The place looks like they have a lot of items for doing nails, but they really need a sign on the door to inform those of us that do not have licenses to do nails that we can't purchase products here as it would have saved me some time. And I am not paying a sin tax on products because I don't have a licene On the flip side, if you are a licensed nail technician, they have what appears to be a lot of products. I didn't see any OPI products (my favorite) but since I would not have been able to buy it without paying a sin tax, then it was no loss. read more

Just bought a galon bottle of alcohol and the bottle isn't sealed correctly. I put the alcohol in the trunk of my car, when I arrived at home, all is gone because of the bottle broken!!!! They're selling a fake bottle of alcohol. Be careful when you buy an alcohol over there. Because they don't care and can't do anything about it when i was complain!!! Just being cheap store and take advantage of people!!! And they're charge 4times of the face mask. Crazy!! read more

I come here once in a while to get nail supplies, the guys are very nice unfortunately the ladies love to gossip and talk about their customers right in front of their face not knowing I can understand them, it's unfortunate when you're coming to spend money at an establishment and they're talking about why your shorts are unbuttoned after a hot summer day at the beach. The women there are rude and have no respect, I unfortunately don't see myself coming back here as much as I do love their supplies. read more

Maybe because I'm an out of state nail tech, but I have to say I really enjoyed my visit to this store.I've never been to any supply store as big and as organized as this one. They offer so many nail polish, dip, gel and acrylic brands here at really reasonable prices. I was able to find a good amount of products that I wanted that my local supply shop didn't offer (ink polishes, glitter polishes and more color options) At the register I was asked for my nail license info, but all they needed was proof of my license (which I showed them) and they didn't need to put it in the system because I am not certified in Illinois. Yes, I agree with what others have said, they need a sign on the store stating that you need a license to shop there. Only sign I saw was a don't one on the back of their registers. Staff went along their way stocking shelves and ringing out customers, didn't really offer help or acknowledge me (something I've become use to, so it doesn't really bother me) I was rung out quickly, all polishes put into boxes for safe transportation. Overall, it's a nice shop to visit. But, I'm glad I don't live close, because I would be super broke fron going back over and over again! read more

This store is massive. The isles are wide. All the product is neat and displayed well. The prices are clear. Swatches are hung appropriately. You should ask what you can't purchase if you're not a nail tech before browsing so you don't waste your time. I could spend hours on end looking at their inventory. I would highly recommended this over their neighbor supply store. read more

THE WORST NAIL SUPPLY PLACE EVER! The lady who works in front has the worst customer service skills ever. We ordered products from them yesterday, paid, and we were told by the guy on the phone that all we had to do was say the name of our boss and the nail shop and we can grab the products. This morning my mother and I came, and the person who took our order wasn't there, but we told the lady in front that we already paid and just need to pick it up. We told her our boss's name and the nail shop and she said in Vietnamese, "I didn't take the order so I don't know. I don't see any products with his name and the shops name". This lady didn't even bother to look for us and told us to wait for another person to help us. Low and behold, the damn bag was next to her... go to Lynamy guys. Better service and people greet you so nicely and try to help you out. read more

I bought a $15 bottle of nail polish from Lee Nail Supply in November 2019. They charged me $15 for shipping (via UPS), and then sent me the wrong item. I called Lee Nail Supply to ask if they had the item I'd originally ordered, but never really got a straight answer. There may be a language barrier here. At any rate, they asked me to send the item I'd received back, and were going to charge me an additional $15 to ship it, even though they sent me the wrong product to begin with! Needless to say, I do not recommend doing business with Lee Nail Supply. read more

WORST customer service ever! I placed an order for nine items and only 2 items were correct. When I called to get the items I needed I was told "all you can do is ship items back and we'll refund your money, I can't believe our warehouse made that much of a mistake" "we'll just lose money if we ship out the products you ordered". What is that nonsense. To add to it one of the bottle of nail polish was broken, again they said not their fault. Whatever, I would never order from them again! read more

Came back to Chicago to visit for the holidays! What better gifts to gift to my co-workers -- Nail Polish Colors!!! I was in the area and dropped by. I bought DURI, OPI, and ESSIE polish. Definitely much cheaper then other retail stores. The OPI polish bottle at Lee Nail Supply was $5, while at Ulta, it was $10.50. The mark up they charge was ridiculous. Other products that I picked up included: - Seche Vite Top Coat - Duri Nail strengthener (I was told that this was the best in market) - CNC sticky base coat - Crackle (Something new that I wanna try. So you basically polish a color on, then put the crackle on top and its like a fun and hip design. The name speaks for itself. It looks like there's cracked patterns.) they have a bunch of cool stuff. Too bad my luggage is too small otherwise I would have picked up a carry case in which you can put all the nail supply stuff in. Next time. The one guy in there was really funny and the sales people where super nice. Just ask them what you want and need, and they'll help you find it. :) I told them that I was out of town and they said they can ship products to me! Awesomeness!!!! read more

I was randomly walking around the neighborhood and stumbled across this perfect combination of wholesale stores. I wasn't sure what to expect but I saw this beautiful pashmina scarf in the window. I am so happy that I went into the store because they had such a large selection of beautiful scarves that I have never seen before. All the scarves that I have ever purchased from here are under $5 but I get so many compliments whenever I wear one of the scarves. Just be forewarned that the place is very overwhelming. It is a mess but for some reason it works. I never know what I'll find when I visit but it is always a gem. During one of my recent visits I found 6 unique scarves, that did not match with my other 10 plus scarves, which made me so excited. It seems like everything I visit there is a new style or color scheme that I would never have imagined. I don't think I will ever purchase another full price scarf from a big name store again! I cannot wait to show off my new collection.

You'll find all kinds of stuff here: clothing, jewelry, artwork, food, and so on. There are two floors, a mezzanine level between the first and second floor, and then a little "loft" area above the second floor. One thing I really like about AG is that you aren't making individual purchases with each merchant; there's a single checkout at the very front of the store and then they sort it all out on the back end. The merchant stalls don't usually have the creator there unless they're restocking or maybe they're doing some sort of special event. There's a small changing room since there are several booths that have clothing. It can be a little cramped in here, so I'm not sure how easily someone with mobility issues/wheelchair users might be able to navigate it, but there is a lift (though I think it requires help from the staff to use). There's no parking dedicated to this business, so it's all street parking or you can use the bus, of course. And it's Andersonville, so parking goes really quickly unless you are here in the morning.

I came to find out many do sell to individuals at a bit higher price, but still I was never tempted. But, today my life has been changed forever. No longer will I have to trek to Forever 21, Target, Marshall's, Mandee, T-maxx, etc for a last minute cute shirt, dress, purse, earrings, etc. I will come to Nabi. Nabi. Nabi. Nabi. A cute, contemporary oasis on this strip selling to normal people...stylish pieces at affordable prices. The good? -Parking (meters) is a breeze! Side streets during the day are good, no permits required. -WELL priced. -Great selection, casual to super dressy. -All sizes, easily marked by colored hangers. I was on my way to Alchemy Arts and was crossing the busy intersection at Broadway when I saw a…read moreblack cat very close to the road, so I pulled over to try and move her to a safer spot. I noticed the cat did not have a collar on and decided to quickly take her to the nearest vet to get scanned for a chip. Luckily, the cat did have a chip and the owner was notified. The vet told me the owner did not seem concerned and said the cat was an outdoor cat, but that they would come pick her up from the office. I was told I had to stay with the cat until the owner arrived. I waited at the vet's office for over an hour with the cat, and the owner arrived just minutes before the office closed. I explained to the owner that the cat was in the intersection and at risk of being hit, so I thought it was the right thing to do to get her scanned for a chip and try to contact the owner. The owner immediately became defensive and said, "Well she's an outdoor cat. She goes by the trees." I again explained that she was not by the trees, but instead right next to the intersection and at risk of being hurt or killed. The owner rolled her eyes at me and left with her cat. I later realized that the owner of this cat is one of the owners of Alchemy Arts, her name is Dayna. It's incredibly irresponsible to let your cat roam freely outside next to such a busy intersection. After further digging, it also appears that Marie the cat was attacked by a dog while roaming outside in 2025 and has gone missing for days before -- further evidence that this cat should not be outdoors for her own safety.

Drove in from Indianapolis on our way to Oregon, stopped to get a bite to eat after checking out Wrigley Field and because we walked around the block first to stretch our legs, our car was towed. We did not see any signs other than one that said "for customer parking only" (which we were there to be... just needed to relieve leg cramping first) and one in a foreign language that we could not read (this is AMERICA- use English)!! Asked for property management information from both the towing company, this nail supply in the same parking lot, and the place of business where we intended to eat and neither would provide it. I ordered from this supply store a few years ago and it was great called to ask me if substitutions were ok for items not in stock boxes arrived and everything was perfect but idk if they changed ownership but there customer service is the worst I ordered this year and was issued a partial refund even tho my order was canceled I called and got an ill check into it from a man and he hung up didn't even take my info and then I order again I needed an item they had and no one else had in stock so they shipped my order and it finally arrived but nothing was as it was described on the website so not in stuck with hundreds of dollars of items I can't even use never again! This place is AWESOME!!! the people there are friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I normally shop at several other stores in the uptown area, but the other day i was walking down argyle street and i stumbled upon LEE NAIL SUPPLY (so glad i did). The prices there are defintiely more reasonable than ULTA or SALLY's, and either cheaper or similar to other stores in the area (e.g., usa nails, lynamy). I bought 5 colors of OPI at $4.75 each (normally 5$) and he gave me a free bottle of crackle by china glaze. they have walls and walls of essie, OPI, Chinaglaze, and several other brands. There was this cute guy in a blazer who told me that they always have great deals and always willing to make a deal. I'm defintely coming back. read more

Horrible company to do business with! I received partially wrong product, ok mistakes happen. I contacted them regarding the error and was told to return the product and I would get sent the correct items. It has now been over a month, never received the correct product and when I said just refund me for the incorrect items, they have refused. So now they have my money and I have no product. MyLinh went over my preferences and she requested I send a pic of the work I wanted done. I saw a picture off of Pinterest I wanted to replicate which required extensive artwork. With these parameters I also needed nail extensions. After going over preferences and quoting a price, Mylinh recommended I do the Russian manicure with builder gel application. I never had a Russian manicure before but was willing to try it out. She paired me with two technicians. Adele who did the manicure and Jamal who did the artwork. Russian manicures are high quality focusing on cuticle deep cleaning which can extend manicure wear. In fact, all of the work is dry application meaning your nails never get soaked in chemical solution. Total work with the artwork took 4 hours to complete with longer lasting results versus a traditional gel extensions. I kept my manicure over 3 weeks before seeing outgrowth and even then they still looked great! When it came time for removal they used a fine drill bit (no soaking was involved). I left with my natural nail intact with the nail bed feeling healthier than ever. Adele did a great job on my nails. She was gentle, patient and really took the quality of her work seriously. Jamal is a trained nail artist who does a good job with her nail art whether it's freestyle or replicating a design. The facilities are modern and clean with comfortable seating. Their pedicure chairs have customizable massage functions making your session a relaxing experience. I rarely get my nails done. At the most I get them done once or twice a year on special occasions or a vacation. However when I do get them done I go all out. After the amazing service I had here I plan to seek out Ipop Central for any future manicure/pedicure needs. Note: Parking is street side only so plan and schedule accordingly.

One time I was there for 4 hours getting a builder gel fill and a pedicure. I appreciate a clean salon, which this certainly is, but there are downfalls that made it frustrating. There's also a couple hair salon booths within the nail salon and the noise from the blow dryers didn't help create a relaxing environment. After a manicure with a nail design that looked like I'd done it myself, and an unexpected upcharge, I decided to switch and find a new salon. If you have plenty of time and patience and are seeking a simple color without a design, ipop is a good option. But if you're looking for an efficient service, I would consider looking elsewhere.
