Car buying is something you don't want to normally do. The dealership more then anything dictates…read morehow the sale goes. In January I had a car issue and started renting cars while it was being worked on. Skip Forward 6 months of dealing with Dodge and the Monroeville Dodge with no end in site. While renting the cars I was told about how they do car sales and that you can get a quality car for lower price. Didn't believe it at first but after research and seeing first hand how this went I was sold. Ended up talking to Matt Fedzen thruout this whole process . First in February and then periodically thru June. He always stayed in contact and well answered any question I had quickly. When I said what I was finally looking for knowing exactly, he looked and got me a list of all the ones around. He helped me to the point I didn't know the different models of the car I was looking for and explain each one to me. In this process I found for not much more I could get a much more feature packed car then I thought price wise. The process of buying the car was seem less. I felt no pressure at any point on this. From Matt to Luke his sales manager that I delt with for the car, there was no pressure and was the easiest car buying experience ever. Even the extended warrantee I got was covered by Nissan. There is a no haggle price from them. I checked out three other used dealerships and the prices for the same exact cars were 2 to 4 thousand more then Enterprise. I would suggest you check out Enterprise for your next car needs. Unless your looking for something not so common you will find what you are looking for. I had 4 of the same exact car with 4 different colors to choose from with the same mileage. They made this process really awesome and easy to do.

When I did arrive Larmier was waiting for me outside very welcoming. He knew exactly what I wanted and without hesitation took me straight to the Subaru I had in mind. Lamier didn't waste any time telling me every detail about the automobile. He didn't waste my time with a bunch of double talk. He got straight to the point and put me in the car I wanted. The management team of Luke and Bryant were very friendly and accommodating. My experience at Enterprise car sales could not have went better. Knowledgeable and very friendly. Thanks guys.

I again try to make a purchase of a 2024 Ford Bronco with Dollar Bank Financing that has not arrived yet and I am still waiting on. I have had many calls from Carvana employees requesting a copy of the back and front of a check that I would not receive since the check would go to Carvana and the title would go to the bank and the vehicle would come to my home address where I would then start payment to the bank. I am very frustrated, confused and upset that I have been mis-lead concerning Carvana purchase and delivery to my home and driveway. I am ocd about paperwork but they sent me messages in the middle of my work day so i had no notice and only a matter of a few hours to get it done but i did it and then they didnt review it in time so i was already getting frustrated. Took their crappy loan when i am far more qualified for better rates just to get the car because i figured i would refinance it and save the headache of prearranging financing. Mind you this was 4 days before the car was supposed to be delivered. Now its about 12 hours before my delivery window is scheduled and these psychos message me and tell me after their "rigorous" inspection of my nearly new car they found something wrong and it will be two weeks before i get it. Am i supposed to trust the quality of this car now?!? Their AI customer service is a joke and wont give me any details on what the issue is or where the hell my car is at currently. I have a loan, i have insurance, but i don't have a car. Get the pleasure of calling them tomorrow where i am sure i will get more patronizing condescension and no results when i demand a manager. I hate going to car dealerships to buy a car but at least after a dealer lies to your face you still leave with your car THAT day. I get the joy of feeling car buying rage for the next two weeks to probably get stuck with a 2024 lemon. Carvana has no shame. Where TF is your task timer carvana?!??!

Again, you have exceeded my expectations!…read more After dropping my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander off for routine service this week, my husband and I decided to take a look at the 2018. Ralph C. was very helpful in thoroughly reviewing the New 2018 features and answering our questions. He made arrangements to have my vehicle's trade-in value assessed. Now, mind you, I didn't want to get my hopes up (I still owed 2 years on my 2014). Upon arriving the following evening to pick up my vehicle from service, I inquired about the appraisal. Although my husband and I were impressed with the numbers, we felt we would need to wait a few months until we would be ready to buy the EXACT 2018 Outlander we wanted (the Limited Edition). A Representative who was there for a special New Year's Vehicle Upgrade Program Event came and spoke with us. He listened to our situation and actually found a very surprising way to help us. Since PA doesn't allow dealers to give you 90 days without a payment..... "How about WE cut YOU a check for those 3 months?" Huh?! On top of more trade in, our $1500 Loyalty, .... you are going to GIVE me MONEY to PAY MY first 3 PAYMENT?! Okay..... this dealership was there for us when we were down on our luck 10 years ago when my husband lost his job due to economic issues and I had to stop working after becoming Ill at the same time. As we recovered financially... yep... still there Now, 4 VEHICLES later .... you haven't forgot us and still look out for the best deal for US. Not just the HIGHEST SALE. Thank you to all the awesome staff at Jim Shorkey North Huntingdon .....

I brought it in for the yearly inspection in 2019, walked out with a new 2020 (early trade-in) leased Outlander Sport. I should've gotten the hint from the start on this car. 2019- the sales rep horrendous, (I was sent to collections for my OLD lease that was supposed to be taken care of when I got the new lease by the loan dept), he never returned my calls, he completely dropped the ball, etc. Fast forward to 6/2025. My check engine light started flashing when going up a steep hill. I called the service center, who stated it was a recall on the computer programming so I had that taken care of. Now 3/2026, it starts doing the same thing, NOW the car is stalling at a complete stop. The engine codes were coil packs and timing. ENGINE FAILURE (2020 with 54K miles). $350 having it flat-bedded out to the dealership, to be told as such. 5 months, and 20K in a rental car later, I was able to prove I had the required 6 yrs of oil change records (mind you I had MOST of these records, and was only missing 1 from 23, 1 from 24, & 1 from 25 (I drove less than 5K miles each yr, yet still had my oil checked/changed). Finally got the car back with a new engine after $625 for a serp belt & battery), for it to start having the SAME issue less than 10 days later. They put the OLD oil packs in the brand-new engine, now trying to tell me the coil packs didn't code originally. My last two vehicles came from this location, and those will be my last. I'm so disappointed how this dealership treated me, not to mention the amount of money I had to dump in not just THIS car but the rental while my car just sat in their lot over 5 oil change records over 5 years. NOW 10/2026, I am STILL waiting to hear back from management on my extended warranty to get SOME money back.
