The installer, Dennis, understood my very specific requirements for cable routing paths and for equipment placement/alignment. He's built Lancelot into a successful business and a great team. Will gladly work with Lancelot again. Strong recommendation, 10/10!

We wanted a few outdoor and indoor cameras. Vitaly and his team were able to install all cameras, wiring and the main box seamlessly. Vitaly was very easy to work with and as a new business, I really appreciated him accommodating to our specific needs as well as giving us a reasonable price. Overall, the service they provided was excellent. They displayed a great deal of professionalism with how they communicated from start to finish. I cannot recommend Vitaly and the Lancelot team enough. Thank you so much! I will be contacting you again if we need more cameras.

Everything was good and we set a date for install. As we all know life happens and some adjustment needed to be made. I called John and he was able to accommodate a change in my install date. Overall very satisfied with the system that I have installed, it is top of the line, quality and best of all there's no excessive holes in the walls because I didn't do it, haha. Everything went well!…read more I walked in at 4:45pm, not realizing that it was so late in the afternoon. As soon as I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed. Nick approached and willingly asked how he could help me. I shared that a year ago I had a fob car key made from a different locksmith and recently it stopped working. Before Nick addressed the problem, he noticed that my fob key was taped with blue tape. I shared that ever since I got this fob key made, the actual key for the car never stayed in place so the blue tape was to ensure that I wouldn't lose the key. Nick, without me asking, stopped and took the time to try to fix that issue. Unfortunately, that issue was not fixable, but Nick gave 200% to try to fix it. Fast forward, Nick ended up changing the battery in the fob key and that fixed my issue. Finally, on a completely different note, I asked Nick for a huge favor. I explained to him that I went to get gasoline earlier and when I went to pull the latch to open my gas door, a clip fell out. Little did I realize that without a functional clip my gas door will not open. Nick gladly helped me get my gas door open. I walked into American Lock and Key with so much stress. I left without the stress, thanks to Nick! If you have key or lock issues, do not hesitate to ask American Lock and Key for help. They will go above and beyond the call of duty!!!

Then we realized we have used them before to install a safe when we first moved to Las Vegas. There were quite a few employees at the store and they were all very professional and helpful. I was charged $20 which I thought was really reasonable and affordable. I initially started a project on Yelp and the quotes came in much higher. I highly recommend American Lock & Key. They seem to have the skills and talents to work on any lock and key issues.

After dealing with that, JF Technical was contacted and claimed it was not their fault after they admitted there was a small hole left unpatched. According to Fabian, the owner, a rat could not have fit through that hole. Fast forward two years and the job was still not complete as I wanted two cameras in my dog run that had two-way communication. Clearly, that was almost too much to ask as it took two years to get installed. We have never been able to get our cameras on our iPads and were told it was the iPad configuration. Seriously, it's an iPad, how many different ways can it be configured? They also failed to secure the wires that were pulled to the rafters or at least tuck them out of the way. A few years after installation was complete our heater needed to be serviced and the technician refused as the wires were run on top of the unit making it impossible for him to work. Since then, I have had the system completely removed and had CAT6 wires run, and a new camera system installed. Stay away from this company as it will just cost you double in the long run. Now, we love our new system however, it cost us over $10,000 to get here.
