He is very helpful by coming to my house and working on my PC in my office and not have to take it with him unless I'm having serious problems. Even when he takes it he has it back to me in 1-2 days. The best thing is he is way cheaper than competitors out there. When my PC was getting outdated I told him what I needed my PC for and he offered to build me a desktop or even to meet me at the store to pick out a laptop that will work for me. I currently went with both options not at the same time of course but the best part of him helping me with this is he didn't try up selling me on a PC, laptop and software that I wouldn't need. His office was in the back of his father's jewelry store right across from Casa Bonita restaurant on Milwaukee Avenue. After speaking with him at length I decided to give him a try and see if he could fix my wife's laptop. After a few days he was able to diagnose the problem and installed a new hard drive. He also fixed my wife's i phone as well. His charges were very reasonable and even though it took a little longer than expected he was able to fix the laptop and restore additional memory to her phone.
