Please be certain they actually have time/space for your group. We set an appointment for 4 a week in advance only to arrive, fill out the paperwork and be told there's an issue and two of use would now have to share a room. Completely unacceptable business practice. They could have called us ahead of time so that the one person left out could have made other plans (other then sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours) or we could have gone elsewhere where that could accommodate. It appeared to us, they took a walk-in thinking we would agree to the new arrangement. Will never return . read more

The spa is located in an unassuming strip mall, but don't let that discourage you. The inside is very clean, trendy, and relaxing. Stephanie did a wonderful job with my deep tissue massage with hot stones added. It was a great massage and she was always asking for feedback regarding pressure level and problem areas. My boyfriend and I had a couples 50min massage and it was fabulous! My boyfriend had Kristy and I had Chloe. Spa is clean, ambience is relaxing and luxurious, and the massages were very solid. The massage therapists were super sweet and professional. The pressure was perfect, though they both checked in to make sure it was enough. I had sun poisoning (oopsies) in patches on my legs and Chloe used aloe and gentle touch on those areas -- very accommodating and not judgmental at all. She also recommended a remedy to help when I got home. At the end of our service we were given cold water. We definitely recommend this duo for a relaxing couples massage. read more

The location is small but has everything needed and you could spend an entire day doing a massage, facial and mani/pedi. They have you fill out a short in take sheet when you first arrive. We added on scalp massage, aromatherapy and peppermint foot scrub. The spa is no frills but is nice enough. I paid for a package deal that was supposed to last 105 minutes. It was supposed to be an 80 min massage and a 25 min facial. My treatment lasted less than 90 minutes total, I feel very ripped off. The masseuse was very mediocre. She did not even ask me what kind of pressure I wanted. She gave me very light pressure which was disappointing. I had asked for extra work on my calves and feet and she spent less than 5 minutes on both feet and both calves. They automatically add 18% gratuity whether you are happy or not. I didn't mention that I was disappointed because I was with a group of friends and didn't want to embarrass anyone. I would for sure time them if you go and avoid Kristy, she's pretty lame! read more

She did a great job . Then I went & got a full body massage . I cant remember her name but she has 10 yrs experience & is a triathlete with blonde hair . She gave me the 50 min muscle meltdown hard massage . It was very nice . She wasnt super chatty so you could relax . Time flew by & I enjoyed it ! Next time , I might book the extended 90 min muscle meltdown . It was worth it ! Their pricing is reasonable. 99.00 for 50 min hard massage & mani & pedi was 80.00 plus tip for both . Yeah! Not bad . So much more professional than I thought it would be. Right from the start I had a great experience. Very relaxing when you walk in. Very clean, smells wonderful and very welcoming. Receptionist was prompt, efficient and nice. Filled out a short form and Crystal took me to massage room, asked me a few questions and proceeded to give one of the best massages I've ever had. a day ago What business has a mandatory required minimum gratuity before you receive any service? What company sets the percentage amounts you should pay in gratuity before they know if you're satisfied with services rendered ? Well that would be emerald sanctuary Day spa No mention of a required minimum 18% gratuity BEFORE you even receive your massage. we had a couples massage and on the form listed the areas we wanted extra attention and neither one of us got that extra attention in the neck and shoulder area that we listed on the form. These people were not willing to give any sort of credit and were only willing to give a 10% discount if we rebook (we live in a different state )which means I have to spend more money to get a discount but they really didn't care that I was dissatisfied in the first place. As a matter fact I asked for a screenshot of where it showed on their website about the gratuity and I never received it from them because there is no place that shows that. The 1 star rating includes the spa not working with us to actually make this a more satisfactory experience and offer some sort of credit back. They say they pride themselves on Customer satisfaction but from everything that I have been messaged, NOT over the phone... has not sounded anything like they want to resolve a problem. and that's if they even message you back which they have ignored me as well. In my state we get to choose as a customer what percentage tip we would like to leave according to the service that was rendered. They claim that I was enraged which is incorrect because they never talked to me. My comment was that I was upset that they expected a required mandatory tip before I even got a massage and I would like to tip according to how satisfied I was with a massage and since it was lacking I would not have chosen 18%. By "enrage" as you put it was misinformation about expecting a gratuity before, let me say that again BEFORE you even get a massage and don't know what the therapist is going to do ....that's highly unprofessional I never said I would not leave a gratuity but to expect one before you get a massage is not the way to go about doing business . A tip should be based on the service which in this case was not totally satisfactory. And as I said the lower back was done well but the neck and shoulders were not and you were not willing to do anything about it and were rather rude and sarcastic to me so I don't see that as wanting a customer to be satisfied. You never did send me that screenshot where it says on your website about the gratuity and I never saw it. I believe on your form that we filled out it stated a MANDATORY gratuity for the amounts that your business sets, not the customer All of this could've been settled with a simple phone call from the spa and an adult conversation, which did not happen. read more

Three Of us on vacation came for a "Moms Day Out" and we couldn't have been happier!! We received the "day on the beach" (massage, facial and body wrap). It was fabulous! Quiet rooms, great staff and nice ambience. Very professional and clean. I would be hesitant about a mani/ pedi because it is right in the front lobby, and this is a small location- but they were able to get all 3 of us in- highly recommend and will return on our next vacation! Ps - make sure you arrive 15 min earlier than your massage time. We got a call 8 minutes prior to our start reminding us of this detail I had forgotten at some point. We had a confirmation text but no mention of arriving early. read more
