I didn't get it. If you like strong massages, this is your place. I was also constantly cold, they only have a very thin white sheet on the beds, and bed doesn't get warm. When they worked on your legs for instance, both of them are uncovered. It made me feel cold. They don't tell you what is coming so be aware if you asked for hot stones and warm towels. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience which surprised me because it has good reviews. I think it's pricey for what I got.

We booked an hour massage for $75 each. Decent price. The split the massage up 30 minutes feet focus and 30 minutes back focus. Most massage places usually go 30 front, 30 back with focus on whole body. I didn't really cared for a full 30 on my feet. Could have incorporated hands in with the feet too. They only provided a towel for coverage. The room wasn't cold but a full size sheet would have been nicer. Overall the massage was good.

My services were customized to me and my therapist was AMAZING. Don't let the unassuming facade fool you (the outside looks like it could just as easily be a dental practice), this place is WONDROUS. Spa treatments are my favorite type of self care, I've been to a lot of so-called "luxury" day spas, none of those experiences have been as DELIGHTFUL as this one.
