Great customer service at a very fair price. Quoted me $15 per ATV tire over the phone, but when I got in, two were $15 and two were $6.50 to install (because they were smaller). Honesty and integrity go a long way in my world. They got me in right away also! read more

TL;DR: This shop overtightened the lug nuts on our car, resulting in the wheel studs breaking off. My husband took his car in to have the tires replaced a few months back. We wanted to support a local shop instead of a chain, and this place fit that bill. Today, he went to another shop for a tire realignment, as his steering wheel was vibrating. That shop told him they couldn't remove the lug nuts since they'd been overtightened, and we'd have to take it back to Leal's. Back home, he tried to remove the lug nuts, and experienced the same issue--they wouldn't budge! It was so tight that the lug nut broke on one of his wheels, which is a direct result of them being overtightened at Leal's. I'd expect a place that specializes in tires to know better. When we went to Leal's during their listed business hours to see if they could fix it, the shop was chained off and closed with no mention of their hours or if they were just closed for the holidays. Their helpful sign mentions that they aren't responsible for damage or defective products, which isn't the most heartening business strategy. We tried calling them before driving out, but we got a generic "mailbox is full" recording. How can a business not have a message with their hours at least? I see other reviewers mentioning the same thing, so I guess we should have researched a little more thoroughly. I'm sorry to report that we won't be returning here or recommending this place to others. read more

I had a huge nail in my tire and when I arrived I was assisted so fast. $20 to fix. Can't beat that!

They were amazing! I had a flat tire and found a nail. Was able to fill up some air and take it over. They fixed it right away. Super quick and efficient. Took less than 20 min and was super affordable. Highly recommend if you're stuck in a pinch! read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone that I know!!! the lady that answered the phone had an attitude and was rude! I was just calling for a quote a tire with a nail in it to get fixed she did not semi like she wanted to help what so ever!! read more

I've been coming here since I got my first car. They always take care of it. The customer as much as they can. One thing I've noticed with bringing the various cars throughout the years is that they're smart about the work that they choose and choose not to do. One thing I can say from experience is that they do a great job when it comes to tires and they're careful in handling that very important emergency at the time. They for sure, always have taking care of me read more

Leal's Tire - Tires Near Me - Manor, Texas

I have to agree with the previous reviews. Awful customer service and extremely dishonest. I purchased from them 4 new tires, and after a visit to Discount tires, I was shown one of them was not new and was falling apart. Another one was new, but it was an off brand tire , which they didn't mention when they sold them to me. When I went to the manager to complain, she disregarded my claim and didn't even investigate the issue. I'll be filling a complaint to the BBB. Beware of this place read more

Customer service was unacceptable. All I needed was air and I was given an attitude when I paid in cash and not a card. $3 for airing a tire? Really? It was the attitude for me so I won't return for tires. read more

If I could give this place a 0 rating, I WOULD! They tell everybody the same story to spend more money that they don't even need to spend. We came in to get a patch on a tractor tire & without even advising us. THEY PLUGGED the tire & charged us $45!! The plug came out the next day so I took it to Leal's on 969 & got it patched for $18. I drove back to the 290 location to confront the manager. She stated that she could not patch my tire because of the bad condition of the tire & said that Leal's Tire on 969 must've needed the money! Hahahaha WHAT? Sounds like y'all needed the money charging me $45 for a plug when I ASKED for a patch! THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! read more

They very helpful and nice every single time I go ! They have fixed my tires multiple times :)

Very unprofessional place the lady that was working there I think she's the manager but didn't want to help me with my tire I was only asking for guidance on what I need to do she told me I'll let you think about it her own employer was willing to help me but she told him no never will I take my car to this place cause truthfully that tells me you don't even care about the place you work for but anyways people if you can't get your tire off or bolts are stripped take it too brake plus they gladly help you & treat you with respect & care the prices are very reasonable also read more

I got a surprise flat on Sunday night (love that Austin construction) and had my bf put my spare on. I knew I couldnt ride around with it, and was researching my options. Bf suggested I try Leal's so I stopped by first thing on Monday morning hoping they could patch it up. I pulled up at 8:23am and one other person was being helped before me. I explained the situation to the female attendant and she said she'd have one of the guys see if it could be patched. By 8:44am I was driving away! They found the issue, patched it up, put the original tire back on my truck, and mounted the spare back underneath my truck in 20 minutes. And the cost? *drumroll* 10 DOLLARS!! I am officially a customer for life. Update: the day after writing this I was driving and heard a strange sound from the back of my car. Pulled over and checked it out and saw my spare dangling on the line. Obviously it wasnt secured properly. That's why I deducted one star. I still think they do good work and will go back, but I'll eyeball things a bit before driving off read more

I drove up so scared with a huge screw that went through my tire on FM 973, limped it along. And they were AMAZING! Help me immediately. Thank you read more

Simple, honest, careful service. Their establishment is small, mostly outdoors, but they do good work. I brought my BMW 5 series here for a full mount & balance, brought a set of tires with me from Tire Rack, and they did exactly what I needed. I also required a wheel be replaced and they pulled the center cap and TPMS sensor off to have as spares. Don't expect them to have a huge selection of tires, they're too small for that, but they do take great pride in their work, so if you pick your tires carefully like I do or need a flat repair, this is a great place to use. read more

They just feel like good people who want to give you what you want (in my case it was a new tire that I needed asap)... I was happy about their service, price, and overall enthusiasm about helping me get what I needed! read more

So I had a flat tire last night on 290 just 5 minutes from this shop. I looked them up online and seen they were open until 6:30. I took in my rim and a new tire, I pulled into the driveway and he started yelling at me to leave.. I can't even get out of my car and he's yelling! I say listen I just need a tire put on a rim, nothing more and he says no get out, leave! EXTREMELY RUDE! I'm sorry if my 5 minute tire job isnt worth your time, maybe your running late to your 12 pack? So, I proceeded another 10 minutes down 290 to Daniels Tire shop! They were OUTSTANDING and NOT rude at all! in 10 minutes I was out the door! I will NEVER use LEALS TIRE AGAIN! They are rude and unprofessional! read more

I do not leave a 0 star cause it's not an option. Tire tech managed to stripp not 1 but 2 studs on the same wheel. I was afraid I was gonna loose my wheel on the road when I left that place. When I approached my vehicle to check the work, tech immediately pointed to a sign "not responsible for any damaged caused by their work". Instead of attempting to remedy or at least apologize this "extremely rude owner/manager lady" came over very defensive, she refused to speak with me and asked me to leave. By the way I'm an aircraft technician and I drive a classic restored vehicle, I know how to properly install a tire on. Those 5 star reviews must be family and friends and not legit. Don't go there! read more

I do not live in Manor, or maybe I'd be able to give Leal's a chance at redemption. My daughter had a dance recital at the Manor High School auditorium, and I managed to acquire a large chunk of metal in my tire on the way there. Upon discovering this I immediately consulted Yelp! for a decent tire shop in the area, seeing as how it was almost 6 o' clock and I needed to get somewhere fast. A few closed at 6, but I was very pleased to discover that Leal's was listed as 6:30, and was only 2 blocks away from me!! Sad ending: The guy comes out as I walk up and tells me that they're closed. When I show him the listing that clearly displays the closing time as 6:30pm he points to his boss across the parking lot. When I ask him for a quick patch on my tire he tells me "no, closed". To which I reply "you decided to close early today? My wife and kids are in the car and I'm about to be stranded in Manor overnight". His eloquent response, "no, closed" was almost enough to set me completely over the edge, instead, I'm writing this. PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY DO NOT EVER CHOOSE LEAL'S TIRE SERVICE FOR ANY OF YOUR TIRE OR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE NEEDS. THESE ARE THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT WILL GLADLY LEAVE YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD IN A TOWN THAT YOU DO NOT LIVE IN. read more

Great service, in and out quickly. Saved our day of fun when I thought it was ruined by a flat tire!

Would never in my life go back, I stopped by and stood there waiting for one of the workers to approach me. That never happened. I then walked over to ask if they were still open, since they were beginning to clean up. I asked if they were still open and the guy completely ignored me, thinking he didn't hear me, I asked again. His response was a scream "I already told you we are not!" Then proceeded to walk away! read more

I got a flat tire due to a small screw, came here and asked if it can be patched. Just stay away from this place before they rip you off. read more

This post is about my experience from about 3 weeks ago..If you want some cheap ass Chinese tires this is your place. They don't offer any thing of quality or name brand tires just used cheap ass tires with 30 day warranty.. I found out the hard way. Just go somewhere and buy good tires and you'll thank yourself later. Cheap isn't the way to go with tires after buying two tires from them they blow out a week later. They tried selling me some cheap as Chinese tires after I politely said no I would rather have a well known tire like Firestone, Michelin or Goodyear but they told me that they didn't have any and that it would be expensive.... I guess they expect all their customers to be cheap asses and that why they push no name tires from other countries.. Go to Firestone or Discount or a place that gives you better options read more

Stopped by Leal's last month to take a look at my tire with 3 nails in it. I was told by Discount Tire that I couldn't patch the tire since it's a run flat tire but John at Leal's told me otherwise. The tires are still in great condition for my car and I wasn't prepared to shell out another $250 for a new run flat tire. John took care of the tire in less than 20 minutes and for a fee of $18! I was truly amazed that my tire was still savable. Thank you John for the great experience! read more

Had 5 tires and wheels balanced and mounted to replace the stock ones on my jeep. The guys got the job done in less than an hour and even bought my old rims making the final price really great. I'd gladly have them fix a flat or do a rotation. Also, they do take credit cards. read more

Stopped in because my tire light was on. They offered to fill it up for free. Ultimately, we found a nail--within 30 seconds the tire was off and they began repairing it immediately. No "Discount Tire" double talk about an irreparable tire and "need all 4 tires replaced" even when they are 2 months old. They were honest, efficient, and super friendly. They even gave me 2 complimentary waters for my long trip to Houston ahead of me. read more

I would have rated at "0" stars if had the option. I have a commercial business and have used Leal's other locations on several occasions. I have never had a problem. I used the services from the Manor location - TOTAL NIGHTMARE! An employee had a flat tire on the way to the office and the Manor location provided their services. Upon completion, they informed us that they do not accept credit cards like the other locations do. My contact at another store phoned the Manor store to vouch for me and infomed them that it would be paid by 5:00 the same afternoon. The entire experience from the beginning was unpleasant. I felt as though Leal's was doing me a favor by taking care of my automobile needs. The conversations with who I presume to be the owner, were always rude. I went to the location to pay for the service and attempted to explain to this "business man" that rudeness was totally unneccessary and was told, "Just pay your bill and I do not care if you never do business here again". No need to worry about that ever happening! I would terminate any employee that ever treated a customer the way I was treated. Do your blood pressure a favor - stay away. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. My boyfriend bought a used tire from this place and within 2 weeks it started losing air. They gave him a bad tire and refused to replace it. The owner stated that they didn't have anymore tires to fit his car and didn't know when he would get any. Tires is your business how can you not get tires. After giving us the run around for 2 weeks, the owner suggested him to buy a new tire which was $100. A waste of time and a big get over. read more
