Great place to shop!! Outstanding staff, with a friendly attitude, will coming back soon

The man that worked at the store was helpful to me in selecting the toys. When home and first playing with my new toys they were just what I was searching for! read more

After all, what is a single girl supposed to do... Le Tache is located in a dingy, crappy strip mall off Hwy 50 in Chantilly. It is quite sad actually. However, this strip "mall" stands a chance of being revived by having an upscale store, such as Le Tache. Walking by, you will only notice lingerie in the window. But the sign of "18 and older to enter" let me know that this was the type of store I wanted to visit!! Once you get past the lingerie, you are in a paradise of adult entertainment. This store is laid out so perfectly. I am in no way way a frequent visitor of adult toy stores, but this is the nicest one I have ever been in. If porn is your thing, you might not like this store as the selection is very scarce. After all, who buys porn these days??!? The staff is very friendly, helpful, and informative. If you have any questions on pleasing yourself or your partner, I would think this is best environment to do so without the fear of being judged or ridiculed. After all, anyone who works around dildos all day, is very receptive to your questions and I am sure has heard everything and anything that you could possibly throw at her. The prices are not the best. Actually, the prices are better than what you would find at a in-home toy party (Slumber Party, Pure Romance, etc). But the markup is sometimes 60% more than what you would find online (Adam & Eve, Sex Kitten, etc). read more

The person behind the counter here was incredibly friendly, non-judgmental and helpful. I would definitely go back in the future.

This is a classy store, not the norm for adult stores of this nature. The sales people are actually very helpful and will answer any questions you have. All of the lingerie is in the front of the store with the back reserved for adult toys, videos, games, and other kinky essentials. I've only been here twice, one to buy a toy for myself and a gag gift for a friends bachelor party. The other was to buy some sexy lingerie for my significant other. Prices are decent, not super expensive, but not cheap either. The items are of quality too! read more

Another to choose from. Just pricey. On go if need be. Employees are dope tho!

They are charging in 8% inflation surcharge on top of a 6% tax along with another 5% credit card charge you will end up paying 20% on top of your purchase. For Math sticklers out there 19% but close enough. My wife and I saw something in there we wanted they wanted almost $400. We found the very same item online for $59. Not only was it $59 but it had a very good return policy. There's also a great customer service line attached to this particular product. It's not lost on me that the extra charges that they charge you up against $400 would have still been more than what we actually paid for the item including shipping. I say that to say this, if you're already making $341 off of somebody, why do you need to charge an extra 8%? We can't do anything about taxes. In this day and age credit card fees are kind of comical we've come a long way with that form of transaction and this company isn't exactly a small single unit corporation... But I'm still willing to let the credit card charge go. Even though a debit card purchase isn't technically a credit card purchase and therefore is not subject to credit card fees and that's a loophole of dishonesty within itself... I digress. That %8 though? Nah. Somebody must have found the old bath salts they used to sell in the back and smoked some of it...cause y'all trippin. read more

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Store was crazy expensive so I went with a little toy just to try out and then see what else to buy after using it. Literally doesn't work. I tried new batteries I tried to get it working b it's straight up defective. I bring it back in full packaging with the receipt the very next day and you can't do anything in store unless you buy a warranty. Who buys a warranty for a $40 clitoris stimulator. For $8. That's dumb- I bought a defective brand new productive and they best they can do is tell me to go online and figure out how to get an exchange. Not going to fight her that hard on it but that's a straight up rip off. Won't be going back to this store at any point. read more

Awesome customer service!!! Idk how this girl was so knowledgeable about everything lol but she was great! Very expensive though. The store... Not the girl. Lol read more

When it comes to adult stores... I use to always envision some dark decrepit hole in the wall with creepers in trench coats waiting to pounce. NOT HERE! Le Tache is classy well-manicured store that is organized by type of toy or outfit you are looking for in a well-lit, white-drapey store that has any and everything that you could possibly want. Every shape and size and color, all presented in an appealing way, it's like going to a grocery store, they don't make you feel weird for being there and actually are absolutely helpful when informing you how certain things work or how one would use such a thing. Prices are pretty darn good because they even offer 1-year warranties on the more expensive purchases so that if you happen to break it somehow.. they replace it as long as you have a receipt, no questions asked! OH! and they have a frequent buyer card too, that as you reach certain thresholds of dollars spent, you can save up to a total of 20%!! Great store for all the needs that most people aren't willing to admit they have. :) read more

Le Tache is amazing! It's classy and very upscale. It's definitely ideal for someone's first time visiting an adult shop. They have a variety of toys, outfits, movies and much more. I was very surprised that they had shisha. I smoke hookah on occasion so it's like killing two birds with one stone. Wendy was working the store when I visited and she was AMAZING!!! She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She even helped me with information on slumber parties. I definitely intend on revisiting and making this my go-to adult store! Love this place!!! read more

Le Tache is a top tier adult boutique. It makes use of its spacious open plan by utilizing every wall. It has beautiful white sheer draps that separate the front of the store from the back, creating a very classy atmosphere. They often have a great playlist humming through the ceiling speakers which provides a casual, modern feeling. It's a boutique that is cleary well equipped with everything you could possibly need to enchant your sex life. Unlike most adult boutiques, Le Tache has a super welcoming and friendly staff who make any first time experience in the shop incredibly comfortable. They talk about the products very casually and are always open to answering questions, especially ones you might think sound dumb. They're always very calm, charismatic, and knowledgeable. The service I experience there is always excellent. Le Tache carries most, if not all, kinds of sexuality enhancing products. From vibrators to strap ons to dildos to eggs, they've got that and more. Their selection of lubes is excellent and they even carry their own store brand. Whether you're looking for a pocket vibrator or a strap on attachment, they've got something for everyone. They even carry packing penises and underwear, for my trans-brothers out there. Overall, Le Tache is one of my favorite adult boutiques. It's clean, friendly and never makes you feel nervous about exploring your sensual side. It's better than a novelty store because they specialize in the exotic and exude that level of professionalism. So if you're looking for a top notch sex boutique, then Le Tache is the place to go. read more

Went in today to buy a gift for a friend. Julie was working and her service was amazing. She showed patience and sincerity and was incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to help pair our toy with a lube. She offered condoms and a warranty which is very rare for a shop in the nature. Her personality fits perfectly for this job. I hope to only return when she is working. read more

Don't do it!!! Most items seem to be defective. The lady that checked us out was very nice but the quality of the toys suck you'd be better off going to Spencer's or ordering on Amazon at least you could actually get your money back instead of having to go through a whole online process for an exchange which is a hassle. read more

If Julie is working, you'll have a great time. Today was my first time in any sort of adult store, so I don't know about any other workers. But! This woman was an absolute joy to be around, and she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She was honest and helpful, and honestly one of the best customer service experiences that I've had in a long time. As for the store itself, I liked the fact that it had an open layout. I could see a lot of what they offered just at first glance. The prices were a little high for some items, but I think there were some real gems laced in there. I ended up buying some lovely things thanks to Julie's guidance, and I look forward to returning! 10/10 would go again :) read more

As a married man it wasn't the easiest thing to do, going shopping for sex toys for my wife... But I must say, the girl that was helping me made me feel comfortable and OK about being in the store. It is very classy inside, and they have a huge selection of everything from toys, to outfits, and even E-Cigs with the refillable oils! Overall my experience was great. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the prices were a bit high compared to online shopping. But it was worth it, and the young lady that helped me was very nice! read more

Terrible, The overweight white lady(owner) was trying to sell me and my girlfriend a set of 65$ handcuffs. And i said that i will not spend 65$ for handcuffs and she immediately told my girlfriend "he is telling you that you are not worth 65 dollars". She projected that towards me trying to get me to buy these handcuffs to save my relationship. After i told her about how rude she was she immediately kicked me out of the store. I wish i could give this store 0 stars. read more

Every person who works there has been friendly funny and non intimidating. Love this place!

Absolutely loved shopping here. The staff is very hepful, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the right products I was searching for. I felt very comfortable shopping here and can't wait to go back. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a toy from here that didn't work, and was thus never used. When I asked about replacing it, I was told that since I did not purchase a warranty with my toy, (a warranty that was not mentioned or offered to me) I would have to mail the product back and receive a gift card for the total I spent. ($60) Annoying, though completely reasonable considering the nature of the products sold there. I wouldn't want to touch a toy that could've been used either. What was more frustrating was the customer service I got when I emailed a complaint to the website. I suggested to the man I was talking to that he have the products he sells be tested before made available for sale, and since I purchased a 120 dollar toy half off for about 60 dollars, I asked if I would be able to purchase the same toy for the same price, or if I would have to pay an extra 60 dollars to replace the toy that didn't work with one of the same model, as I had no idea when the sale would end. He merely said that I would receive a gift card for $60 without answering my question. At this point, I assumed I was speaking with an incompetent customer service rep who couldn't be bothered to spell my name correctly, use proper grammar, or answer any of my questions, so I asked for the phone number, name, and email address of a supervisor. I was given only a phone number and was ignored when I asked again for a name and email. When I finally gave up and just called the number, I was astounded that the fool I had been speaking to was the owner of Le Tache. When I asked him why he couldn't have just told me that in the first place rather than make me feel unvalued and ignored, he said that he "didn't feel that information was necessary" and even had to get his wife to back him up that the vague emails he sent me were acceptable. ( I can see why they're married!) This is not the way a business should be run. I wish I could just get the money I spent back so I could buy a toy elsewhere, because every time I use the replacement, I'm going to be thinking about how this jerk has my 60 dollars in his pocket. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The owners of this company do not care about their customers. read more

I think my experience was very bad. The man who works there has a very bad attitude. I do not think I spend my money in a store with a person with such a bad attitude and I think a star is a lot for the store. read more

Super dirty store, RUDE staff that follows you around, bad location, is always filled with the wierdest people, Selection is the same every time (years old stuff). They used to sell crazy bath salts which is horrible for the community so im glad they cleaned up their act but they have a long way to go if they want repeat business when i went in there last a young black girl with a nose ring followed me around and stool about 10 feet behind me until another man came in and then she peered at him. I asked her for help, she said she didnt know, then continued to peer. When i checked out she made a snyde comment and I ignored it but I also never went back To me it seems they sell some herbal viagras and stuff for around 20 bucks a pill and so if you dont want to buy the expensive stuff they dont want your business read more

Lady who works there is so rude don't ever come here spare your time. My BF and I had the intention of actually buying something and she went ahead acted as if we weren't. I don't know how she works there but honestly I don't see anyone asking her for some advice in relationships. read more

I came in here with my boyfriend on 7/15/2018 looking for some very specific toys/lubes. We had some questions and the woman working there was fantastic. She was so helpful and made us both feel very comfortable. She answered all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we needed to fit our needs. Highly recommend this place! read more

We went in here on a Tuesday at lunch for a little couple's adventure. As a female shopper, I was very impressed about the lengths they take to make this a much better than average experience. The store is clean, well lit, laid out nicely, and the sales clerks didn't bother us until we asked a question so we could shop in peace. I love the fact that some of the products were out so we could feel the weight and really get a sense of if this would work for us - it made my purchase much easier. My tiffs with this place: the prices are hard to find on most items. For example, there are two walls of phallic silicone items (I'm not sure if I can say that word on Yelp) but the prices are displayed for.. well, only a handful, and I could only find a price tag for about half of them. Some of them are out for display, but then you look below them and don't see boxes for the display items. We had to bug the sales clerk a few times to get prices on items or see if they were in stock. A bit pricey too, but we were willing to spend a little bit for some extra spice, you know? However, this isn't enough for me to knock it down to four stars or keep me away. Keep doing what you're doing, Le Tache! read more

Horrible customer service!! Purchased something at night and wasn't told anything about exchange/return policy. Took it back the next morning and a different cashier said, "I can't help you with anything and I know the lady, who sold you the product, there's no way in the world she didn't explain things to you" like I'm gonna lie about $35. After insisting to speak to the manager, he finally called the manager and I was told there's no exchange/return at all. I left the product for them so they can use it and entertain themselves while misleading their customers. Will never return, first and last purchase from there. Wish I could give negative stars for their customer service. read more

Terrible business. The manager, Philip is very rude. Most of the items they sell are from the 60's. Don't waste your time with this place and the unprofessional staff and management. read more

VERY VERY VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER FROM OUT OF TOWN. I made a simple purchase, i purchased a bullet. If you buy from this place make sure you spend $3.00 for the insurance... I didn't because it was a simple $12.25 bullet. When we got to our hotel, I put in new batteries and the thing never came on. Ok, I figured I'd just take it back in the morning and get one that works... huh, NOT the case. They would not return it because I didn't get the warranty. Now I have to go through their website to return it... I WILL NOT BE BACK TO ANY STORE BELONGING TO THIS CHAIN! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK, THIS IS A RIP OFF! read more

We shopped there last week. The sales associate, Hannah, was so nice and very informative. She helped us find everything we were looking for and more, and had us laughing the whole time, too funny. The store was very clean and organized. You can tell this isn't your average sex shop. The lady there was more than helpful and made our experience wonderful. Le Tache has so much to choose from. The prices are high but they're worth it (so much better than shopping online) you see what you're gonna get and you have informed workers explaining each and every toy. Thank you Hannah for making our date night more than a date night! Not only were you working with other customers but you made each person feel as if they had your undivided attention. We love our new couples toy, we've had so much fun. If you're looking for a classy adult store, stop by the Le Tache in Chantilly and hope Hannah is working! Even though all workers there are probably just as awesome! Thank you Le Tache. read more
