Agree with other reviews on bad business and poor communication from the start. 1) No consult on colors or the process (i.e. we had holes that needed filled for the pulls we bought in advance but they didn't tell us we needed to communicate that before hand and then wanted to charge us $370 additional for 'fill and drill' and they typically did that BEFORE painting) 2) Communication was terrible. Gave a three sentence blurp on the process via a FB message and what paint color brand to choose from but no help. Said they would be in and out of the house in a week. However, they were late or didn't show up when they said they would so took 2.5 weeks. Thankfully my mom is retired so she could work around their schedule. We had other house projects delayed, as our house was impacted by the tornado. 3) LeAnn and her husband Mike who oversee the project never responded to texts after the project. The top of some cabinets weren't painted completely and identified spots after the crew left. 4) Charged extra for doors that she miss counted in the picture that were not in her original bid. 5) They also over sprayed on our brand new finished hardwood floors which they claimed was just 'part of the process'. It was cleaned but had to be refinished given how dull the spot looked in comparison to the newly polyed floors. Other than their crew being friendly, this process with this company was unprofessional and daunting. Would NOT recommend. Also they don't have a functioning website and their FB page doesn't let you leave reviews...

Don't ignore the obvious: 1.) LeAnn's Cabinets never comes to your house for a consult so they don't see your home, your style, etc. 2.) This is also a missed opportunity to bring and share a sample board. Everything is done via text and you can't trust a photo on your phone to illustrate the true color. 3.) They spray in your home. It's standard practice to spray door and drawer fronts in their shop but no one should be spraying in your home. 4.) They did not show up when promised on any 1 single occasion. Things happen but a good company would notify you. 5.) I have a very common, builders grade granite called St Celia. It's everywhere including the internet and anyone with sight can see it's not a stone that is compatible with white. Just plain old white. 6.) I sent no fewer than 5 photos of color tones I wanted with a sample piece of granite next to it and even listed the name and color number of the paint they use. Baby Fawn OC-15. Not sure how but in a group text LeAnn or Mike bring up OC-17 I asked if it was darker than 15 since 14 was lighter and 16 was darker. They deflected and kept moving conversation along. I asked for a quick phone call saying everyone was getting frustrated and a two minute phone call would have made it even clearer than the obvious, I didn't want or ever ask for plain white cabinets. 7.) I came home after seeing color and text LeAnn and Mike and asked for a phone call. The tone of company was immediately defensive but Mike did come up with a plan of action. They asked for my full balance due despite the job being incomplete and not to my satisfaction. I offered to pay partial final payment after already paying $1,800 and then looked at invoice and realized I didn't even owe what I was going to write a check for as they had billed me for glazing I didn't want at anytime. When I brought this to their attention LeAnn got involved and threatened placing a lien against me for the balance of $526. 8.) When they left there were already chipped or peeling baseboard, overspray, horrible touch up paint spots and uneven cabinet and drawers improperly installed. 9.) next day called two companies. Both came to my house the very next day with sample boards, saw my house and immediately understood what I wanted. I had a hard time choosing between the two as prices were within a $100 of each other and they were both hand painting in my house. Job started same week, finished early using my paint of choice OC-15 Baby Fawn and look beautiful. 10.) Unfortunately I had to spend an additional unanticipated $1,200 for the right paint and another $500 to repaint my walls so my home was restored to acceptable condition. DON'T use this company. They spend zero time doing things LeAnn talks about asking about your appliance plans, how you use your kitchen, etc. they never come to house and send to minimum wage laborers to your house for a few hours and just deposit your money. They make a killing for crap work.

HORRIBLE customer service. Took a month over the estimated date to get custom cabinet, and they tried to charge twice for it. Overpriced and cheap. They use the cheapest eggshell paint that chips days after application. They also over charged us for projects they didn't even complete. Husband of owner also threatened my pregnant wife with legal action if she didn't pay while I was at work, my wife was also displeased with the service. Will be taking to small claims court. Lastly on the "custom" cabinet they made they didn't even include a counter top after they told us they would replace and make a custom cabinet that would suite our needs. DO NOT USE this "company". Couldn't select 0 stars so forced to go above and beyond and give it 1.

This is what happens when you don't properly prep stained cabinets for paint

Wish I could give a zero. First of all the owner has threatened me for posting stuff on Facebook in the past. Her and her husband try to use intimidation to get you to stop calling and asking them to fix things. Along with shoddy work...run from this company. She will quote you the lowest but you will also get a cheap project. Pay a bit more for better quality work.

    Paint on the floor

They started with the wrong color. Don't know where that mistake was made. Had to wait a week to get it redone. Poor communication. No touch-up like promised. (They forgot the paint so we can't even do our own touch up.) They drilled the hinges on the wrong side and just left the holes. They made a mess- paint on the counters, floors, and brand new window frame. Unless you are redoing your whole kitchen, beware!

tore up the mantle and just left it

In the meantime, our cast iron bar stools swiveled into the edge of the bar, causing chips in the main Formica countertop. It finally felt like the right time to make the change. Edan at Midwest Marble and Granite helped me select attractive elements like the sink, faucet, quartz material, and backsplash ceramic tile. Because of her experience as an interior decorator, I really valued her insights. On installation day, I was truly impressed by Jake, Carlos, and the team. They worked tirelessly to remove the old countertops and backsplash and to ensure the heavy new countertops were perfectly aligned and level. I had no idea how physically demanding this work could be. The next day, during backsplash installation, the same praise goes to Patrick, Frank, Eddie, and Austin. They spent hours bending over the counters, meticulously cutting, placing, and grouting ceramic tiles on four walls. That has to be backbreaking, especially for someone as tall as Frank! Midwest Marble and Granite transformed my kitchen with high-quality materials that were expertly installed in a timely and friendly manner. What more could I want?

When we finally got someone to come out, instead of working to remove the stain, they put a sealer over the stain and said there was nothing more that they can do. We have attempted to work out a resolution with the company multiple times but to no avail. Several local granite companies said they sold us the wrong kind of granite for outdoors. There are many reputable granite companies in KC. This is NOT one of them. Take your time and look elsewhere.

Cabinets were damaged, broken quartz was installed, and the overhang was inconsistent. We had a full height backsplash installed that was 1/4 inch too short and wood shims were put in the gap between the quartz and the upper cabinet with no caulk to cover them. Immediately after they left I contacted the office and the installer with pics of the job and asked how these things would be fixed. They came out and determined there was too big of a mess and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Needless to say we ended up taking them to small claims court. We won the judgement through mediation and the day they were to come and pick up the quartz and return our downpayment to us our lives were threatened. We recorded the whole incident. The police were called and we filed a report. We have since received our payment. I am writing this review to hopefully save others from having to deal with this company.
