Prices are usually reasonable for these one of a kind trinkets and the store was organized. No employee interacted with us while shopping or when we walked in even though there were several standing behind the counter. The cashier was friendly when we approached her though and checked us out quick. Spent $60 on a Baggu and a Snoopy air freshener. Was so tempted to purchase the last standing Sonny Angel but did not want to buy it for $20 when I bought mine for $15 at a different store... :(

Everyone I interacted with was nice (trade counter & cashier I dealt with). Missing star is because one of the cashiers let some other lady cut in front of the line of people. I should have been next. I believe she didn't see that there was a line. The cashier should have sent her to the back of the line instead of ringing her up. The two other ladies she was with walked to the back of the line. Other than that, I walked away with 3 DVDs for no money out of pocket because I found some cassettes that I am no longer able to play.

The employees here used to be so personable, kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming and I am so disappointed by the pretentious energy the staff have now. Took them 4+ hours to get through my items (they were relatively transparent about the time frame so I understand) but every. single. person was so unapproachable and rude. I literally felt like I was overcompensating and thanking them for everything simply because they seemed so annoyed with me for existing or contributing to their business. When I returned to check on my sell/trade I walked in the front door to find all of my bags with the items they passed on directly in front of the door (not behind a counter or in any safe location). It just feels like they are either miserable or just don't care. Retail work is under appreciated as it is and I always try to be pleasant so it was a bummer to be treated poorly off the rip. I don't plan on returning to this location any time soon.

I will say the store is very big and it didn't seem like their air conditioner was as efficient as it could be. Maybe it just needed some maintenance, but it did feel a little warm in the store.
