, I need to order from somewhere else as I did not get a chance to order that and was hung up on. Might be my last time ordering here. The beer was not the big deal and apparently was made as a bad mistake to have asked about from there. Just a phone experience with them. Cheese steaks were super dry. Wings weren't deep fried, they were baked, which is an all out travesty it self when you want some wings. Pizza is solid for that side of town, mediocre at best. My only complaint (Thus minus the Star) is that in the Men's Room there were feces sprawled all over the mirror. This excrete dissuaded my from readjusting my mustache. It smelt horrifyingly of dung. I love Lehigh Pizza. I just moved to Bethlehem about 4 to 5 months ago and i was hearing in my block, "The best place to get beer, pizza, and a great service is at Lehigh pizza. So I went for a visit on my day off and a soon as i opened to door i saw a couple of young women and the manger standing there, greeted me right on the spot with smiles on all of there faces. One girl, i think her name was Claudia, helped me out with the menu choices. I have never seen a pizza restaurant with so many choices. So I ordered a Whole cheesesteak knowing the risk of how big it is (15 inches lol!!!). I placed my order and i was looking over where the beer was and i saw that they had a wide variety of beers, i was super excited. So another girl on the other side of the counter, a beautiful colored woman with a big white smile and a great personality asked me what do i prefer and she knew right away what i wanted. I got my cheesesteak and my drink and i was very satisfied and I definitely will be coming back shortly. read more
