Pedicures are great and reasonably priced. They always are able to get us in same day, often within an hour or two.

Myself and my 2 teenage daughters walked in for 3 deluxe pedicures. Receptionists said she could do 3 of us at the same time to come back in 1 hours and 45 mins. We went to eat. Arrived 10mins early and took all 3 of back on time. Myself and 1 daughter were started right away. My other daughter sat with her feet soaking for 25mins. Her water was cold. Finally, I asked who was coming to serve my other daughter. Someone came over in mins proceeded with my daughters DELUXE PEDI and finished in 30 mins. She still has dry skin on her heels and balls of her feet. Very dissatisfied. Will not be returning. This establishment took no effort in performing a great service as they claim on their website. We will never return nor recommend Lees Nail & Spa.​ read more

I have been there twice. Both times I got a good quality job - I've done pedicure and manicure with gel polish. Nail cleaning is very important for me, I would say 4/5 on that topic which is better than many places around town. I rather drive 30 min to get to Lee's Spa than use a service nearest my place. Me and my bestie went to go get a manicure and pedicure and it went great! We sat next to eachother to get pedicures and the chairs had great massage features. All of the staff was super nice and it was pretty cheap to get a pedicure that also included a massage (regular pedicure) I'm very happy with how my nails turned out! This is my third time here and I will definitely keep coming back. I had my nails done here twice during my month long stay in Destin. If I lived here I would come here regularly.

I will not be back. I made a first time appt here after it was recommended. I wish places would realize its for your time there and not expect you to know which table to go to, or who your seeing, where the sink is, etc. For dip polish, there werent that many colors to choose from really. They didnt have my usual go to color either. Even the fake nails they have the colors painted on so you can see, looked weird. It was just like they did one stripe of the color and looked thin, so you cant really tell how your color will look. Once i figured out on my own where i was supposed to go, i wasnt greeted or anything. I had requested an appt with One, but no clue if thats even who i saw or not. Im not a fan of places who use drills. I felt a quick burn twice and kind of jumped, he asked why I jumped and I told him it burnt, he said no it doesnt, its just friction......ok I had to take one phone call while my nails were wrapped and soaking off, so he wasnt even sitting there. My call lasted maybe 4 minutes. When he came back and began, ive never been to a place where you hold your nails over a fan to dry. So when he motioned me to do that, i asked him "is there a certain way i should hold my hand", he looked at me dumbfounded, and told me to ball my hand up on the fan. So i did. A few mins later out of the blue he told me i need to learn to relax. I said what? He said you need to relax, we have alot of problems with people in here being on their phones when they should be relaxing". I said ummmm i feel pretty relaxed so idk why you think im not. The only time i had been on my phone was the few minutes he wasnt even there.... The manicure in general wasnt even great. He did nothing with my cuticles; and the paint job looks bad. The sides of my nails arent painted. There is also white powder showing through on some nails. No lotion or massage at the end. Highly disappointed and will never go back. read more

I live a mile from grand Blvd and really wanted to try a place close to home as the traffic is so bad going to Destin. The first time was about a year ago and the gel pealed off within a week. This time I was with my daughter in law. She had Evelyn and her nails and they were great! My experience was not so good. claimed they could "seat us" at 12:30 when we walked in at 11:45. perfectly fine. We told them we would run across the street while we were waiting and they said it was fine. We asked if there was any chance it would open earlier and were told "I won't guarantee anything" so we left Planning to come back in a couple minutes. we came back and were told "there was an opening but someone else walked in so we gave it away but in ten minutes there should be an opening" fast forward forty minutes later at 12:45 and we still don't have a seat, while people who have walked in after us have been seated. we waited for over an hour. worst costumer service ever, and the hostess was a complete b!tch! never going there again! horrible quality too smelled of chemicals and felt like my head was gonna explode by the Time we left cause we never were seated:( read more

I recently tried Lee's Spa & Nails and they did a fantastic job. I'm super picky and ocd about my nails - I like them to be perfect. The lady who did my nails made sure they were exactly what I wanted, paid close attention to detail with shape and making sure none of the SNS got on my cuticles or skin. Service was decent! The problem is that when we went to pay, they tried to charge $45 for a pedicure which was not told to me before the service. Every time I go in for a pedicure, the service being received is clarified before beginning. I felt like I was being scammed and I really just did not appreciate that. read more

Well... this was a disappointment. Though the salon appears clean, the experience overall was terrible. 1. They still require masks to be worn inside, which at this point is not required by any other businesses in the area. That is the first thing to be aware of. Personally, we cancelled the second portion of our service because we didn't want to sit inside in masks for 2 hours. I don't judge those who want to continue to wear masks but it is my preference to not. Just something for the public to be aware of - as I was not told of the requirement when I booked the appointment. 2. Though they require masks, the manager with the phone in his pocket took his mask off and sneezed all over the pedicure area without even covering his face. Kind of defeats the purpose of masks - no? 3. Their pricing is also shady. They have an Express Pedicure and a Regular Pedicure. They do not explain the difference and automatically charge you the upcharge for a regular pedicure without asking or explaining the difference. The menu pricing is confusing and I'm sure they get a lot of people on this upcharge. I am a local and won't be recommending this salon to anyone and I will not be returning. HORRIBLE experience. I came in with 2 of my children to get pedicures and 1 wanted a foot massage of which they offer in their menu. When called back to the pedi chairs, they told me they don't do foot massages anymore. Uugghh....then why have it on their list of choices??? While getting a pedi for my daughter and I, I saw where they offer a Princess Pedicure that offers a foot massage. My child is within the age requirement for this service. After telling the workers that we'll take that one, they said they can't do it anymore because they told the next people who came in after us that they can have my child's place in line. Uugghhhh..... The owner Kenny just lost our business for good. The lady working on my feet proceeded to tell me it was my fault that they couldn't get to my child. Service is good but they moved in a new building and went way up on their prices. They are too expensive.

Have called several times with no answer today and any other day I call. When I go in person they have no appointments even though walk ins welcome. I've had my nails done there twice. Once by someone I asked not have have again ( discreetly and politely) and once by Tin who is fantastic. Now every time I ask for him he's out of the country. Also got quotes the one time I did get an answer and was told a different price than what is on their list in salon. Dunno but I believe they pick and choose their customers instead of letting customers pick and choose their nail tech and appointments. Have friends that go there who never get a VM or no answer when they call! read more

The nail techs were rude and hurtful. They also were very rough and cut open my cuticles and didn't want to even give me any antiseptic to put on after they were bleedIng. If you are wanting a nice relaxing service do not go here. It's also extremely pricey compared to other salons in the area and definitely not worth the price. Take my advice and go somewhere better. Took my five year to get a pedicure with me as a special treat. We love our nails, but I'm disappointed that they wouldn't let me use a gift card for this nail salon. They said it was "expired" and they didn't have the machine for it anymore. Although the gift card is old, there is no expiration date on the card, and I have never heard of any business not honoring a gift card if they're still in business. I walked in for service and had previously checked their booking schedule online and it showed availability, but because I wanted some additional services, I decided to walk in instead, because I'm staying within walking distance of the nail salon. They open at 9:00a I walked in at 9:04. When I walked in the guy was on the phone and told whomever on the phone they could be taken in 10 mins. When he acknowledged me, with his head down, he told me he had no availability. I asked him why had he informed the person on the phone they could be seen in 10 mins, but I can't and I'm standing in front of him, he then said, I don't know why I told them that. My go to nail joint when visiting my cousin in Miramar Beach FL. Located in the Sandestin strip mail near Publix and Starbucks. During peak tourist season I would highly recomend calling for a reservation. Since it was post the Thanksgiving rush we just walked right in. The chairs are great....good massage while getting a pedi. Lots of colors to choose from by I'm a red to maroon gal so the picking was easy. I opted for the deluxe because the express was not enough the luxe pedi had parafin (not my bag). The place is very clean but I missed the "shower cap" in the pedi bowl that I've gotten very use to in Reno. Nice leg massage. She did my toes right considering I hadn't had a pedi in months. I was left with some hang nails,polish on my skin, and did a bad job on my heels. The massage was really short. Definitely not what I'm used to. I have to say that Annie and her husband are wonderful and the lady that has her hair dyed the cool white and black is the best (apologize for not remembering her name!). BUT, the manager and possible owner(?) is the most unprofessional jerk. He is always rude. We are so lucky to receive his services. He actually Kidd my nails last time and he told me I COULDN'T get the shape I wanted and I couldn't have two colors on my nails. I have never in 35 years of getting my nails done had the nail tech tell me I could not have what I wanted. It isn't as if I hadn't had the same shape and colors done before.
