This place is awesome! They have deals throughout the week and I especially like the Tuesday and Saturday $16 taco and smoothie! What a steal! I have been here twice and enjoyed it both times. I got the Baja Bowl which I felt like the kale needed to be massaged--since it was a little rough to eat--and it needed a tad more dressing. The second time I got the breakfast tacos and mango sticky rice smoothie. The smoothie was really good! The tacos were yummy as well and I think that it would be even better with some picked onions on top. My review is not 5 stars since I do think that the food sometimes lack seasoning. However, this place is a great health food go to spot and I really do enjoy their food. It feels like a great price for the quality of ingredients and food you are getting. I will be back! Count me as a new regular!
I've passed this place a few times and always wanted to try it. It looks like a pretty healthy local menu so I was so happy when my friend wanted to eat here. I'm always worried about parking in Kaimuki but there is a little lot right next to it which makes parking so easy! We went inside to look at the menu and order. And then we went to the window outside to pick up our food. They have indoor and outdoor seating but we chose to sit inside as it was a little cooler. Everyone working there seems very nice. I got the Baja bowl and my friend got the surfer bowl. The Baja bowl was so delicious! It has so many good-for-you ingredients but is also filling at the same time. It was so flavorful and I loved it!! I really want to go back and try more things. The smoothies look delicious as well so I'll definitely have to go back!
King Cure is my fave omg. Still my go-to spot when I want a healthy green smoothie that tastes great. I love kombucha and the King Cure includes it in the drink so that's probably why I love it so much.. LOL! The indoor seating area is open as well if you want to enjoy your food/drinks inside as opposed to the limited seating area outdoors. Service was quick and you pick it up outside by the window. If you want to enjoy your drink inside you can always go back in.
I got the breakfast tacos with added hot sauce (which had no discernible spice). The food was very good but naan bread tacos are interesting and they were out of napkins in the dispenser so I had to ask for them. The tacos were much better after I added my personal habanero flakes.
I got a surfer bowl and my husband got the Baja bowl- both were so good! This service in here is so friendly and welcoming. We also ordered smoothies and added plant based protein. This has now been added to our favorite list!

The service was fast and it's a chill environment. You can eat inside or outside on their patio seating. You order inside and pickup out at the outside window. I cannot believe that I have not written a review for Leahi Kaimuki yet. I eat here at least monthly, if not every couple of weeks and some weeks it feels like it's every day. It's quite literally the only place I can rely on to get a good salad that keeps me full that is a reasonable price and I don't feel sick afterwards. They don't put too much dressing on their salads and they have enough options to keep me interested and not bored of eating the same thing all the time and I feel so healthy when I'm done eating at Leahi. Their smoothies are delicious and I love their tacos if I want a little more carbs, everyone is always so friendly and I love going in!
We stopped in for lunch. Casual comfortable indoor & outdoor seating. We split the Thai Crunchy tacos and enjoyed the tasty Mango Sticky Rice & Matcha Muse smoothies. Service was friendly and would definitely recommend the healthy food & smoothies.
Veggies were fresh and the pita was soft. I was really happy with the tacos I got here; my only thing was I felt like more attention could've been payed to the almonds that were just whole and put on the top of the tacos, it simply wasn't as pleasant as I know it could've been if given just a little tlc and creativity. I ordered the "maple mustard coconut bacon tacos" and changed the sauce because I'm not fond of syrup; I opted for a cilantro lime sauce with some help from the girls that worked here and I was actually really happy how the sauce paired with the tacos. In hindsight I would've added some hot sauce which they offer free on top or for I believe 50 cents on the side. My mom who does not eat vegan often said it was just a salad with bread around it LOL, she's not wrong but I still thought they were yummy and decently filling. At $11 for 2 tacos I'd come back. The service was good, and parking was easy. I found it odd that you have to exit the place where you order and sit at to get your food at the outdoor side window... which to be completely honest while inside in my bliss dancing and living my best life I completely forgot that she instructed me to get my food at the side window luckily Sylvia, the girl that took my order, graciously brought my food out to me. Looking forward to trying their mushroom smoothies one of these Monday's.

Along with it, I had the purple rain smoothie with its flavorful sweet fruit and a touch of cinnamon. I'm definitely coming back for more so I can try everything on the menu!!
Tried the papaya salad today and it was a large portion with a nice variety of textural toppings that felt and tasted very fresh and satisfying. Decent price too, and the staff are friendly. Only wished the sauce was spicier and had a stronger flavor, and that the tofu had something more going on- it was just raw cubed tofu with no pan fry or seasoning. Interested to come back for their Taco Tuesday and to try the Baja bowl next time!

We decided to give this another try after not coming here for a while . I ordered the Breakfast Tacos it has tofu scrambled made of taro,green and white onions, garlic , sun dried tomatoes, black beans, corn , spinach , Mexican spices that's served on warm pita bread with bean spread , topped with avocado and coconut bacon (so yummy ) It was taco Tuesday so they had a special that you get two tacos with a smoothie . I added the Brazilian smoothie which has açaí, banana, pineapple,blueberry, and granola. This is right near my job so I will definitely order again . read more
Lunch in Kaimuki, Honolulu, Hawaii... My friend was hungry and she lives near Kahala Mall. I told her that I had been to Leahi Health Kaimuki in the past and I couldn't find my photos, so I needed to go back. I liked the healthy menu, too... plus, they share a free parking lot with other businesses. Just scan the QR code. Service was efficient and friendly. The gal processed a bunch of people quite quickly! We ordered at the counter, waited inside, and picked up our orders outside. (They have outdoor seating, but it was a very hot August day.) We both got the Tuesday Special: tacos and a smoothie for $16. What a deal because tacos are $12 already and a smoothie is $8. It's like saving $4 when you get the Special! The Morning Mana Smoothie had some coffee in it. Maybe that's why it tasted sour? It couldn't be from the coconut milk or almond butter. Maybe the banana was over ripe? The Rainbow tacos had blueberries which matched the delicious dressing and purple cabbage! The hummus was a bit spicy, but the pita bread, avocado, tomato, and cucumber couldn't balance it out. The Beet Poke Salad is one of my favorites to get here. Every time I come, the staff is very nice and the food or smoothies come out quickly. I like that you can order online, and they have deals like Taco Tuesday and Saturdays. I do wish there was more variety since a lot of the menu is salads turned into tacos, but the poke salad stands out because it's different. It would also be nice if they had WiFi or made it more of a space to sit, do homework, or read instead of mostly being a grab-and-go spot. read more

I always get the Baja Bowl when I go here or the Tacos! The portions are really good for the price. I typically get two meals out of it unless I can't stop eating it. Their coconut doesn't really substitute for bacon but its tasty itself!! I take all my vegan friends here and they love it. read more
3.75 Fave açaí bowls so far: Da cove and lanikai. Leahi was too sweet for me, but I liked how icy the açaí bowl was. Kind of like eating a blended popsicle? Definitely better than Nalu, which was beautiful and covered with fruit, but too sweet. (Note: I *did* order it with less agave). The savory foods and smoothies look so good and would return for that! Pro tip: there's a large parking lot out back, totally open in the morning since their neighboring restaurants aren't open until later. read more

I always make a stop at Leahi in Kaimuki every time I'm in town in Hawaii. I've seen Leahi when it started as a small health food stand and expand now to a small indoor / outdoor cafe. With various locations throughout Honolulu. I love the food (healthy choices ) smoothies and Kombucha . Leahi never disappoints. The entire menu is good something for every health conscious individual. I can't wait to return . read more

One of the best options for a plant-based menu. Their coffee is excellent and they do not up charge for plant- based milks. Excellent service as well. Parking in front of- 3 stalls - and in the back. Outdoor seating and counter seating inside. New location opened in Hawaii Kai...I have yet to visit. read more
Finally an affordable healthy option in Honolulu! Food was super flavorful and packed with vibrant veggies. Love the coconut bacon. Prices were decent at $11 for two tacos. Smoothie was bomb. Wasn't too crowded and they have seating inside and outside. I would come back for sure! read more

I loveeeeeee this place! I used to come here all the time 5 years ago everytime I was on this side of the island. I live in SF now and I thought this place closed haha but I was soo glad to find out it's there still. I had to stop by. Everything tasted exactly the same as I remember and honestly it really hit the spot! My favorites is the tuna mock bowl and the morning mana smoothie! Their dressing is sooo delicious and tbh I don't like kale but I'll eat it in this bowl! read more

Extensive menu, delicious foods & smoothies. I was surprised to see most of their ingredients are from costco. Even their black beans and corn are canned from Costco. Now that they've taken over the old veg stand, ordering is not done at the open window, you need to go inside to place your order and come back outside to pick up. Their trash can is located right next to the pick up window. I'd recommend relocating to another spot, there was a bunch of flies. They have plants surrounding the area which gives it a "natural" vibe. read more

I love this health food establishment! I've only been to the wonderful Manoa location prior, but today I got the pleasure of dinning inside of their clean, cool indoor seating at the Kaimuki location! Love the options on the menu and the special shot and taco of the day! My go to items on the menu, are the Kale Tacos and Rainbow Tacos, I also love the bowls! Service is always welcoming and kind. Thanks Isla for answering all my questions =) Mahlaos Leahi Health for being island wide with many locations! read more

"Yup, they're good!" Here it is, the start of the year and everyone's trying to eat healthier. It makes sense to see what's out there. There are luckily a great deal of options to explore the world of healthy eating. Right here in Kaimuki Town, Leahi Health Kaimuki is located in the building that once housed Zane's Market, CakeLand, and JJ Bistro. They are located next to a Thai mini mart. They have been a long time presence in Kaimuki and focus on tasty sweet or savory soft taco offerings and delicious smoothies and drinks. Who would have thought a smoothie with beets and acai, carrots, orange, pineapple and chia would taste so refreshing. The deep purple smoothie was great! That with a rainbow taco which has carrot, Japanese cabbage, onion hummus and other goodies made for a delicious savory veggie delight. The third delight was their Leahi Keiki Sweet- which consists of a warm pita with almond butter, blueberries and agave drizzle. They though in some fruit slices too. They have a take out counter and some places to sit. The staff is friendly and the area is clean. Each of the orders bought today can definitely stand on their own. Vegetarian does not just mean munching on a celery stick with a glass of carrot juice. Whether you want to try something different or you want to see what more healthful options there are out there, Leahi Health Kaimuki is one to consider and enjoy. read more

yes- out door dining is available. plenty of seating if your lucky. because this is one of the best places on Oahu for delicious healthy food don't be surprised if it's busy when you arrive.
