There were some things that I did notice about this skating center. Pros: I loved the cute photo backdrops and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Cons: The music was lackluster because the DJ repeated several songs. The skates were so uncomfortable. My foot developed a blister because the inner soles were so worn down. They definitely need to get need skates. Also, parts of the skating rink floor was warped and unleveled. While I enjoyed my time, I doubt I would come here again.

Some of the ride seats belts and straps were broken, worn out, half way tearing. That's a huge safety hazard if the kids aren't strapped in tight, and after I secured them in there, they don't even come around to ensure they're in there right. It's like am I working here too, of course I care more about my child's safety. They have a height threshold for rides but kids under the height were still able to get on. It's just kids working there, one person working two rides. I constantly used sanitizing wipes to wipe the girl's hands because I felt it's so many germs around that place. Finally, had to take my niece to the bathroom, I asked her is she could hold it because the bathroom wasn't the cleanest, and it was only two stalls which makes no sense for a place that size with that many people. This is a multi-sport center located in Columbia, which offers mini golf, batting cages, skateboard park, mini arcade, and a mini snack bar. We paid $9.25/person since we were not a CA member. The mini golf course is decently maintained. I found it odd that half the course had water running and half did not in their "stream". Also, many holes had a lot of rock and leaf debris that made it difficult for the ball to roll smoothly and straight. This place is kid-friendly, but we waited anywhere from 5-10 minutes for each hole since it does take some time for kids to hit the ball into the hole. I honestly felt like some parents were rushing their kids or themselves since they felt bad for holding up the line. Overall, the course was nice and a decent place for families to enjoy a day out. One tip: this course is a lot more difficult than other mini golf places we've been to. I would not recommend this for little kids, as it was somewhat frustrating for adults. Some of the holes do not have "walls" and a wrong putt makes the ball go straight into the water. Also, don't park right next to the course. Amateur skaters, as well as skaters whom have competed at National, Sectionals and International events. The show consisted skaters of all ages performing for the crowd at a resonable price of $15/per person. All proceeds go back to the rink for upkeep and providing a space for skaters to practice and perfect their skills. Keep a look out, the Columbia Ice Rink is putting on another performance in March called "Disney Gagnam Style". A show full of Disney characters and princesses on Ice for the entire community to enjoy! I hope you stumble upon this place because it offers a place for indidicuals to be inspired, learn how to skate and encourage a safe and supportive atmosphere. I will most definitely be back in March, just to amuse the inner child in me :)

They break the groups up by age (little, teens, and adults). It was 30 minutes and leads up to the public skate. I love how they have different size guards for those of you who need skate assistance. While I was there, I saw there is a food and arcade area. You can bring your own skates or use their skates. They also offer Public skating sessions, Bday parties & private events, Family-friendly theme nights, and Lessons, camps, and community events. I'll definitely be back for public skate in 2026.

I usually over-function for birthday parties but they took care of EVERYTHING! I was late with all the deadlines (per usual) from submitting the guest list to finalizing the menu and they took it all in stride and were so accommodating and professional. The location was great for kids- had a nice size (not too big/too small ) skating rink and they have an arcade. With our party package we had a section, for not just the kids but for the adults so we could sit in a contained area together, the kids could rent a pair of skates and got a card to go play in the arcade. They also had an ice cream sundae bar where the kids could get ice cream and add toppings. The DJ definitely gave the birthday star several shout outs and even played a dedicated song. The venue provided party favors (some really nice ones I might add). We also had a designated party manager and she was the bomb dot com- shout out to Heidi!! We had a party with over 20 kids so it did get a little pricey but I felt it was well worth it. I will definitely come back and bring the kiddos, may even try to skate again myself lol.
