Great selection, but man it can be a lot! Typically I walk in, go through all the rows and come out with nothing. Or I spend a lot of time on the website and purchase nothing. But I had gift cards to burn and it was the end of the year with 50% already reduced items. And I needed shoes! I actually did really well. I went for comfort this time and purchased two pairs of Clark's and another comfy Euro dress shoe. Service was really good. The salespeople working and tidying up, each asked if I was finding everything ok, or they told me about the 50% off clearance sale. Nice store, organized, and the people working there actually spoke to their customers! I will return.

After finding several pairs of shoes I was interested in - I saw there were none out on the shelves in my size - so I asked for help. A young man came over to help me - I told him which three pairs I was interested in - 11.5 Wide. So he says to me: 10.5 Wide - right? No. I reiterate I want 11.5 Wide. He goes in the back and comes out with a pair in 10.5 Wide for one style, and 11.5 Wide in another. No - please - listen to me! I'm not sure what this kid's problem was, but he tells me no more shoes in that size. I try on the one that he did bring out in 11.5 Wide - Bingo! They fit and are comfortable! So I find another pair I want them to check on - this time I am not interacting with Einstein, I find a pleasant young lady named Kelly to help me. She checks - and no - nothing is available. Casmera should not be called a shoe repair shop. They should be called 'leather repair.' Over the…read morelast four months I have had three separate leather items repaired, cleaned and re-stiched/seamed. I had a leather jacket and two purses repaired. Bar none, the repairs were the best I have ever had done anywhere! The quality was outstanding! Their attention to detail is not something I see anymore. On all three repairs they found extra items that needed TLC and did them without extra charges. The staff is always friendly too. I would rate them 4 & 1/2 stars on their workmanship if I could. I would give Casmera 5 stars if they were not so in demand and took longer than expected for all the jobs. That is a great problem to have. Also, striving toward better communication with their customers about the repairs would definitely give them five stars. Don't go anywhere else. Go to Casmera. They were out of the way for me, but so worth it!
