Amazing results and service ! Took my 2 daughters to Dr. Pham for their Invisalign. Just 5 months in, I am very pleased with my daughters's results. My husband also got Invisalign to fix his underbite. The office is so clean and beautifully decorated. The staffs are so friendly and patient. I went to Legacy Orthodontics for my retainer and braces. Now Dr. Pham and his team are very phenomenal in the sense of how they care about your dental health. They do their job and they make sure they do it right. The staff is also very friendly and funny, it makes for a really inviting environment. I worked with Legacy over the last 2 and a half years (yes my teeth were BAD) I am insanely happy with everything. Not a single complaint over the last 2 years with them. They really took care of all my concerns and corrected my teeth in the best way. My teeth look amazing now, they were patient with me and gave me great advice during my duration with braces. I am insanely happy and could not recommend this place more. read more

Updating this review after 8yrs. Came back in after some primary dentist work and their service is just as great as always. They took good care to install a new permanent retainer. I was in and out in about 30mins... prolonged due to my "ribbing" of Dr Pham for his allegiance to Tom Brady. Quite frankly those fun and passionate conversations are what helps ease anxiety with someone working on my mouth! Also appreciate Gail and Phams reasonable pricing for dental accessories (even when it was my mistake)! read more

Today was the big day! After 4 years my braces are finally off! Dr. Chen, Stephanie and his team are absolutely amazing. We've spent 4 years with each other, literally my 3rd family! Dr Pham and his team are amazing. My wife normally takes my daughter for her appointment but today she was tied up so it was my first time visiting the office. Upon arrival, the front desk staff handed my daughter a note she wrote for my wife 1.5 months ago that she forgot and left behind. Right away, I felt at home and part of an extended family. My youngest kiddo completed his orthodontic treatment with Dr. Pham. He was a unique case due to all his genetically inherited missing adult teeth. We will eventually have to get bridges or implants when he is finished growing, but he has a beautiful smile now! Everyone here is absolutely professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their braces! If I could give this place more than 5 stars review - I would do so in a heartbeat! Everyone here is absolutely professional and friendly. I came to Dr. Pham about 2 years after being referred by my dentist at Oceanic Dental. During the first visit, I expressed my concerns about my underbite and Dr. Pham explained all the information I needed to know about getting my underbite fixed as well as his schedule for my braces to get it prepared for underbite surgery and post surgery. I agreed with Dr. Pham and went forward with the braces. I believe it took more than a year for the braces to correct my alignment for surgery. My surgeon whom Dr. Pham recommended me to go said that Dr. Pham did an amazing job with the pre surgery alignment and was able to performed a successful underbite surgery. I am currently on the post surgery braces phase and was told that next visit is when the braces come off. I am really happy with the results and can't wait to see the finish appearance once the braces is off. Thanks to everyone at Legacy Orthodontics! If I could give this place more than 5 stars review - I would do so in a heartbeat! read more

I first met dr.pham in 2020 through my dentist for Invisalign corrections and I can't say enough about the amazing job the legacy team has done for my teeth. I'm able to smile and laugh everyday without any concerns for the imperfection of my teeth and I received the biggest boost for my confidence. The professionalism and caring attitude I received every visit cannot be measured by words; you simply have to experience it yourself. Dr.pham not only fix your teeth, he also educates you on the long term prevention and care of your teeth as well. I went to Legacy for a free consultation to see if orthodontics could -- or, more importantly, should -- be used to fix my bite, which is wearing down my lower front teeth. In addition to their expertise, I found Dr. Chen and his entire staff to be quite personable, which made the visit pleasant from start to finish. More importantly, I believe this practice to be one of integrity. After a review of my x-rays and photos, Dr. Chen advised me against orthodontics, and cited the reasons why he thought that, in my case, it wouldn't be practical or safe. Of course, as part of a free consultation, such advice could only mean that he prioritized my welfare above all other considerations. It's worth noting, as well, that his advice came in sharp contrast to the recommendation I received from another popular orthodontics practice in Tustin. That other practice was friendly and professional, but left me feeling more like a number than a person, and seemed not to consider the risks identified by Dr. Chen (and by my dentist!). Hence, the reason I sought out a different practice, and consulted with Legacy Ortho. I can't end this review without noting one of the most helpful members of the Legacy staff: the office manager, Gail. I knew from my phone conversation with her that I had found an ortho practice that I could trust, and that, one way or the other, I'd find out if orthodontics would work for me. Gail is congenial and "real," and quite conversant in orthodontics, which made our initial exchange that much more effective. Needless to say, I recommend Legacy Orthodontics without reservation. read more

I started my journey with braces since I needed to have double jaw surgery for an underbite. I drive an hour and a half to get to my appointments, but my results are so worth the drive. Dr. Chen has worked with my surgeon to give me the best results possible. I get my braces off in a few months and can't wait to see my new smile. I was recommended here by Oceanic Dental, and decided to give this place a try after reading all the reviews. Went in for a consultation with Dr. Pham and was sold! I liked that he was honest with the timeline and didn't give me the BS that my other ortho gave me. The facility is nice and clean and their staff members are all awesome. Gail was super helpful in getting everything set up for me and Marina is super efficient. I love that she can get me in and out in less than 30 min, and everything is so painless!!! They all know your name and remember your life. Not that it really matters, but it's nice to know they listened to you the first time. It's very family oriented and professional. Love all the ortho doctors and staff at this orthodontics practice in Tustin. We had both our daughters in braces during High school and I am also now doing Invisalign as an older adult through their office. They have always been so helpful, kind and efficient and also reasonably priced for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend using their office for all of your ortho needs. We keep coming back!! We live in South Orange County and it's worth the drive .. also love that they are NOT "retail orthodontists" who push treatments that are expensive and unnecessary.... read more

Throughout my experience with Legacy Orthodontics, it has been only positives. I have had the pleasure of being a patient at their location for about 2-3 years. I always feel that all associates here, genuinely do their best work towards their guests. I didn't feel pressured to get a certain orthodontic treatment over another. I was given information and recommendations, and then went with what I felt was best course of action in my situation. Pricing at this location is competitive, and might have a specific promotion or referral bonus. Other Orthodontic locations may fluctuate pricing as it is on a case by case basis. History

Established in 2006.

Dr. Chen and Dr. Pham are both graduates of USC School of Dentistry, where they initially met. Subsequently, they both completed their residencies at Columbia University and University of Washington, where they got their Certificate of Orthodontics. Eventually they reconvened back in Orange County, where they both grew up, and realized there was nothing quite like home. So they stood their ground and rerooted themselves. Seeing that there was so much potential near the Tustin Legacy Community, they wanted to establish their practice here, hence the name Legacy Orthodontics. Now, the community is flourishing more than ever, and Legacy Orthodontics is serving both the Irvine and Tustin area. Our motto is "Creating beautiful smiles with personalized care," and that is what we will continue to do. We hope that we are able to bring the same feeling of community, home, and family to you by making your smile your legacy to cherish, hold, and pass onto others.

Meet the Business Owner: William C.

Dr. Chen and Dr. Pham's have been practicing orthodontics since 2004, and continue to participate in advanced post-doctoral education with some of the world's foremost clinicians, which ensures that every patient's orthodontic treatment is held to the highest standards of modern care. Children, teens, and adults all find that Dr. Chen and Dr. Pham are able to make their individual care a top priority. Both doctors are members of American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, California Dental Association and Orange County Dental Society. Dr. Chen and Dr. Pham both went on to the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, where they both met, and received their Certification of Orthodontics. They both completed their Certification of Orthodontics at Columbia University and University of Washington, while Dr. Pham also received his Master of Science in Dentistry. The two are further family-oriented and enjoy spending time with family!

I also went back and forth a lot between treatment options, and Dr. Lee was super patient and answered all my questions over text to help me make the best decision. I ended up seeing Dr. Pi for most of my treatment, and she was amazing. She was very realistic about what could be achieved based on my tooth anatomy and also helped move treatment along smoothly since I wanted to finish before my wedding. I never felt rushed at appointments (she always answered my many questions!) and really appreciated how collaborative she was when reviewing refinements and treatment changes with me. I was able to finish treatment in under a year, and the whitening kit plus gingival laser contouring included at the end were such nice bonuses! Huge thank you as well to Eena for always being so helpful with scheduling and fitting me in for last-minute appointments when needed. Overall, I'm super happy with my results and would definitely recommend them. Thank you Dr. Lee, Dr. Pi, Eena, and the rest of the team for an excellent experience!

As a patient at Diamond Coast Dental under the care of Dr. Pham, I was referred to Legacy Orthodontic for consultation regarding my bite and jaw issues. From the moment I stepped into Legacy Orthodontic, I knew I was in good hands. My journey began in November 2021, when I received a consultation that Dr. Pham here recommended braces and surgery, which initially surprised me. However, after careful consideration, I decided to proceed with the treatment plan. In April 2022, I returned to Legacy Orthodontic to begin my treatment journey. Under the care of the third Dr. Pham at Kaiser, I underwent surgery in October 2023. Throughout the entire process, I felt incredibly well taken care of by all three Dr. Phams. I've been seeing Dr. Chen for the past two years or so, and let me just say, I have had such a pleasant time! Not only is he knowledgeable, but he also is very caring as a health professional. He's super good and talented at what he does, and he always ensures that all questions are left answered at all times. He is also very detail-oriented! We looked around quite a bit for the right orthodontist for our son. We chose Legacy and are very happy to have done so. The office is very modern and clean. The staff, especially Cindy made us feel comfortable. She was very professional and explained everything in a way we could understand. We didn't feel pressured or confused whatsoever. Another year down another more to go! I've had regular metal braces for about a year and a half already, and I truly don't regret this decision.
