It basically spun 360 degrees and finding the right balance of water temp challenging! Ray at Ferguson found a part but it was a long shot. Since our options were limited we went with Plan B. Ray suggested reversing the sleeve that goes over the stem it would help extend it. It worked great and appreciate Ray helping us solve this issue! After we scheduled installation, several things went wrong. 1. They called to postpone. 2. They broke one piece, so had to delay longer. 3. We tried and tried and tried to get an update, and they wouldn't return our calls. Finally got it rescheduled, and installation went fine. 4. It doesn't look like they applied sealer to the countertop. We've called at least 10 times to have them come look, but they won't return the calls. It's been a month. I don't care how cheap it is, do not go there. You're asking for frustration. Update: The manager finally replied to a text, and pretty much just told us to seal it ourselves. Changed from two stars to one.
