The actual waterpark is fun but the food service is absolutely ridiculous. WE CAME ON A WEDNESDAY. we waited 25 minutes for a hot dog and a burger. And no it's not that they were busy, it's because their employees are all 16. Another group and I watched them serve the same food we ordered SIX TIMES before we said anything. Got rude responses from underage idiots, inadequate service, AND COLD FOOD. took an hour out of our time at the waterpark which is a lot when you have a one year old because you can't stay long anyways bc my kid needs to nap. Would've rather gone to McDonald's before instead. MAKE SURE U EAT BEFORE YOU COME HERE SO YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR FAST FOOD.

First off this is a no food park, we bought banana and peach one of each for my daughter whom is very picky and was made to throw it out however there were other families with complete meals made from home. Every staff member we've encounter was rude and nasty. Around the pools were filthy. Excuse me there was a young man that was polite and 1 lifeguard the rest were absolutely nasty. It's took everything in me not to go OFF! CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST DOESN'T EXSIST. My son scraped his arm which was bleeding pretty bad we went to first aide station and no antiseptic was given they just handed me a band aide and I covered it. Truthfully its location is convenient other than that I don't think my husband can force me to come back 2 out of 10 . Music was good !!!!

Wonderful place for a day trip with a. Bunch of kids. Very clean and they didn't make a fuss about our special needs child having food restrictions and us having to bring out own food. Love this place!

This is a great waterpark for the younger set but don't expect a lot of thrills here. What is available for the under 48 inches set: lazy River, lagoon, kids splash pad and water slides. The big pool that houses a couple of water slides is also available for leisure swimming. The obstacle course is cool looking but not for shorties like mine. There's lots of seating and lockers for $5. Food prices are inexpensive although I'm not sure of the quality since we didn't eat. The lifeguards were really overzealous in the kiddie area telling babies to get off the walls-and not nicely. Once the summer camps left, it was pretty empty on a Friday afternoon. They have life jackets but you can bring your own too. My son loved it (he's three) and we will definitely be back!

Check-in was slightly chaotic, but the crowds were moderate for the beginning of June. School was still in session for most, so it was a good time to come. The staff was fun and had activities that engaged the kids (and parents - hey I'm a big kid!). My oldest daughter won the hula hoop competition, and the prize was free ice cream. Our package included the ropes course, mini golf, bowling, the slides and of course access to the pools. Our room was clean. It featured two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pull-out couch and a small refrigerator. If your room is away from the elevator, please bring your walking shoes! You will get your steps in! Other than ice cream, we ate off property both days. There is a great BBQ restaurant Old South Smoke House) nearby and we ordered pizza on the other night. FYI - You have to pay daily for parking

There were a lot of adults with some bathing suits that exposed a lot, which was surprising considering that there are a lot of children but to each their own I guess. The food was underwhelming. The mix hot and cold food items instead of putting one in a separate container. The chicken was all dark meat and smelled a little aged. The fries were not cooked enough, a little translucent. I ordered the pork mac, definitely the best one of the group. The pork was a bit too well done, it was either well done or charred (burnt, crunchy, ashy). The rest of it was kind of good. Each entree was about $20 so definitely overpriced. If food credit was not issued, it would be worth it to drive around for food. The room was fine. The AC in the room with the double beds was much louder the the one in the living room. There were some people that would yell down the hall instead of walking back to their room to talk to their family. The people that worked at the restaurants and cleaned the rooms were pleasant, they didn't have to say anything to us, but they were very polite in my opinion. Overall: the place is way overpriced. there are many other places you can visit for the price. The small town where this is located has a nice vibe, but not a lot of things around.

I used yelp to find another Waterpark close by and this is how we ended up here. When called before we arrived to this location to make sure that they were not filled to capacity and they were not. We didn't know the rules and regulations or what to expect. When we arrived at the counter our group consisted of 3 kids and two adults. To enter it was less than $60. Admission was a breeze. The adults entered the restrooms to change into swimwear. The children were already prepared. We were actually able to locate 5 chairs in a nicely shaded area. Now let me tell you, this is not the place for you if you are looking to go swimming. This place has a lazy river so this is a highlight for a lazy river lover like me. We had two 7 year old and a 10 year old. They could either use a tube for the lazy river or go to the center to play in the water . This place was small enough and kid friendly enough to allow the children to play while the adults were in the lazy river with the kids or just relaxing on the side in the sun. Our party of 5 truly had a blast. The only downfall of our experience was that we didn't know that you were either allowed to bring your food and drink or you could have something delivered. There is nothing on site available to purchase. Not even water. Next time we will be better prepared. It definitely didn't take any enjoyment away from our visit.

Could have saved half the cost by just buying for 2 kids. You definitely don't need more than an hour either. It's really loud, so it's not great for autistic or sensory sensitive kids. My kids don't enjoy water directly in their face, and there's nowhere to go that doesn't have water landing directly in your face. There's nowhere for adults to sit, and it's a small room so there's residual splashing everywhere; wear pool shoes even if you don't go on the play structure and are just supervising the kids. During the 5-minute breaks once per hour, it would be nice if you could use the adjacent pool I but it was occupied with aquatic sports teams. Staff were very friendly, and the overall sports/rec facility looks huge and very clean. Locker rooms were very clean as well. For our family, however, it just wasn't worth the price paid nor was it the type of water park that would work for older kids or autistic kids.

My suggestion is go early - ride the lazy river and whatever you really want to ride. This place fills up quickly. If you have little kids I'm sure they would have a blast. However our older kids got bored quickly and literally said - this is it?? The lazy river is small The outside water slides are very simplistic and can get huge lines. The wave park is small there's no other word here to even begin to describe it. The one flow rider that they have - the two guys running it let a person on and gave them all sorts of time if they liked the person. 4 people were in front of my kids and it took more than 45 min for them to get a turn. So not worth the wait. Granted we have been to Hershey Park water park which is about 10x+ bigger than this waterpark. We also are close to Kalahari and Great Wolf both of which have larger water parks than this place. Overall review 2.5 stars - again little kids would probably have a great time. Older kids not so much. However the price tag just isn't worth what you get. Beware they are adding on an adult only area. Looks to be more hotel than waterpark.

We visited Leitch Water Park in Woodbridge, Virginia for a birthday party, and while the kids had…read moresome fun, the overall experience was pretty disappointing and not well organized. One of the biggest issues was at entry. The host of the party was not clearly informed that she would be required to pay for all party guests at once. She had assumed each guest could pay individually, so this came as a surprise at check-in. The manager on duty explained that while it wasn't a contract requirement, it was their preferred and "most efficient" way of handling party admissions and that they were asking all parties to do it that way that day. This created confusion and inconvenience, especially for parents who were not prepared for it. Food service was another letdown. Outside food wasn't allowed, which is understandable, but the available food options were very limited and not good quality. The pizza was especially disappointing, the crust tasted stale and had an unpleasant, almost frostbitten texture. I also ordered walking nachos, and they were made immediately but then left sitting while we waited for chicken tenders. By the time everything was ready, the chips were soggy and the toppings were cold. When I asked if they could remake them fresh, the staff began talking and laughing among themselves, which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. The park itself was not overly crowded, but there were several rules that didn't seem to make much sense and took away from the kids' enjoyment. The party host also mentioned she was not told the party area would include sand. This was frustrating, as it meant constantly rinsing sand off before going back into the pool area. I also noticed sand at the bottom of the pool, which wasn't very appealing. Overall, the park felt outdated and overpriced for what it offers. Between the confusing policies, underwhelming food, and lack of clear communication, I wouldn't make the drive to return. It has potential, but it definitely needs improvements in organization and upkeep.

This is a HUGE complex spanning MILKED of mountainous territory. We stayed at the summit condos. This location was about 3 miles away from anything else on the property. Due to this anytime anyone had something scheduled to do we had to arrange how to get people from point a to b with only one car. This proved to be a HUGE hassle. The rooms - well ours needed a BIG update. The furniture was horrid. The couch cushions flattened into nothing and you sunk in the couch anytime you tried to sit. The best thing that could have happened to any of the living room furniture was to throw it off the deck. The bed was a giant non supportive marshmallow that caused me GREAT back pain. You could literally feel the dents from where people slept on it. It was awful. The kitchen was ok as passable at best. It had the world's loudest ice maker and dishwasher I've ever heard. Both looked like they belonged in the 90s. Onto the activities. Beware you will be nickled and dimed for EVERYTHING and that is so not a joke. The one class that cost $15 was for the kids to make a gnome home. They used an old milk carton and about $2 in crafting items. I'm probably being generous saying it was $2 of crafting material total. The escape rooms didn't work right and actually broke while we were there. On and beware things shut down on Thursdays for whatever reasons. So literally we went into town and spent time there cuz there was nothing to do on the resort. The pools are ok sized but have little to no shade. What shade that was there was quickly gobbled up by seat hogs that refused to move. I'm convinced people walked in saved their seats and left. The amount of stuff on chairs did not match the number of people who were there. This made the pool extremely hot and uncomfortable on the extremely hot days when we were there. Overall we traveled with 6 kids ranging in ages from 15-22. All were bored by day 3 and looking for things in town to do. Beware of the super strong timeshare pitch that you will be contacted about. While the tour they gave was nice there's no way I'd buy a timeshare there. Would not do again.
