The prices are very affordable, and the location is convenient, especially since it's not too far from one of my new work locations. I believe my nail tech's name was Hannah, and she did a great job. I also noticed the tech Lee working next to me and was really impressed by her nail art skills. She seems very talented and definitely someone I'd consider booking with in the future. I really hate writing this review because I have been patronizing LeLee Nail Salon for years, but today's experience showed me that customer satisfaction no longer seems to matter once payment is collected. I have always booked specific nail techs because I know exactly how I like my nails, and I make that very clear upfront. I specifically book Lee because there has never been disappointment with how my nails look when she does them. Today was different. I booked this appointment months in advance to ensure my nails would be perfect for my upcoming vacation. I arrived on time for my appointment, and although Lee was late, I overlooked it because things happen. Once I sat down, she quietly mentioned that her back was hurting and asked if I would allow the girl she is training to do my nails. I immediately said no because she knows how particular I am, especially before a vacation. She then reassured me that the trainee Hannah was good and she would "just put the tips on" while she supervised and handled the shaping and finishing. Hannah is not good, she is rough on your nails and not ready to handle clients with specific needs. I reluctantly agreed based on that understanding. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill almost immediately. The trainee was applying the tips crooked, and I pointed it out right away. I repeatedly stated that I was unhappy and uncomfortable with how things were going. Lee kept saying she would fix it, but the overall experience was stressful and disappointing. The final result was unacceptable. The nails were visibly crooked, and I ultimately had to ask for one of them to be completely removed and redone because it looked so bad. My biggest issue is this: you knew your trainee Hannah was not ready. She is rough on approach, she is unable to shape, put the powder on etc...Instead of making proper accommodations or rescheduling clients, you attempted to push me through a service that did not meet the standard I have consistently paid for over the years. To make matters worse, when I got to the register, my bill was suddenly $240 with multiple added charges for shaping and other fees that had never been disclosed to me before and that I have never paid in the past. It felt extremely excessive considering the poor quality of the service I received. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability. There was no real apology, no attempt to make things right, and not even a courtesy adjustment to the bill after such a bad experience. If getting a pedicure it's best to remind them to wait 10 minutes or fan the painted nail polish coat before proceeding to the next coat. I brought in an AI-generated reference photo of the design I wanted, and Rachel was honest and realistic about how to best recreate it. I decided to go with shorter nails since I'm not used to long ones and was worried about breaking them--Rachel made them look absolutely perfect. I had a destination beach wedding and got my nails done six days before the big day. Not only did they look stunning for my wedding, but they lasted over 3.5 weeks and still looked amazing! Rachel took her time to make sure I loved every detail and even helped me choose the perfect gems to complete my vision. This was my first time visiting LeeLe's and I could tell right away that it was a quality salon. It was recommended to me by my sister. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I loved how the process didn't feel rushed at all. At other salons I feel like they just want to get me out as soon as possible without doing their best. That wasn't an issue here. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get the exact style I wanted because the technician who knew how to do it was too busy, especially since I made an appointment. But they tried their best to make sure I left satisfied. I ended up getting a jelly manicure and I love it. They did an acrylic extension on my left middle finger because it broke and was way shorter than the rest. The other fingers are my natural nails. Bait and Switch Nail salon Léele Nail Salon is a huge disappointment. If you are attracted to them because of their prices then turn away now because online prices aren't in store prices. I scheduled a basic mani pedi online and upon arriving was upgraded to gel toes without my permission. Then when moving to get my nails done I was then informed that French tip is $15 extra for fingers and $10 for toes. This information is not available online and for this to be told to me halfway through the service is absolutely backwards. Afterwards I was told my total was $90. Imagine my shock when I originally made an appointment for a $50 mani pedi. After I pointed out that upgrading me automatically without my permission was unacceptable I was told that it was on me to tell them what service I had scheduled online and to manage the nail tech. What am I paying them $90 for? They refused to apologize until the manager and staff all spoke in a different language for five minutes in front of me holding my $100 bill until I asked for them to give me my change so I can leave. I was offered a discount but regardless don't pay $70-100 for your nails to look like this the second day. Poor service. Bad customer service. Bad quality nail polish- no top coat given. Every time we have come here, we have had a great experience with everyone who works at the shop (we go every 3 weeks). My wife always gets acrylic nails with designs and I usually get multiple colored nails (though I am venturing into nail designs). The nails you see in my photos were done on April 30th. Elena removed my old polish, cut my nails down and did the design in 45 minutes. Lee herself did my wife's nails. I have had Stephanie, Isabel, Danny, and Elena (Elena is my fav!) all do my nails, and I have been extremely pleased. From shaping to design, this place is an A+. I hate to write negative reviews but I was very disappointed with my manicure after reading such great reviews about this place. Initially I got gel x with French tips style (golden) but within a day the golden polish started chipping. For the amount of money I paid, I wasn't satisfied with the quality of work. It was not clean at all. I will attach pictures for reference. Also Hannah, the technician never communicated the price or anything. She aggressively buffed my nails (slight bleeding as well). I came back after 2 days to fix my chipping golden polish tips and what I received was even worse. Now my nails look botched and uneven with even worse detailing of the French tips. I can't believe I paid $$$ for this kind of service. The nail technician would not communicate and would not listen to what I was saying. She seemed rather annoyed to fix what she had done!! So I tried this salon after seeing their Instagram page. The design I wanted they couldn't do (which was simple lines). I then opted for a reverse French manicure. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed hard acrylic underneath a few of my nails. In addition the acrylic job was not smooth and one nail has cracked. My regular nail tech was out of the country so I decided to try LeeLe. What a huge mistake. The person who did my nails is Ahn. I don't recommend her or the salon. She has 20 years experience according to the website but you wouldn't think that was the case. So glad my regular guy is back. I'm going to him tomorrow to correct these horrible nails. Won't be back and won't recommend them to anyone. read more

However, I had a French manicure with dipping powder the white part of the manicure and only a week is already chipping off. This is particularly problematic since she charged me an additional $15 to do the French manicure portion. Once again, it had been an embarrassing amount of time between mani/pedi appointments. Lol I have to make conscious efforts to prioritize my self care. The staff greeted me immediately, asked which service I wanted and informed me of the wait. I appreciated their transparency but only waited 15 minutes on a Thanksgiving holiday, Wednesday walk in (impressive!). The tech, Rosa was super sweet, friendly but not talkative which I appreciated cause I was just trying to relax and listen to music. Rosa did really well with my gel mani/pedi. As my feet are soaking, the largest roach probably on the planet emerged and crawled towards my empty shoes on the floor. A technician assisted by scooping my shoes up and handing them to me to sit in my lap. Arriving at the register to pay, there were several drops of blood on the floor. Not red nail polish, clearly blood. I calmly pointed this out and the owner responded with an attitude as if I inconvenienced her. I took this short video of her cleaning the blood spots from the floor. I told a friend about my experience and she shared she had gone there and gotten a serious nail fungus that took months of different medication to clear. read more
