This does not build character or team unity, obviously. Multiple complaints against him have been raised to the BOD, who do nothing. Many, many talented players have left the club. Avoid at all costs - there are many more professional and successful programs in the area (just move to VA...it's not that far away) That said, there are still some good coaches at the club, but - the BOD is biased and the head of the girls program is a crazy man.

A facility of this size should not be operating with such high-volume audio setups, especially during youth sporting events. This reflects poor planning and a lack of consideration for the families and teams using the space. This experience was frustrating, and I would think twice before attending another event here unless better coordination and sound control are put in place.
