Great place to get a pedicure. Also I took my grandmother for a pedicure and staff was really helpful getting her in and out of pedicure chair. Did s very nice job, also offers you a drink while you relax getting the pedicures done. Close to her home too. Price was reasonable too. I got gel nails and she got regular polish and the total came to $40 for her and $60 for me because I got neon gel polish. Grande total was $120 with a $20 top. Will remain going there when I'm back in town. I'm from Texas as my gram lives here in Miramar Beach Florida. She will continue going back for pedicures when I fly home. 98 5stars. read more

Save your money and time. $20 fir a regular manicure that took a total of 8 min. Cut the nails, no filing or shaping Didn't get dirt out under nails. Essentially cut nails, used a cuticle remover cream that they wipe off and then a sloppy and thick application of polish and top Coat that never dried so it got smushed two hours later. To be so arrogant with the customer is unacceptable. I can see why the salon is ALWAYS empty. read more

Great service. I broke a nail on vacation and just needed a repair. They were so helpful. Didn't charge me to soak off the one nail either. Can't even tell ...the powder was almost a perfect match. Went to get my nails done for my wedding and wanted them to do 1 strip of silver nail tape under my french tip, but the tech had a hard time using it and peeled it off. Since the tech didn't know how to do use it she lied and said that the tape is not used for art, but to help draw lines as the sticker won't stay on the nail. I have some at home and know that these can stay on nails. Then she kept trying to sell me on how using the nail liner brush will look much better so I would change my mind about the trying to use the tape. Wish she would have just been honest and said she wasn't experienced with using the nail tape. My nails look average. Could have done a better job with shaping and painting. This place is incredible. Out of all the nail salons I have been to in the area, I have to say this one is by far the best. Every time I come in I'm greeted with a smile. I'm very forgetful and never make an appointment but they always accommodate me anyway. The nail technicians are gentle with my sensitive/brittle nails and everyone there is so friendly. They take their time and my nails always look awesome when I leave because of that. I work in the service industry so it's really hard for even gel nail polish to last me a week without chipping. Whatever they use here is a miracle worker because I can go close to three weeks before my nail polish starts to crack. I'll never go to another place again. Hubby had a pedi and I had a mani/pedi. The salon is very clean, bowl wraps changed between each client. Pedi tool were in sealed wrappers. The staff is well trained and both of us were pleased with the results. We highly recommend this salon. read more

I went to 98 nails once and I will definitely not be going back. Although my fingernails and toes looked very good the male technician who did my manicure was incredibly rude. He yanked my arm and yelled at me to "Be still!" several times. My friend went and had a similar experience with him. He went so far as to ask her what her problem was that she couldn't be still and question if she took medication for it. I felt he was extremely rude and felt bullied. I've never written a bad review of any business in my life, but after two years of continuing to hope my experience would change, I have to write this one. My last experience of wasting $85 has prompted this review. Ken, the OWNER, is consistently the rudest business owner I've ever encountered. Standard in and out services probably go off without an issue, if you can overlook his sarcastic, passive aggressive comments about the work he's doing. But I've requested certain specific corrections while I'm in the chair many times, especially last week, and he proceeds to look at me like I'm crazy and question what I'm pointing out to him. Acts as if he doesn't understand my request, then IGNORES IT altogether, and I'm hit with an $85 charge. I commented that my nail girl of 14 years where I'm from was always able to honor my request, and he acted once again completely ARROGANT and finished my nails without making the correction. Most times the salon has been practically empty, so being in a hurry couldn't be an excuse. This owner acts as if he could care less if you use them or not!! And forget asking about whether they offer a discount on your birthday, like literally every other salon I've ever been to. You'll get an arrogant laugh and be told NO. Two years of attitude and arrogance is enough for me! There are too many other salons in the area who want and APPRECIATE your business, and won't let you leave until you are a SATISFIED customer.
