Got a couples massage while on vacation here. They are very good. They don't do feet as a part of a regular massage and they don't ask where your hurting before they begin but they find the spots for sure. Can't give 5 stars because I asked for a light massage a few times and I still got a deep massage. They didn't give me any paper work to fill in before my session so a few seconds before my massage, I explained I had shoulder pain and all I wanted was a light relaxing massage. I didn't get it. If you like strong massages, this is your place. I was also constantly cold, they only have a very thin white sheet on the beds, and bed doesn't get warm. When they worked on your legs for instance, both of them are uncovered. It made me feel cold. They don't tell you what is coming so be aware if you asked for hot stones and warm towels. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience which surprised me because it has good reviews. I think it's pricey for what I got. read more

Came here for a foot massage with my husband. It was nice, but not exceptional. They make you pay before service. The towels they used smelled. Didn't allow our feet to soak long, and the water was luke warm. I'm use to foot massage places also using hot stones at the end and also doing my calves, but for the hour they focused on the feet. Afterwards, they used cold towels versus warm/hot to wipe off the lotion used. I'm used to warm/hot towels. Afterwards when I went to grab waters, I grabbed two (since they were small) and they told me only one. I told them these are small, then they said okay. It's not like the experience was exceptional. I still tipped decent, but I would not recommend this place or come back when in town. I'll go and check out somewhere else and hopefully it's a better experience. read more

My wife and I went twice while in Destin for the Memorial Day weekend. We used them about three years ago at their previous location by Walmart. These visits were in there new location and had a great massage. We did the combo body/foot. Coco and Leo were very nice and did wonderful massages. Coco did the body massage and Leo the feet. Couples massage! For me the massaging was very rough even after I said it was too hard. But after I felt great.

First off, was glad to get a same day walk in. Showed up, had to pay beforehand. Kind of odd, but whatever. Added $20 for what I thought was the tip. Couldn't understand the masseuse due to strong accent and broken English. Onto the massage. It was actually decent. Solid pressure, got the knots out. She did leave the room and talk to other staff through the door frequently, so not really serene. Massage ends, apparently I had paid to shower at the spa. Said no thanks, asked to just put that $20 towards the tip. Nope. Couldn't do it. She just kept saying "for my boss" whatever that meant. Skipped the shower. She then asked for additional tip! At this point I just added the extra fifteen bucks to get the hell out. 0/10 wouldn't recommend. Pretty sketch establishment. read more

You must call. 2) No names or information was asked for, when making the appointment. 3) The double room was not clean and we had to wait in the dingle bed room, before going into the couples room 4) Massages were great! 5) They rushed the last 10 minutes, because other customers were coming in. 6) We were asked to pay an additional tip of $20 each, outside of the $150 already previously paid. If I could give zero stars I WOULD! My husband was reluctant to come here, but we went anyway. The person that did my foot massage KEPT getting up (3 different times) to handle customers coming in even though another employee was in the back that could have serviced them. While she was doing this pathetic and weak AF foot message she was also playing with her cell phone! Who DOES THAT?! SHE DID!!! We had a couples massage and wanted to share our experience. During the massage the female masseuse continually answered the phone and took appointments while in the room with us. It was very distracting. They need to hire someone to answer their calls and book appointments and not invade their customers relaxation. It was very unprofessional. The massage therapists also spoke to each other during our massage and that was another distraction. We went there to have a quiet experience. When we checked out they were very direct that we needed to leave a 20% tip. Tips are supposed to be based on what the customer feels is fair and reasonable. Then once I questioned why? She moved a table in a room so we could be together. I can't even tell you the masseuse name as we were never introduced. The entire time the lady who was doing my spouse talked on her phone and walked in and out of the room numerous times!!!! So rude. Enjoyed the wonderful massage but couldn't really relax. Once I got there (after they made me pre-pay) that they do not offer a real "chair massage" it is basically a recliner. Not what I was looking for & I would not have gone there if I would have known. Pretty sketchy place. They insisted I pay before, they speak very broken English so they didn't understand me when I said I wanted to pay after. They gave me the guy, who was horrible, texting during the massage, massaging with one hand, right by my ear so I heard it. Then he asked if I wanted to extend the massage 30 min, and when I said no, he kept insisting. At one point I didn't understand what he was saying so he typed it in google translate and wanted me to get up and read it: "your friend getting massage 30min more". I didn't even have a friend I went with! The massage itself was not good either, he just pressed evenly everywhere, no concept of anatomy and pressure points. When it was time to leave, he had a pen in his hand and my receipt and demanded a tip. Called and booked my appt two days prior to my arrival in Florida. I arrived at my scheduled time and it was not busy at all. The lady at the front desk asked me to pay FIRST before getting my services done which was odd but I went ahead and did it. She had me sign my receipt and asked if I was leaving a tip. I told her I would at the end as I was tipping in cash. Massage was good and price was reasonable. 60 minute massage for 2 people = $130 Massage went great for the most part and was relaxing. At the end, I handed the tip to the lady at the front desk for the two people who did our massage. On the way out, the gentleman who was the therapist for my sister asked again for a tip and I had to inform him I had already tipped 4 stars for having to pay upfront and then being asked for a tip twice. If I could give 0 stars and a WARNING sign and yell " don't do it!" I would ! I was in a party of 2, we didn't even get a service done because they kept trying to tell us to pay before. I have been a member at a spa in a big city(Charlotte), I have never been asked to pay before. One of the men told my friends mom that she can just do a chair massage after she asked for a body massage. He stated" it's less work cause it's no oil ". If I could give less then I would. The only good thing was that you can get a same day couples massage. But that should tell you something. I had a lot of the issues the other people have talked about and then some. As with others they made us pay beforehand. Should have been my first hint of how this would go. They convinced us to get the extra 30 min for foot massage(which I love so I couldn't pass up). Wifes massage was great, Mine? The guy kept leaving to get the door, Wife had stones, I didn't. My guy would get in one place and go over that one spot about 50 times before he would move, back and forth was horrible. Didn't touch my head, wife got good head rub. As for the feet he only rubbed the TOP of my feet, in one place I might add. The worst came at the end. We had the massage that 20% tip would have been $40. We decided as we were getting dressed that we would only tip $30 (mine sucked and was interrupted constantly). When we got to the desk to tip, the lady said "oh no 2 massage tips are $40". I was half listening, should have paid attention but wasn't in a good head space. Wife gave the extra $10. We were shocked. I actually thought "wow in Fla they tell us what we are going to tip". Now I know this was our fault and should have taken the whole tip back but did not think that fast and is our bad, but, WOW, the nerve of this place. First of I scheduled with Ocean message when arriving was told to go here and owner... when I walked in the lady made us pay up front... I should have walked out then but I wanted a relaxing day with mywife.. then I typed her$20 thinking I would give more depending on the service... she then assured with me about the top demanded $44 or more... I told her a tip is not mandatory... we got into the room they rushed us to get started... they were both really rough.. many times my wife advised she had back issues the last continued to be rough... ... after the massage she went back to pushing for more tip... I told her I paid you what I did that a tip was not mandatory again and I did not have to even top her... she told me I tipped her not the guy... I told her to split the tip.. she laughed said the tip had to be more.... I turned and told my wife we were going... as I walked out the door I could still hear her yelling.... This was the worst massage I have ever had. We had 5 people getting massages. 3/5 had a good massage. They gave me a tiny towel to cover up with. They only massaged my back and did the same motion the entire time. It was very cold in the room and my hands and feet were frozen. The masseuses were coming in and out of the room the entire time and talking to the other masseuse very loudly. I was really looking forward to a full body massage but I didn't even turn over or have my feet or hands touched. I was not impressed at all. They also asked us to pay before receiving any service. Would not recommend or go back. My husband and I went in for a couple's massage and first off we did not even get asked what type of massage or where our trouble spots were. Once we were in the room there were no blankets on the tables and they had no ankle pillow to support your lower back. There was only a small towel to cover with and the room was freezing. During the massage the phones were ringing very loud and the door bell was constantly going off so we were unable to relax. On top of that, the lady that was doing my massage would stop my massage to go answer the phone at the front dest. The experience ended when we went to pay and when we didn't tip the amount that was "suggested" at 20%, 25% or 30% she stopped us and asked us to tip more. Walked in because my wife was getting a pedicure a couple of doors down in this little strip. I got a 30 minute chair massage, which was $30. The woman went above and beyond, even putting me on a massage table for a little while after some deep tissue work on the chair.
