My skylight had been installed incorrectly by another company, which was contributing to the moisture issue. Since skylight repairs can be a relatively small job, I found that not many reputable companies were interested in doing this type of work. I was very happy to find Sunline Energy. Juan handled the skylight and related roof and flashing repairs, and I can't say enough about the quality of his work. He is a perfectionist and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. He went above and beyond and fixed both the skylight and surrounding roof area beyond my expectations. Adding on after Sunline Energy's response: I did not mention the following yet it is important to do so, in 2024 3 roofing companies told me that the roof was past due on repair, I had mentioned what happened with Sunline Energy in 2023 and was told that your company as well as others install on roofs that are not healthy enough and even with replacement of shingles the plywood was not thick enough to support solar panels, in other words, Sunline never mentioned something that was felt just by walking on the roof, ethics should be as important as obtaining a sale because people work hard to keep there home maintained, honesty is the best policy, I understand that the company must achieve sales but situations as so are very disturbing, Sunline Energy continues to owe us $1,000 due to a deposit for a job that never took place.

Absolutely do not use this company!…read more I signed a contract with Cosmic Solar & Roofing to install Solar Panels on a ADU we are building. I gave an initial deposit and was told the next step would be to pull permits. What actually happened next was they came onto my property and installed solar panels on the ADU without ever contacting me, making an appointment, or getting any kind of approval. They never spoke to me once -- they just showed up and did the entire installation without my knowledge. It wasn't until they contacted me demanding full payment that we realized they had installed the Solar Panels. ( again this is on an ADU so I never even knew someone was on the property working) They have now demanded full payment and have filed a mechanic's lien against my home even though the system is not operational and the permit has not been signed off. I made numerous calls and emails to Pey and the owner Bahram Shadzi and did not receive any response. This behavior is outrageous. I have now filed a complaint with the Contractors State License Board. Stay far away from Cosmic Solar & Roofing.

Hi I'm reviewing Sunrun Solar we signed up with them back in August of 24 we were told by the…read morerepresentative that stop by the house that even though we had 14 original panels that were working and supplying electricity to the grid and our home that their panels would be connected to those so we would be running at 24 panels come to find out yesterday we have got nine panels connected to two Tesla batteries and they're telling us now that the original panels that were on the house weren't connected at all they said it wasn't their responsibility and because it wasn't in writing it couldn't be done anyway and I said when they came to discuss the whole thing we kept asking if he was sure they would be attached.he assured us they would be.He even made a call to someone, he did ask them about the panels the potential customers already had and we were assured that they would be connected well they're not our electric bills aren't bad running air conditioning at 74° 24 hours a day 7 days a week for the last month. the electric bills are there but they're not as bad as if we didn't have the 9 solar panels, but would have been better with the other 14 panels we had connected. I would make doubly sure if you're going to sign a contract with Sunrun and you already have some panels on your roof get it in writing that you want those connected or they will not be responsible for them just a heads up I learned the hard way I'm 76 years old and there's not much we can do about it right now so just beware of Sunrun. we're paying $209 a month which I thought wasn't bad for the 24 panels now I find out it's only for the nine panels so I don't know if that's a bargain or not so just a heads up I hope this helps.
