My second time doing orthodontics, but my first time at this facility. It's a really nice space (warm, welcoming, and cheery). It's easy to make an appointment and I never have to wait long when calling in. I've only had two issues during my time here: 1) ortho scraped/cut my gum line (not a big issue because I don't think there was lasting damage 2) I wish I would have had more information during the consult on how ortho impacts my gum lines (found out that because my teeth are moving, this can result in my gum receding - I learned this on my own towards the end of the treatment). 3) When I received conflicting information between my ortho and dentist regarding using a night guard, I had to really push the front desk to have the ortho speak to my dentist. I had to make this request three times and eventually insisted because there was conflicting information given. My last positive to share - once I finished my treatment they gave me two pairs of retainers and accommodated my request of making the width of the retainer thinner to avoid additional impact on my gum lines. read more

Overall, my orthodontic treatment itself was a fairly easy and smooth experience, and I am happy with the final results of my smile. However, I was very disappointed with how things were handled at the end of my treatment. During the removal of my braces, they were not as careful as they should have been around my crowned tooth, which resulted in the crown being popped off. I then had to take the crown to my dentist, who confirmed there was nothing wrong with the tooth itself. What upset me most was not just the incident, but the lack of follow-up afterward. No one from the office contacted me to check in, address the issue, or see if getting the crown fixed was okay. While I appreciate the final results of my orthodontic treatment, I believe better care, communication, and accountability should have been shown when an unexpected problem occurred. read more

We were assigned to Erika and she was professional and explained everything they were going to do (my son had an expander put in). I love that she showed my son every instrument and calmed his nerves. The office had everything we needed. It's beautiful but even more practical.
