Can't give 5 stars because I asked for a light massage a few times and I still got a deep massage. They didn't give me any paper work to fill in before my session so a few seconds before my massage, I explained I had shoulder pain and all I wanted was a light relaxing massage. I didn't get it. If you like strong massages, this is your place. I was also constantly cold, they only have a very thin white sheet on the beds, and bed doesn't get warm. When they worked on your legs for instance, both of them are uncovered. It made me feel cold. They don't tell you what is coming so be aware if you asked for hot stones and warm towels. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience which surprised me because it has good reviews. I think it's pricey for what I got. read more

They do such a great job, and they are very accommodating and nice! If you are a local, or here for vacation, I definitely recommend!!! 5 stars! read more

Came here for a foot massage with my husband. It was nice, but not exceptional. They make you pay before service. The towels they used smelled. Didn't allow our feet to soak long, and the water was luke warm. I'm use to foot massage places also using hot stones at the end and also doing my calves, but for the hour they focused on the feet. Afterwards, they used cold towels versus warm/hot to wipe off the lotion used. I'm used to warm/hot towels. Afterwards when I went to grab waters, I grabbed two (since they were small) and they told me only one. I told them these are small, then they said okay. It's not like the experience was exceptional. I still tipped decent, but I would not recommend this place or come back when in town. I'll go and check out somewhere else and hopefully it's a better experience. read more

my family and I came here on vacation and LOVED it! the staff was so kind, attentive, and hospitable. we got 30 min of upper and 30 min of lower-- and wow! it was the best massage I've had. I communicated exactly the pressure i wanted and they did phenomenal. definitely coming back here when we return! 10/10. read more

There is better places to go. Didn't do parts of my body, etc. It was not enjoyable at all

Got a couples massage while on vacation here. They are very good. They don't do feet as a part of a regular massage and they don't ask where your hurting before they begin but they find the spots for sure. They do expect tips almost as a requirement but felt like they did a good enough job to deserve one. Would go back again read more

My husband and I come here almost everyday for foot and body massage. We are happy with the service, feel like family, masseuses are friendly and assure that we are ok with the pressure every time. read more

Michael did a great job with accupressure massage. Room was too cold though. I don't understand why you pay and tip before service.

First off, was glad to get a same day walk in. Showed up, had to pay beforehand. Kind of odd, but whatever. Added $20 for what I thought was the tip. Couldn't understand the masseuse due to strong accent and broken English. Onto the massage. It was actually decent. Solid pressure, got the knots out. She did leave the room and talk to other staff through the door frequently, so not really serene. Massage ends, apparently I had paid to shower at the spa. Said no thanks, asked to just put that $20 towards the tip. Nope. Couldn't do it. She just kept saying "for my boss" whatever that meant. Skipped the shower. She then asked for additional tip! At this point I just added the extra fifteen bucks to get the hell out. 0/10 wouldn't recommend. Pretty sketch establishment. read more

The reason I gave this place 3 star is I don't like when one of lady who was working there she ask me for tips. I told her/ask her when I'm done with my massage that I already pay but I like to give them tips. In between my talk she said oh ya you need to pay tips. For second I was like humm? !! And then I gave her tip. Place was so nice and clean. So peaceful. read more

My wife and I went twice while in Destin for the Memorial Day weekend. We used them about three years ago at their previous location by Walmart. These visits were in there new location and had a great massage. We did the combo body/foot. Coco and Leo were very nice and did wonderful massages. Coco did the body massage and Leo the feet. Super clean location, atmosphere, lighting and background music. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely return on any future visits to Destin. read more

Couples massage! For me the massaging was very rough even after I said it was too hard. But after I felt great.

we got couples massages and man for the price you can not beat! Felt so good! Great atmosphere! Very clean! would definitely recommend!

My husband and I are celebrating our nuptials and decided to do a couples massage. 1) There's no website to book your massage. You must call. 2) No names or information was asked for, when making the appointment. 3) The double room was not clean and we had to wait in the dingle bed room, before going into the couples room 4) Massages were great! 5) They rushed the last 10 minutes, because other customers were coming in. 6) We were asked to pay an additional tip of $20 each, outside of the $150 already previously paid. However, when I asked, they said you can tip whatever you'd like, but still required the $20 each.... SO JUST A HEADS UP OF WHAT TO EXPECT. read more

If I could give zero stars I WOULD! My husband was reluctant to come here, but we went anyway. The person that did my foot massage KEPT getting up (3 different times) to handle customers coming in even though another employee was in the back that could have serviced them. While she was doing this pathetic and weak AF foot message she was also playing with her cell phone! Who DOES THAT?! SHE DID!!! To top it off she completed my message before my husband's massage was complete. His message started a few minutes after my message and remember; she got up THREE different times! I see why they want you to pay first! That's so you can't walk out on their tail. I've had several messages at various establishments high-end and budget friendly, yet this was the absolute WORSE and was NOT relaxing! read more

Good massage, decent price. The place is really nice and the ladies are sweet. Only thing we disliked was how loud, the phone kept ringing the entire time we were there and the lady who was giving the message kept yelling through the walls to run the business while giving us the massage. So it is a good massage and a legit place BUT you definitely won't be able to relax. Other than that.. it's good. read more

Great and great massage, definitely worth going to. Will definitely go back for another massage

Great job. I arrived off a flight with a wreck of a back; he got out all the crunchy stuff, added hot towels, warm oil, hot stones, and stretches. Served cold water, played lovely soft classical music. The place smells very nice & is super quiet. I feel so much better! Thanks. Will return. read more

Andy and Lilly were amazing. We booked 2 massages. Andy and Lily nailed the spots. I would highly recommend. Neat place with great service and an amazing atmosphere. Lilly was amazing because she listened to your needs and was kind and professional along with an exceptional masseuse. Andy knew my left shoulder needed attention and made sure the pressure is correct and worked in the correct areas..absolutely listened. Very happy and satisfied with the place. read more

We had a couples massage and wanted to share our experience. During the massage the female masseuse continually answered the phone and took appointments while in the room with us. It was very distracting. They need to hire someone to answer their calls and book appointments and not invade their customers relaxation. It was very unprofessional. The massage therapists also spoke to each other during our massage and that was another distraction. We went there to have a quiet experience. When we checked out they were very direct that we needed to leave a 20% tip. Tips are supposed to be based on what the customer feels is fair and reasonable. We felt pressured that we had to leave 20%. Overall we felt it was unprofessional and made for a less than relaxing experience. read more

My spouse and I were visiting Destin hoping to get a couples massage. Called and Ruyi Massage was able to get us in right away. However, when we arrived were told we would be in separate rooms. Then once I questioned why? She moved a table in a room so we could be together. I can't even tell you the masseuse name as we were never introduced. The entire time the lady who was doing my spouse talked on her phone and walked in and out of the room numerous times!!!! So rude. Enjoyed the wonderful massage but couldn't really relax. Hope this isn't the norm. read more

Great massage and they took me as a walk in. I would definitely recommend it was very clean and hospitable

Stopped in on a rainy day for massages. Great prices and wonderful massage! The massage studio is clean and cozy! The masseuse really worked out all the knots in my back and was courteous asking if the pressure was to my liking multiple times. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back in the future! read more

Made a reservation for my daughter. Told lady I would give her my cell number, but she said she did not need it. She would not take my cell. My daughter went in for her massage. Lady said she called the number, my home phone. She cancelled the appointment Said we could wait an hour. No way. Do not go to this massage place. They do not follow through. My time is more valuable than her incompetence They will never see us no matter how good they claim to be read more

Called to make an appointment for a chair massage expecting a chair massage like the one that is advertised on their website. Once I got there (after they made me pre-pay) that they do not offer a real "chair massage" it is basically a recliner. Not what I was looking for & I would not have gone there if I would have known. False advertisement on their website for sure. I personally would not return (Im local) due to those factors. read more

Pretty sketchy place. They insisted I pay before, they speak very broken English so they didn't understand me when I said I wanted to pay after. They gave me the guy, who was horrible, texting during the massage, massaging with one hand, right by my ear so I heard it. Then he asked if I wanted to extend the massage 30 min, and when I said no, he kept insisting. At one point I didn't understand what he was saying so he typed it in google translate and wanted me to get up and read it: "your friend getting massage 30min more". I didn't even have a friend I went with! The massage itself was not good either, he just pressed evenly everywhere, no concept of anatomy and pressure points. When it was time to leave, he had a pen in his hand and my receipt and demanded a tip. He wouldn't let me go without one, I should have gave him zero, but he basically bullied me into putting something. This place is a scam. Do not recommend. read more

I had a similar experience as other customers below . Staff unsatisfied with the tip amount and kept demanding I tip them more . I do not like tipping prior to receiving services. they should ask for ppl to pay at the end and maybe customers would be inclined to increase tip amount based on the quality of services provided read more

Called and booked my appt two days prior to my arrival in Florida. I arrived at my scheduled time and it was not busy at all. The lady at the front desk asked me to pay FIRST before getting my services done which was odd but I went ahead and did it. She had me sign my receipt and asked if I was leaving a tip. I told her I would at the end as I was tipping in cash. Massage was good and price was reasonable. 60 minute massage for 2 people = $130 Massage went great for the most part and was relaxing. At the end, I handed the tip to the lady at the front desk for the two people who did our massage. On the way out, the gentleman who was the therapist for my sister asked again for a tip and I had to inform him I had already tipped 4 stars for having to pay upfront and then being asked for a tip twice. Overall- I would still recommend this place and would still come back. read more

If I could give 0 stars and a WARNING sign and yell " don't do it!" I would ! I was in a party of 2, we didn't even get a service done because they kept trying to tell us to pay before. I have been a member at a spa in a big city(Charlotte), I have never been asked to pay before. One of the men told my friends mom that she can just do a chair massage after she asked for a body massage. He stated" it's less work cause it's no oil ". Requesting the same sex as you for a massage is not an accommodation they do. The reviews stating they are pushy and switch what service you requested is very true. read more

Same day massage was nice, didn't ask for a name though. Showed up early to ask if it was possible to get a couples massage. Got it. That was great. However I was asked to pay & tip beforehand. I told her I'd pay but not the tip. I mentioned the 5.00 for first time customers. She had already run it & lied & acted like she took it off. The massage was nice but the door kept opening & different ppl would come in, my massage therapist kept calling me "lady". Flip over lady etc. nice massage though & they used hot stones too. Upon leaving the front desk lady again handed me the first receipt & told me to fill in the tip. I filled in the amount while she stood over me and corrected me over 2.00. Again I asked her about the 5.00 off which she again lied about. read more

We had a wonderful experience here! Try them out! Professional and knowledgeable! Great massage!

I've gotten many massages at various places and this was by far the absolute best I've ever had. They ask right away what level hardness and know exactly what spots to massage. Highly recommend! Very good at deep tissue. read more

3 massages... the 2 ladies were amazing... the man massage therapist was awful!! He was texting during my massage. In my ear hearing that was so disturbing. I knew when he was on it because he massage with one Hand...Never rubbed my arms, legs , or feet... it was a 90 minute massage... imagine only being rubbed on your back only for 90 minutes! read more

If I could give less then I would. The only good thing was that you can get a same day couples massage. But that should tell you something. I had a lot of the issues the other people have talked about and then some. As with others they made us pay beforehand. Should have been my first hint of how this would go. They convinced us to get the extra 30 min for foot massage(which I love so I couldn't pass up). Wifes massage was great, Mine? The guy kept leaving to get the door, Wife had stones, I didn't. My guy would get in one place and go over that one spot about 50 times before he would move, back and forth was horrible. Didn't touch my head, wife got good head rub. As for the feet he only rubbed the TOP of my feet, in one place I might add. The worst came at the end. We had the massage that 20% tip would have been $40. We decided as we were getting dressed that we would only tip $30 (mine sucked and was interrupted constantly). When we got to the desk to tip, the lady said "oh no 2 massage tips are $40". I was half listening, should have paid attention but wasn't in a good head space. Wife gave the extra $10. We were shocked. I actually thought "wow in Fla they tell us what we are going to tip". Now I know this was our fault and should have taken the whole tip back but did not think that fast and is our bad, but, WOW, the nerve of this place. Please do not go to this place, find somewhere else. This is a total RIP OFF for many reasons. read more

My wife and I get messages at least 2 times a year I thought it would be nice for a couple message so I tried this place NEVER AGAIN!!! First of I scheduled with Ocean message when arriving was told to go here and owner... when I walked in the lady made us pay up front... I asked 3 times was the price on the sheet per person or couple she told me couple so I hoped from 60 to 90 minutes... then when she handed me the receipt it was the price per person... I should have walked out then but I wanted a relaxing day with mywife.. then I typed her$20 thinking I would give more depending on the service... she then assured with me about the top demanded $44 or more... I told her a tip is not mandatory... we got into the room they rushed us to get started... they were both really rough.. many times my wife advised she had back issues the last continued to be rough... ... after the massage she went back to pushing for more tip... I told her I paid you what I did that a tip was not mandatory again and I did not have to even top her... she told me I tipped her not the guy... I told her to split the tip.. she laughed said the tip had to be more.... I turned and told my wife we were going... as I walked out the door I could still hear her yelling.... I got up this morning and my wife and I are both bruised so down or back and my knee and shoulder is messed up to the point I can't used them... .. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! read more

This was the worst massage I have ever had. We had 5 people getting massages. 3/5 had a good massage. They gave me a tiny towel to cover up with. They only massaged my back and did the same motion the entire time. It was very cold in the room and my hands and feet were frozen. The masseuses were coming in and out of the room the entire time and talking to the other masseuse very loudly. I was really looking forward to a full body massage but I didn't even turn over or have my feet or hands touched. I was not impressed at all. They also asked us to pay before receiving any service. If I would have known I was going to get what I got, I wouldn't have paid that. read more

Would not recommend or go back. My husband and I went in for a couple's massage and first off we did not even get asked what type of massage or where our trouble spots were. Once we were in the room there were no blankets on the tables and they had no ankle pillow to support your lower back. There was only a small towel to cover with and the room was freezing. During the massage the phones were ringing very loud and the door bell was constantly going off so we were unable to relax. On top of that, the lady that was doing my massage would stop my massage to go answer the phone at the front dest. The experience ended when we went to pay and when we didn't tip the amount that was "suggested" at 20%, 25% or 30% she stopped us and asked us to tip more. The whole thing was a terrible experience and will not be going back! read more

Walked in because my wife was getting a pedicure a couple of doors down in this little strip. I got a 30 minute chair massage, which was $30. The woman went above and beyond, even putting me on a massage table for a little while after some deep tissue work on the chair. I recommend this place and would like to try letting them walk on my back next time. read more
