The restrooms are easy to find and very clean. And parking to the event was also convenient with a general price of $15 with a small walk to the main entrance or if you want closer parking there's a $40 option. Families and friends groups of all ages were cheering the teams on as they fought for victory. The HEB center is such a well organized facility to host various sport and entertainment events. If you are here for a basketball or volleyball game make sure you bring your jacket. The whole center is cold since the hokey team also uses this facility and be prepared to walk through security as you enter. The team members of the center are very friendly and help guide you to where you need to go. I really enjoyed watching a volleyball game here with friends. Our comfortable seats were easy to find by following all the section signs along the halls. This was overall a great experience and the perfect place to catch a local game!

It includes two tickets in a semi private area, a parking pass, two alcoholic drinks each, unlimited non alcoholic beverages, and a full buffet. The view was unobstructed and excellent. There is an elevator that takes you directly to the correct level, which makes access easy. The bathrooms were clean, close by, and had no lines. The dedicated area for food and drinks meant we avoided the long bar lines, which was a big plus. The buffet included salad, vegetables, mashed potatoes, chicken, carved beef, rolls, and desserts. The line moved quickly and the food was enjoyable. The Good While the food was solid, the seating area does not include tables to place your food or drinks. The seats did not appear to be larger than standard seating and there is no additional legroom. (I'm 5'10") That was a bit surprising for a premium package. Although the view was unobstructed, the venue could benefit from additional jumbo screens placed around the arena. The main screen could also be zoomed in more to enhance the experience. The Bad The sound quality was the most disappointing part of the night. The music was too loud and at times you could not hear the artists clearly. Both Anthony Hamilton and Fantasia are powerhouse vocalists who do not need heavy production. Instead of clear, crisp voice isolation, they sounded muffled. After multiple audience complaints, the sound improved, but it was distracting and took away from the experience. The package also advertised dedicated guest services and event staff support. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We could not find anyone to help us locate our seats or answer questions. The only visible staff were those managing the buffet and the check in area. For a premium experience, that was frustrating. Overall Despite the issues, I had a great time with my friend and we truly enjoyed the concert. I would consider using the All In Premium Loge Package again, but with adjusted expectations. Tips * Avoid the main entrance and use a secondary entrance for quicker entry. * If you do not have a bag, use the express line. (We had small clear bags and were allowed to use th express lane) * Download your tickets to your wallet before you get to the event. * The highway exit for the event can feel chaotic with heavy traffic and aggressive drivers. Consider driving past the first entrance and heading to the second exit. * Take your time after the event to avoid the traffic jam. All in all, it was a fun night. With a few operational improvements, especially around sound quality and guest services, the experience could move from good to great.

This…read morecollege runs on scamming people, bullying, and all the things that make people the absolute WORST. First, admissions forgot to inform me that they would charge an extra $3500 for out of district tuition, so that charge blindsided me a week into classes. After waiting a week to get a hold of a financial aid person, they told me they wouldn't help me and to try my advisor. They shoved me off so fast, and didn't even ask me what the problem was. SO RUDE. I couldn't get a hold of my student advisor the entire semester. When I finally received an email back from Ara Williams, it was AI generated, and didn't answer my actual concerns because he was "too busy" with other students who had "actual problems". You will spent most of you time trying to find the right person to email, because most of the staff will just shove you off to someone else or telling you to just be grateful for the breadcrumbs of information or help they offer. On top of that, they hire "professors" like Cassie Smith for Anthropology who are NOT qualified to teach the subject, but will also hire department chairs like Dr. Sanchez to protect these "professors" even when they lack the basic knowledge to teach. Both of these staff members accused me of cheating without any sort of proof, but tried to tell me I should be "grateful" they gave me a grade that I earned. This was after I had to email the professor every SINGLE week to open the appropriate information and assignments. Yes, I had to remind my professor to unlock the weekly assignments with an email that she didn't respond to for two days prior. She was probably busy trying to make her lecture videos that didn't post until halfway through the week. It's sad that all this time she spent "preparing" for her class she couldn't run a spell check before posting anything, including feedback on papers. Cassie Smith is unprofessional and should never teach again. Dr. Sanchez should never be allowed to interact with students again. Telling a student who did not cheat to "be grateful the professor was willing to change the grade" is INSANE and shows how selfish this college is. They will do WHATEVER it takes to protect their own, even if it means lying about a student's academic dishonesty. This ENTIRE college runs on manipulation, scams, and lies. DO NOT waste your money here because they do not care about you. I have hired a lawyer to pursue legal action because of this semester with Austin Community College.

The HEB center is a cozy venue to catch a game. There is really not a bad seat in the house. I love the fact that it's family friendly and the staff goes out of their way to ensure everyone has a great time. Parking is free for Stars games. We usually score freebie tix but when purchasing a ticket I usually just buy the cheapest and move around. There are plenty of open seats especially if you go on a week night when school is in session. Food and beverage options are a plenty. You can order a Miller Lite or a local craft beer. I usually spend a period up top in one of the cozy bars. It's mostly standing room but it gives you a great perspective of the on ice action. Pro tip: Dress warm even if it is 90 degrees outside it's cool/cold inside.

The…read morefacilities, location and -- most of all -- the coaches and instructors are exactly what I was hoping to find for my nearly-7-year-old son. I saw an ad in the Community Impact for the 180 Performance Center "Youth Summer Baseball Camp", and signed my son up for a week in late-July, 2022. He had an absolutely awesome experience! There were 3 coaches for roughly 20 kids; everyone got plenty of individual attention; and I could see a quantifiable improvement in my son's skills and confidence each and every day. Here's what was most impressive about the coaches: they reward EFFORT just as much (if not more) as results. Even if the kids made an error, the coaches were quick to praise the work they put into trying to get it right. It cannot be overstated how important that is to me -- and to every kid, really. I was lucky enough to play professional football in my heyday, and -- even though I don't know the first thing about baseball -- I do have the luxury of perspective that young athletes don't have. All of the coaches and instructors have professional and/or college experience; they know what it takes. Instilling the mindset of "always trying to get it right instead of always being right" is so vital to sports development, and life-in-general development. It's the practice, the homework, the chores, the manners -- the things they don't give you a trophy for -- that lay the foundation for a good life. It's apparent that 180 Performance Center and True Grind Systems was founded on this credo. One of the founders and owners I had the pleasure of meeting, Mr. Tom Snell, epitomizes this mindset, and only hires instructors and coaches that share that mindset. It's the perfect place for my son to develop as an athlete and as a human being; my only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner. If you're a parent or player who has seen too many coaches fixated on "winning-at-all-costs" instead of stressing development and fundamentals, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. Thank you to Mr. Snell, the coaches (Austin, Bryson and Tyler), and everyone else involved with 180 Performance Center & True Grind Systems. It has unequivocally been one of the best experiences of my son's young life!
