I can't really speak to value as I only needed to drop off a package that already had a label from my company, they seemed to be trying to recommend cheaper options to the lady in front of me though. They offer all mail services, so you can choose the option that works best for you or that is cheapest. You just have to ask what your other options are. The person behind the desk is pretty knowledgeable and suggests options based on weight and tracking availability for the package. I was thoroughly surprised that he was trying to suggest options.

Their online booking process was easy, with follow ups via text, keeping things efficient while I'm going crazy trying to pack and do everything else associated with a move. The pair of movers I booked arrived right on time on the big day, a little before the POD showed up. But once it did, I turned them loose on the pile of boxes and furniture, and they blew through it like it was nothing. They had my 16 foot pod a little over 3/4 full in a little over an hour, and secured the items to finish up.
