In the meantime, our cast iron bar stools swiveled into the edge of the bar, causing chips in the main Formica countertop. It finally felt like the right time to make the change. Edan at Midwest Marble and Granite helped me select attractive elements like the sink, faucet, quartz material, and backsplash ceramic tile. Because of her experience as an interior decorator, I really valued her insights. On installation day, I was truly impressed by Jake, Carlos, and the team. They worked tirelessly to remove the old countertops and backsplash and to ensure the heavy new countertops were perfectly aligned and level. I had no idea how physically demanding this work could be. The next day, during backsplash installation, the same praise goes to Patrick, Frank, Eddie, and Austin. They spent hours bending over the counters, meticulously cutting, placing, and grouting ceramic tiles on four walls. That has to be backbreaking, especially for someone as tall as Frank! Midwest Marble and Granite transformed my kitchen with high-quality materials that were expertly installed in a timely and friendly manner. What more could I want?

If you all can stay away from this business please do! The level of professionalism and bullying…read morethat goes on here is crazy. This company does fraudulent practices then when you refuse they try to bully you. We had a granite measure performed by this company on 3/9. The gentleman they sent out performed the template but couldn't understand what we were requesting as he was not very fluent in English; good thing we had a Spanish speaking employee onsite. So after about 2 days we called and called to get an estimate. Finally we spoke with someone to go over the estimate to make sure it was accurate and to get it over to us as we were on a strict deadline. The company sent an initial quote for about $2,600. We agreed on the price and paid the deposit. A few days later they sent a new quote stating of the square footage increased (which it didn't) so the price went up $1000. After calling to speak with Aralhi who was not only rude, but unprofessional and she hung up on us after we explained to her that the price difference needed to be explained; we called back and she refused to get on the phone. This company employs people who clearly lack professionalism, quality customer service, and possible education. STAY AWAYYYYYY!!!!!!

We got granite countertops for our kitchen with KGM. To summarize each part of the experience:…read moreSelection: This was a much better process than I anticipated. They had a nice selection, some really good prices, and paid attention to what we said we had in mind in order to adapt their suggestions. I never felt like I was being "sold" something we didn't want. Measurement and Install: Everyone was pretty much on time and good at communicating ETAs. Install wasn't perfect, but remedied quickly and the end result is exactly what we wanted. Employees: We genuinely think KGM has high expectations of their employees in terms of quality of work and professionalism. Correspondence: Couldn't ask for better--we were always able to get a hold of somebody and never got put off.
