Staff - 10/10 not usually at front desk I always see them walking around and making sure everything is in check and cleaned up I'm sure that's why this place is so clean as soon as you walk in (This must be why TONY left them a bad review) Parking - 6/10 I think they're building a new lot at the moment Courts - 10/10 these courts look brand new! Turf - 9/10 much needed safety net! I saw some teams practicing there and the kids had plenty of space to run and kick the ball. In all my years as both a player and a coach, I have not seen another institution such as HP Elite and Beyond when it comes to elite soccer training. I've seen player after player emerge from this program to become incredibly successful people with careers in soccer ranging from players to coaches and trainers. I personally take my youth teams that I coach to train with HP every off-season and most of my more dedicated players take part in their training clinics year-round. There's honestly no better soccer training company in Northern Virginia for youth players. The trainers are all young, experienced, talented players who not only relate to youth players but have a way of inspiring them to reach a level of potential even higher than what they're capable of. 6 Stars if I could give it to them.

I arrived this evening at 635pm and the doors were locked. The sign on the door stated the store closed at 7pm. There was a female outside who told me she was yelled out of the store. As we were leaving the last customer walked out of the store and stated that the employee was very rude and wanted the customer out of the store ASAP. I looked online and found that Sterling Soccer was open until 8pm. The family drove over there and we found a pair of new boots. The employees there were awesome even though they were super busy. I have to thank the terrible employee at the Soccer Post because of his rudeness I found a better store to get soccer gear. The lack of customer service can just kill your business.
