After all, what is a single girl supposed to do... Le Tache is located in a dingy, crappy strip mall off Hwy 50 in Chantilly. It is quite sad actually. However, this strip "mall" stands a chance of being revived by having an upscale store, such as Le Tache. Walking by, you will only notice lingerie in the window. But the sign of "18 and older to enter" let me know that this was the type of store I wanted to visit!! Once you get past the lingerie, you are in a paradise of adult entertainment. This store is laid out so perfectly. I am in no way way a frequent visitor of adult toy stores, but this is the nicest one I have ever been in. If porn is your thing, you might not like this store as the selection is very scarce. After all, who buys porn these days??!? The staff is very friendly, helpful, and informative. If you have any questions on pleasing yourself or your partner, I would think this is best environment to do so without the fear of being judged or ridiculed. After all, anyone who works around dildos all day, is very receptive to your questions and I am sure has heard everything and anything that you could possibly throw at her. The prices are not the best. Actually, the prices are better than what you would find at a in-home toy party (Slumber Party, Pure Romance, etc). This is a classy store, not the norm for adult stores of this nature. The sales people are actually very helpful and will answer any questions you have. All of the lingerie is in the front of the store with the back reserved for adult toys, videos, games, and other kinky essentials. I've only been here twice, one to buy a toy for myself and a gag gift for a friends bachelor party. The other was to buy some sexy lingerie for my significant other. They are charging in 8% inflation surcharge on top of a 6% tax along with another 5% credit card charge you will end up paying 20% on top of your purchase. For Math sticklers out there 19% but close enough. My wife and I saw something in there we wanted they wanted almost $400. We found the very same item online for $59. Not only was it $59 but it had a very good return policy. There's also a great customer service line attached to this particular product. It's not lost on me that the extra charges that they charge you up against $400 would have still been more than what we actually paid for the item including shipping. I say that to say this, if you're already making $341 off of somebody, why do you need to charge an extra 8%? We can't do anything about taxes. In this day and age credit card fees are kind of comical we've come a long way with that form of transaction and this company isn't exactly a small single unit corporation... But I'm still willing to let the credit card charge go. Even though a debit card purchase isn't technically a credit card purchase and therefore is not subject to credit card fees and that's a loophole of dishonesty within itself... I digress. I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Store was crazy expensive so I went with a little toy just to try out and then see what else to buy after using it. Literally doesn't work. I tried new batteries I tried to get it working b it's straight up defective. I bring it back in full packaging with the receipt the very next day and you can't do anything in store unless you buy a warranty. Who buys a warranty for a $40 clitoris stimulator. For $8. That's dumb- I bought a defective brand new productive and they best they can do is tell me to go online and figure out how to get an exchange. OH! and they have a frequent buyer card too, that as you reach certain thresholds of dollars spent, you can save up to a total of 20%!! Terrible, The overweight white lady(owner) was trying to sell me and my girlfriend a set of 65$ handcuffs. And i said that i will not spend 65$ for handcuffs and she immediately told my girlfriend "he is telling you that you are not worth 65 dollars". Would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a toy from here that didn't work, and was thus never used. When I asked about replacing it, I was told that since I did not purchase a warranty with my toy, (a warranty that was not mentioned or offered to me) I would have to mail the product back and receive a gift card for the total I spent. ($60) Annoying, though completely reasonable considering the nature of the products sold there. I wouldn't want to touch a toy that could've been used either. What was more frustrating was the customer service I got when I emailed a complaint to the website. I suggested to the man I was talking to that he have the products he sells be tested before made available for sale, and since I purchased a 120 dollar toy half off for about 60 dollars, I asked if I would be able to purchase the same toy for the same price, or if I would have to pay an extra 60 dollars to replace the toy that didn't work with one of the same model, as I had no idea when the sale would end. He merely said that I would receive a gift card for $60 without answering my question. At this point, I assumed I was speaking with an incompetent customer service rep who couldn't be bothered to spell my name correctly, use proper grammar, or answer any of my questions, so I asked for the phone number, name, and email address of a supervisor. I was given only a phone number and was ignored when I asked again for a name and email. When I finally gave up and just called the number, I was astounded that the fool I had been speaking to was the owner of Le Tache. When I asked him why he couldn't have just told me that in the first place rather than make me feel unvalued and ignored, he said that he "didn't feel that information was necessary" and even had to get his wife to back him up that the vague emails he sent me were acceptable. ( I can see why they're married!) This is not the way a business should be run. I wish I could just get the money I spent back so I could buy a toy elsewhere, because every time I use the replacement, I'm going to be thinking about how this jerk has my 60 dollars in his pocket. Super dirty store, RUDE staff that follows you around, bad location, is always filled with the wierdest people, Selection is the same every time (years old stuff). They used to sell crazy bath salts which is horrible for the community so im glad they cleaned up their act but they have a long way to go if they want repeat business when i went in there last a young black girl with a nose ring followed me around and stool about 10 feet behind me until another man came in and then she peered at him. I asked her for help, she said she didnt know, then continued to peer. We went in here on a Tuesday at lunch for a little couple's adventure. As a female shopper, I was very impressed about the lengths they take to make this a much better than average experience. The store is clean, well lit, laid out nicely, and the sales clerks didn't bother us until we asked a question so we could shop in peace. I love the fact that some of the products were out so we could feel the weight and really get a sense of if this would work for us - it made my purchase much easier. My tiffs with this place: the prices are hard to find on most items. For example, there are two walls of phallic silicone items (I'm not sure if I can say that word on Yelp) but the prices are displayed for.. well, only a handful, and I could only find a price tag for about half of them. Some of them are out for display, but then you look below them and don't see boxes for the display items. We had to bug the sales clerk a few times to get prices on items or see if they were in stock. A bit pricey too, but we were willing to spend a little bit for some extra spice, you know? However, this isn't enough for me to knock it down to four stars or keep me away. Keep doing what you're doing, Le Tache! read more

Horrible customer service!! Purchased something at night and wasn't told anything about exchange/return policy. Took it back the next morning and a different cashier said, "I can't help you with anything and I know the lady, who sold you the product, there's no way in the world she didn't explain things to you" like I'm gonna lie about $35. After insisting to speak to the manager, he finally called the manager and I was told there's no exchange/return at all. I left the product for them so they can use it and entertain themselves while misleading their customers. Will never return, first and last purchase from there. We shopped there last week. The sales associate, Hannah, was so nice and very informative. She helped us find everything we were looking for and more, and had us laughing the whole time, too funny. The store was very clean and organized. You can tell this isn't your average sex shop. The lady there was more than helpful and made our experience wonderful. Le Tache has so much to choose from. The prices are high but they're worth it (so much better than shopping online) you see what you're gonna get and you have informed workers explaining each and every toy.
