My overall experience has been declining. The front desk staff appears to be inadequately trained. They even messed up my prepaid punch pass and failed to apologize. The Crossover is a facility specifically designed for sports, wellness, and entertainment. The Crossover is home to Ice and Field, which offers ice skating, hockey, curling, ice shows, and lessons. Off the ice, the facility features an in-house gear pro shop and skate maintenance services, including skate sizing, sharpening, and gear. Further, the facility offers climate controlled indoor sports and fitness facilities as well as both natural and synthetic outdoor fields for year-round use. Beyond sports, the facility has a full bar, food trucks, and a small cafe (on the ice skating rink side). I hosted an ice skating birthday party for Thing Two a few weeks ago. The party was part of a birthday package this location offers that can be found here: https://iceandfield.com/parties-groups/ I opted to add the private lessons for the kids as well as the snow ball fight after the party ($525.00 total, not including the tip for the party host I left). The children at the party had a blast on the ice, but I did have a slight issue with the snowball fight. The "snow" was what was scraped up by the zamboni machine after the public skate. The snow was placed on the backside of the building for the kids to play in, however the snow wasn't roped off in any way so we as the party hosts/guest had to continue to tell others who came outside to play in the snow that this is "paid for snow" and not for public use. The private skating lesson was marked off with cones, and therefore, I assumed the snow would be the same way, but this was not the case. The pizzas for the party were not pizzas made at the location but were pizzas that were ordered from Dominos. For the price point and what was offered, it is on par with other venues that host kids' parties. If I could give 0 I would they told me that i could not skate on the ice due to "max capacity" and the workers there are stupid like they told me that they have enforced the 20 skater rule for months but they didn't they never said that before AND they kicked me off the ice multiple times even though I payed. so yeah this place sucks. read more

I was invited to a birthday party that included ice skating, party room, snowball fight experience and the service of staff making sure the client had everything for their birthday party going and flowing. Didn't know about this place and they offer a lot of activities. Its a big place with multiple rinks, seating areas, party rooms, and soccer fields outside. They had this cotton candy machine that makes cotton candy into certain shapes and you can choose. My grandson enjoyed that alot. He actually enjoyed it more than we thought. He had his grandpa going to check out the different hockey games going on and watching the people ice skate. Note: it gets cold in there because they have to keep the ice frozen so bring along a warm sweater or jacket to be comfortable especially if you're usually cold. I definitely recommend this place. They also have a special events and public skating times. I plan I checking out one of those events. Im glad we had the opportunity to check this place out. read more

This is mostly about the summer camp, I think the venue is a great idea, in theory. My son attended the summer camp in 2024 and then 2025. He was so excited to do all the activities the first year, they listed taekwondo, esports/video games, ice skating and soccer. He loved the activities, they were told the taekwondo instructor was out sick that week so they did more soccer. Not that big of a deal but disappointed. They had sent very little instructions about what to expect with camp, like bring a sweatshirt for skating; however I had ice skated before and packed a sweatshirt, just in case. My son told me the first day that he was so glad he had the sweatshirt and lots of kids were cold. Year 2, in the camp description, it was a little more vague on what they were going to do but it listed taekwondo and soccer and then said "so much more" There were no more video games and the soccer was now volleyball courts. With the taekwondo teacher they only played random PE style games. When I picked up my son the first day, he was angry from the disappointment. He had also gotten injured because they played dodgeball with volleyballs and he got hit. The counselors didnt say anything to me. The next day, someone who appeared to be a manager was at the front desk so I mentioned the injury and it was my son who told me and not a counselor and the fact that the taekwondo was non-existent. He didnt know about the injury and a counselor at the desk had to fill him in. He made an excuse for the taekwondo, saying its a vendor and they have no control of them but he would look into it. Huh? My son seemed happy enough to be there and to keep giving it a chance. I had met some of the counselors so I felt he was in a relatively safe place to finish the week, and he also said he would sit out dodgeball. But I dont think we will be signing up for the camp again. Just too much chaos and rather expensive for not knowing what our son was going to be doing. Dont disappoint kids to then leave parents (who are also your customers) picking up the pieces. Not cool. read more

This place is absolutely great. We have our daughter in the learn to skate class before she gets going into hockey. Instructors are really helpful and she has already done so well and gotten so much better. We will continue to come here as she learns and grows to be a hockey player! read more

Great first time experience for kiddos to ice skate. Easy rentals and access to ice rink. Little coffee shop down the hall helped us to enjoy the chilly rink with lates and hot cocoa. Dress warm! read more
