He said that if I brought the car in on a Monday, he would have it back by the end of the week. Brought the car to the shop that following Monday, and the work was done on Friday as promised. These guys do quality work, and treat you like you're their old neighbors. Fantastic customer service, and even better workmanship. The car looks awesome, and he even put on the new "E" emblem on the front for me. I'm posting pics so you can see the night and day difference and final results. I called to schedule an estimate and was greeted warmly by the receptionist upon arrival. My appraiser, Erika, met me right away. I pointed out the damaged areas, and she quickly inspected the truck, taking notes for a few minutes before stepping back inside. About five minutes later, she returned with a clear, detailed estimate. Since I was paying out of pocket (self-pay), I needed to cover a deposit--essentially the cost of the parts--before they could order them. Erika explained that once the parts arrived, I could drop the truck off, and the repair would take about four days. A few days later, I called to make the deposit over the phone using Zelle to avoid the credit card surcharge. The next day, Erika followed up to confirm the parts were ordered and expected to arrive by Friday or, at the latest, the following Monday. We scheduled the drop-off for that Monday, and true to their word, I had the truck back by Friday--fully repaired and looking great. Throughout the entire process, Erika kept me updated with a quick status call every few days, which made everything feel organized and stress-free. This was at one of only two Toyota Certified Collision Centers in the area, and the difference really showed. However, this Shop could care less and just wanted to react negatively because she would not sign their repair agreement firm, authorizing them to fix her car. They should not be allowed to get away with this and nobody should use this shop. It just shows they have lousy customer service.

I was quoted a 10-day turnaround after paying a little over $600 upfront. After taking my deposit, Rick told me my vehicle was somehow unique and that he had ordered the wrong parts--even though he had my VIN from the beginning. This delayed the repair, and ultimately he stopped following through on the job altogether. I tried to be patient and even offered to work with him on a revised plan. He assured me he would "take care of me" and possibly help with some smaller repairs instead, but after making those promises he effectively stopped responding and missed deadlines. It's now been nearly two months, the work was never completed, and I am out over $600. I've filed a chargeback with my credit card company because I was unable to resolve the issue directly. Based on my experience, the pricing may seem attractive, but the follow-through was not there. I would recommend being cautious before paying a deposit with this vendor.

For a repair process that took this long since February and it is now May, a much higher level of communication, attention to detail, and overall professionalism should be expected.
