I didn't get it. If you like strong massages, this is your place. I was also constantly cold, they only have a very thin white sheet on the beds, and bed doesn't get warm. When they worked on your legs for instance, both of them are uncovered. It made me feel cold. They don't tell you what is coming so be aware if you asked for hot stones and warm towels. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience which surprised me because it has good reviews. I think it's pricey for what I got.

My services were customized to me and my therapist was AMAZING. Don't let the unassuming facade fool you (the outside looks like it could just as easily be a dental practice), this place is WONDROUS. The products used left me feeling like I had the skin of a new born.
