    We paid nearly $300 for one night, and the condition of our room was completely unacceptable. I formally reported these issues to management during our stay, but my request was closed without any response, which was very disappointing. The room had several issues, including an extremely uncomfortable bed, distorted TV color, and an electrical issue with the bathroom light, raising safety concerns. The bathroom had visible mold in multiple areas, the mirror appeared to have significant residue or mold, and there was blood on the refrigerator handle, all indicating serious cleanliness failures. In addition the walls and floors are so thin anytime some walks past the room it sounded like bass in the room keeping us awake most of the night. The heat did not function properly, leaving the room excessively warm even when turned off. In addition, two of the provided room keys did not work, creating ongoing access problems. The pool area was overcrowded to the point of not wanting to even go in the area. Given the lack of response from management, I am sharing this review in hopes of prompting appropriate follow-up and resolution. When guest concerns are left unresolved, it limits the available paths for addressing billing and service discrepancies. I would welcome a direct response from management and believe a refund or at least partial refund would be appropriate because we could have stayed at a standard Comfort Inn, gotten much nicer facilities and a free breakfast for a portion of the cost. Edited to provide my response to the manager: Mike -- side note: the email address you asked me to send my concerns to is the same email address that reviewed my complaint and closed it without ever contacting me. I followed the process exactly as directed and later received a response from Mr. Michael offering a complimentary return stay. Given the experience our family had, we will not be returning to Massanutten. I did respond to Mr. Michael directly and hope he is able to help make this situation right. For a resort that actively solicits owners, I would expect visiting families to receive an exceptional experience. That was not the case for us. We would have gladly paid more for clean, quiet accommodations, clear guidance upon arrival, and basic customer service -- including someone who could answer questions and advise us on available options. Had we known the condition and quality of the accommodations in advance, we would have chosen Wintergreen instead and avoided this experience altogether. Edit review based on Management response: The Manager, Mike was very understanding and listened to my concerns. He provided a partial refund of the cost paid for the stay and offered a return visit. He showed me photos of the newer rooms which look very nice. If we choose to come back I look forward to staying in a newer unit and enjoying the vacation. Thank you for your prompt response, Mike and Massanutten Resorts.

    Massa-nothing is what the name should be. Our room was dirty, damp, musty with safety concerns. We brought this to management attention and was told the premium rooms were reserved for owners. Who would have thought we needed to buy a time share to earn dry bedding and have the trash taken out. From start to finish every interaction with staff was awful. The only good experiences we had when left the resort to eat and do other activities since the indoor waterpark, gym and arcade were closed. Hopefully you get to avoid Chris the sales manager. I haven't never met a more arrogant and disrespectful person in my life. He thrives on belittling his staff and seems to think it's a solid sales tactic. Save yourself the headache and stay literally aware else. And for those who doubt me I took pictures

    We've owned a timeshare here for about 25 years. Below, I summarize some of the activities that we participated in during our week-long stay in Oct 2025. *Accommodations (Rating: 4.5/5). We stayed in a lower unit of a Woodstone townhouse, with our patio directly facIng the pond, with a view of the water fowl on the pond and deer on the lawn. The unit seems to have been updated fairly recently, and had everything we needed and more. The unit was clean. Special touches were the large whirlpool tub in the master bedroom, fireplace in the living room, and laundry in the foyer. Kudos to maintenance for quickly fixing a broken slat on the boardwalk leading into our unit and for helping us with a firestick for one of the TVs. Slight reduction in rating because pillows were lumpy and knives in kitchen were dull. *Welcome Event. (Monday, Free. 5/5). This was described as: "Enjoy a taste of the Valley as you shop with local artisans and business owners. Sample our culinary treats as you mingle with Resort guests and staff while listening to live music." This was great! Massanutten provided a self-serve small buffet of hearty snacks -- meatballs, shrimp with cocktail sauce, crackers and a variety of cheeses, pretzels, and more. They also provided water, or you could purchase beer and wine samples (5 for $5). The entertainment was by singer/songwriter/guitarist Caleb Stine, who played a variety of Americana, folk, and country. We also browsed through the tables set up by local businesses, and noted that Massanutten reps were on hand for questions. The resort also had a raffle every 15 minutes for $20 in Mad Money to be used at the resort. *Owner Update/Timeshare Presentation (4/5). Upon being offered a generous $300 in Mad Money, plus a full buffet breakfast at Splashes, we decided to attend. The process was rather inefficient, with having to drive "up the mountain" from our unit to check-in at the conference center, driving back down for the breakfast, then back up to tour one of the Summit/Hillside units. The sales pitch was aggressive, and required meeting with three layers of sales people and managers, but everyone was respectful. The whole process took 2.5 hours from check-in. *Shops (3/5). We visited two of the Massanutten shops: The General Store, in the heart of the Ski Area and The Market, located near Woodstone. Between them, the stores offer outdoor outfitter merchandise (apparel, accessories, footwear, gloves), resort souvenir shop (Massanutten logo T-shirts), mugs, magnets, key rings, etc., hot beverages, fishing licenses and equipment rentals, Virginia-made foods and drinks (Virginia craft beer, wines, peanuts, jams and jellies), and even Virginia lottery. While the quality of the merchandise was excellent, we bought very little (local Jam, a magnet, and ice cream) -- as we found the shops to be expensive. *Shuffleboard, corn hole outdoor games (free, 5/5). Massanutten offers free rental of equipment for outdoor games, as well as jigsaw puzzles, board games, etc. The courts and outdoor areas were well-maintained, and playing outdoors in the cool autumn air was very pleasant. *Kaylor Knob Hike (free, 4/5). My husband hiked this moderately-rated 3.5 mile (out & back) trail with 495' elevation gain, accessible from Del Webb Drive. The trail travels up through the forest towards the peak at a summit elevation at 2,980'. While partially wooded, there are some nice views of the surrounding ridge lines and valleys. I declined because of the rocky terrain. *Scenic Chairlift Ride ($15, $12 with Gold Card, 5/5). This is a fun and photo-worthy activity during the fall foliage season. You take the Creekside Lift to the middle of the ski slope, and then transfer to the Express Lift to the top. Operators are willing to stop the chairlift for riders who were unable to jump off easily. At the top, there's a short, but steep, hike up to another observation point for an unparalleled view of the valley. *Restaurants/bars/entertainment. See our separate Yelp reviews for dinner at the Campfire Grill, and multiple evenings at the Base Camp (Grilling on the Deck; Wind Down Wednesday (Josh Davidson), and entertainer Allen Dale Sizemore). Some activities that we enjoyed away from resort included: *Walking around the tranquil Edith J Carter Arboretum in Harrisonburg. It's also next to a Costco. *Leaf-peeping at Shenandoah National Park/ Stoney Mountain hike. *Elkton Autumn Festival. *Browsing New to Me Furniture and More shop in Elkton. *In summary, we had a lovely time at Massanutten for our autumn vacation. That said, we were disappointed at how expensive a vacation there has become. There is the annual maintenance fee for our timeshare, a mandatory activities fee ($70-ish) upon check-in, and pricey shops and fee-based activities. In addition, the number of free activities has decreased over time. For instance, water aerobics used to be free but now costs $8/person.

    The one BR room we were assigned was huge! It had a jacuzzi tub in the MBR and the bathroom was large enough to have a 2-person shower. Two sinks and plenty of space around. The kitchen was spacious with an ice maker in a full-size fridge, a dishwasher, oven and range. Large LR with ~50" LED TV and electric fireplace with ceiling fan above. Very nicely appointed. Only negative on the room was the window in the MBR was floor to ceiling and the headboard was against it so most was covered except the very top. That is where light came in at night keeping the room kind of lit. We stuffed a large bath towel there to block the light. We also went snow tubing. It was a blast! the 'track' was very fast b/c the temps were so low (9dF). I was worried about my hip replacement (Oct 2024) but was not bothered at all. We went up and down until we were tired. We also drove to the Mid Mountain Grill but parked up the hill from it to avoid the potential issue on the dirt road to the grill. So we walked. The Mid Mountain Grill was all out doors but had restrooms that were heated. They offered wraps, burgers, beers, drinks, and seltzers. Very loud but a cool place...no pun intended.

    We chose Massanutten for our first time skiing because the price was good for classes and lift ticket. We were lucky that the day we went it was not so packed. It was raining that day and from the stories we heard around the resort, the lines were really short compared to other weekends. Their phone recording says to arrive an hour and a half early for lessons. There were a lot of instructors for the classes. Our group only had 5 people, so those of us that struggled were able to get more one-on-one assistance from the instructor. I spent about 2 hours getting the hang of the slope on Paul's Way (which I guess is equivalent to a bunny slope). From there, I still had 2 hours left on my lift pass. I tried my luck on the easiest green slope (The one along the creek side). It was really fun! Afterwards, it was an easy time returning the gear we rented. And the restaurants are really close by for dinner. This a great resort to visit in Virginia. I would love to go back again.

    I'm writing this review at 11:30 pm after driving 2.5 hours at night to escape this place. We were here for a total of 24 hours. I only heard about it because I was randomly called by a young woman saying that I won some kind of promotion, which I think was fake. I don't know how she got my phone number, but she invited us to stay for a weekend for basically free with $250 spending money and an additional 4 day hotel stay in another city if we attended a "tour", which turned out to be a timeshare sales pitch from hell. What I found interesting about this place is that none of the employees actually knew anything about it. They couldn't tell me times for the indoor water park, whether the water was even heated or not, where to go or sign up for a different activities, prices on anything, etc. It felt like the employees didn't care about anything and the whole place felt disorganized. The sales pitch was truly horrible. It was difficult to find, and then once we did, the tour ended up being over 2.5 hours when it was only supposed to be 90 minutes as written in the confirmation letter. The second person we were forced to talk to was named Larry and he was incredibly rude and aggressive, making assumptions about our finances and even questioning our parenting for why we would bring our toddler to the timeshare presentation (as if we had a choice when they require both adults attend). The third guy was named Tony and by that time I was incredibly frustrated by how long the tour had gone over the required time. When I brought this up politely, he kept repeating "it takes time to sell time" which made no sense. He was also incredibly rude. Luckily we were finally able to escape. Then of course the certificate for the 4 day/3 night stay at another city turned out to be invalid when I tried to register it. When I called the resort, they gave me another number to call during business hours at another office and they couldn't fix it. The whole thing made no sense and it's still not a valid certificate, so that was a waste of time. The only redeeming part of this experience was the water park, which I will review separately as that was great though also very overpriced. I found the food options while staying for the 24 hours we were here very lacking. Service was extremely slow or even nonexistent with no accountability at every place we went to, which will also be separate reviews. For basic room amenities: we stayed in a 1 bedroom condo which was clean and functional. There was no lotion in the room. It was impossible to get any service for anything. I listened through their annoying teleprompt message to finally find the front desk and requested extra towels and soap. These of course never came. The TVs didn't have Netflix or YouTube, just some basic cable channels. There were no wifi instructions in the room, but we figured out it was an open wifi. The connection didn't even work at all the 2nd day we were here. We had to use our phones as hotspots to get wifi for our laptops. Any basic Quality Inn hotel would have been better than this so-called resort. It felt like you were really trapped in the resort with nothing to eat or really do that wasn't exorbitantly priced. It was so stressful to get food or basic hotel items as mentioned above due to the non-existent service that I would rather just be at home. We were so bored and irritated this evening that we decided to just drive back home even though we had another night free as part of their promotion. Overall, I'm happy we didn't spend any money on this trip besides gas, but I would definitely never come here again.

    Massanutten resort is wonderful although there were a few flaws like a very rude salesman getting mad for respectfully declining his offer. With a couple of pros being the rec center pool goes down to 12ft, and the water park is huge and has fun waterslides. Would recommend. One thing i forgot to mention is the condos. The condos are very nice and well maintained

    We stayed at Massanutten Resort this weekend with our kids during the winter storm. Our trip started out really nice, and there were some truly special family moments. We stayed in the Woodstone condos, and the unit was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It gave us plenty of room to relax after long days of activities. Before the storm worsened, we visited the fitness and recreation center so the kids could ice skate and play basketball, which they really enjoyed. While we were there, we went out of our way to be friendly and helpful to other families taking photos for people and even helping give directions, even though we weren't familiar with the area ourselves. Unfortunately, that evening ended in a very disturbing way. When we returned to our vehicle, we found racist vandalism written across the hood. I have never experienced anything like that in my life, and it completely changed how safe and welcome we felt at the resort. Because the storm was getting worse and we are not experienced driving in those conditions, we did not feel safe trying to go anywhere else to report it that night. The recreation center had already closed early due to the weather, and the front desk and other offices had also shut down early. There was no clear way to immediately report what happened, which added to our fear and frustration in that moment. The next day, after the storm, my kids got to experience snow for the first time. They built a snowman, made snow angels, and we had a snowball fight. Seeing their excitement and joy in the snow was truly the highlight of our trip and a memory we'll always cherish. We also ran into issues when our flights were canceled due to the storm. I tried calling the front desk to extend our stay, but kept getting transferred to reception and told someone would call me back. I had to call multiple times before finally hearing from someone, all while worried about missing the 10 AM checkout since the front desk doesn't open until 9 AM. That added a lot of unnecessary stress during an already difficult travel situation. Massanutten has beautiful scenery, great family activities, and nice accommodations. However, the racism we experienced and the difficulty getting timely help during a weather emergency are serious issues that should be addressed.

    Massanutten has a lot of potential, but hasn't reached it yet. I found out about this resort through an advertisement that offered a 3 night stay for $80 plus a $50 gift card to attend a timeshare talk. What sold me was that this was advertised as a ski resort. I'll give a play by play of my stay to highlight the pros and cons. I stayed at the Shenandoah vistas which were hotel style rooms with adjoining spaces, separated by two sided, lockable doors. The rooms were clean, if bare...only bar soap is provided so you need to bring your own shampoo and there is no Kleenex. The rooms aren't sound proofed so you hear everything going on in adjoining rooms. The fireplace kept shutting off every couple minutes and after calling maintenance multiple times the first night, I gave up on using it. Oddly for a time share advert, these aren't the spaces they're trying to sell to you. The actual condos are much nicer and I find it hard to understand why they wouldn't offer a stay in those if they truly are trying to solicit your business. They claim to be selling an experience, but honestly the experience was pretty confusing. I arrived on Thursday afternoon and at the reception desk, I was greeted by new international employees and my questions were deferred to the concierge desk and the check in was frustrating because of limited communication. I was told of my scheduled timeshare talk at check-in and asked if I could change to a different time since I had already bought ski lift tickets. I was told that I would need to call a number to do that. The number had limited operating hours and the office was closed. I left multiple voicemails and never got a call back. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about this, I was deferred. The directions and expectations given were generally poor and not well communicated. This was probably the worst experience of the trip. I had arrived very excited and with an open mind to purchasing a time share. This whole experience set the tone in a negative way that could have been wholly avoided with better customer service, significantly setting back my openness to any selling points for the rest of the trip. I actually enjoyed the timeshare talk. The man I was assigned to, Antonio, was knowledgeable and passionate about the product and I enjoyed some of the history he discussed about the location itself. He is quite good at what he does and I appreciated the in-depth tour of the facilities. Unfortunately, no matter how good he was, it didn't take away from the fact that the product itself needs improvement and what he was selling was potential. The weather wasn't optimal and I bought a two day ski pass that I ended up only using for half a day. I can't speak to the equipment rentals because I brought my own gear, but I did use the shop to adjust my bindings and they were friendly and competent. The slopes were pretty icy and could have stood to have more snow blown onto them...there were large patches of rocks and ground showing. They were enjoyable for what they were because they were so empty...if it was more crowded, these conditions would be dangerous. For $90/day lift passes with such a limited number of runs, I'd expect better conditions be maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming for the most part. I did have a bizarre incident happen at the coffee bar, where I was waiting for a good ten minutes to use a bathroom and an employee very obviously cut the line as soon as the gentleman in front of me came out and held the door open for me to go in. She knew I was waiting and even made eye contact as she came out, without feigning an apology or "oops I didn't realize you were in line too". It was bizarre and describes this whole confusing experience; a mix of great experiences with terrible ones and not much overall standardization. Amenities are clean and well maintained. The workout room, dry, and wet saunas are well kept. I loved the little thoughtful touches like the eucalyptus scent in the steam sauna and that there are fairy lights everywhere to create a welcoming atmosphere. The fact that everything is an add-on is pretty off putting. I would prefer paying an extra 100 dollars to have yoga and exercise classes, locks on the locker room doors, etc. available without worrying about being charged; anything to make it feel more like a vacation and take away the anxiety of constantly feeling like im going to be upcharged. Generally, I came away feeling ok because of the steep discount I got to stay. Would I have been happy if I had paid full price? No, I honestly would have felt ripped off. All that to say, I think with better customer service and higher emphasis on experience, the resort could become the one stop shop community its hoping for. I honestly would have had a more favorable review if you had just charged more, and upped the experience quality and professionalism of guest/staff interactions. There's definitely potential, it's just not there yet.

    Just checked in for a weekend getaway. I arrived like so had to check in late. Was a little bit of a line but it moved pretty quickly. After checking in I had to go to another location for a parking pass. Always so annoying because they tried to get me to sign up for the "free breakfast" with a brief overview of the resort. Nothing more than a timeshare pitch and it's never brief so I declined. After getting to me room everything appeared in order. Room was clean and had all the essentials. The only issue was the old corroded shower head that looked like it should have been replaced years ago. Room was a good size and more than enough room to accommodate 4 people. One bedroom with a sleeper sofa. You could opt for a two bedroom if you chose but that would have been a bit more. I had my daughter with me so for the weekend one bedroom was enough. I will check out the other amenities tomorrow and give an update. After my first night in I have to drop their rating down a bit. Noticed the shower had cracks in it. I also noticed that they tried to renovate the place but the painters missed a lot of spots and spilled a lot of paint. Looks like the tried the old land lord special. The worst part of my evening was the paper thin walls and ceilings. You could hear every step and complete conversations for the people upstairs.

    Will say we were a little bit hesitant initially because of the reviews, however, totally glad I still made the trip because it did not disappoint!!! We did a full day of adventures, including tubing, skiing and drinks at night. Tubing: Definitely one of the best I've experienced! Runs were very long and staff kept everything very organized. Skiing: When it came to the skiing, even though the tickets and equipment pickup was a little long, the wait was worthwhile as the lifts themselves are very efficient in getting people on and the runs are long and totally worth it! For those hesitating about coming for skiing and or tubing, I would definitely recommend it!!!

    They offer premium and free. You should be good to go with free as I've used it myself for a video call, no need to purchase the premium.

    I recently booked through the website for a good price, but I am reading on here that there may be hidden fees when I go to check in. How much are the amenity fees and the resort fees that I keep seeing on here?

    Depending on who you used to book it may range from 40-100 for the week.

They had commentary life jackets but only one in adult size which was weird but it worked since only one person in our party wanted one. You don't really need a life packet since most rides have water going up to only about 3 feet My favorite ride was the last river. We spent a long time on our tubes in the lazy river. I also loved all the water slides and was amazed by the availability of 3 person tubes which made us super fun for our party of 3 to ride together. They also have surf lessons included which I wanted to try but they closed the water park 2 hours early with no disclosure of reasons. The hot tubs were great too The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the tickets cost $63 whether it's only for the indoor park or for the indoor and outdoor park admission. There is no discounted rate during the off season when the outdoor park is not in operation, or at least that's what it seemed from the online website.

It was a huge hassle and really isn't worth the price. I think people in jail get better food. Kid behind the counter was good but they kept messing up our order. More than once. Wasn't the kids fault though. As far as rules go: they don't check bags, I watched many patrons with food and drinks not from the facility (including alcoholic), kids in the adult hot tub BUT the lifeguards did great and honestly it was still a good time, just not 50 dollars a person good. Seems they're adding on, I'm sure this will make a huge difference in the future.

No one wanted to share the swings, they hogged literally almost everything there. So she had to just enjoy herself running around the park in the grassy area. There is a pavilion with picnic benches under it beside the park as well as a large grassy area offering ample sitting room. There are 2 separate playgrounds, one for 5 and under and one for the older kids. Just be careful when kids go back and forth from splash pad to playground because I have heard a couple stories of children slipping on the metal playground structures when wet, which could obviously be dangerous. One thing I do like about the playground is that the ground is the soft rubbery stuff and not pebbles or mulch, so my little one can crawl around as well. One thing that would make the playground better is if it was covered. Unless it's overcast or evening, the structures probably get too hot to use during the summer. Overall a very nice and fun place for the kids to burn some energy!

Water park was closed in a sunny 73 degree day, no more indoor play area for kids, run down facilities, no food options, tons of staff doing nothing but they "had no lifeguards " one bathroom far away from everything else, seems like they aren't aware that most people coming aren't from inwood....drove 45 minutes for absolutely nothing but kids disappointment. It's pretty expensive for a gym. Considering there is nothing special about it. Just a tiny gym. 2. There are "rules" but nobody follows them and there is nobody there to enforce them so have fun with that. 3. Women will be pleased to know that since there are no employees there is nobody there to complain to when the deviants openly gawk at you while you're trying to work out. There are at least a handful and they do not have shame. Some will follow you around to get a better look. 4. Other than some extra cardio equipment there is only one of each thing and there is almost always some inconsiderate person doing an hour-long circuit on 4 machines and they will get angry if you try to cut in. That's pretty much it. For $40 just go somewhere that has more equipment and actual employees in case you have problems. A single guy going super early in the morning or the middle of night would love this place if they just wanna lift and pay a lot to do it.

A fun ride especially at night since you do not know what is going on. The problem also is they make you get off the ride and go back in line which the line can be a trek to get there.

    11/6/19 The White Water Canyon…read more.. Back in the 80's and my early 90's, I truly enjoyed going on this ride. Back then it seemed the words "you will get wet on this ride" rang true...no, in reality...YOU WOULD GET SOAKED ON THIS RIDE!  There was no question about it. The lines for this ride varied Some times you did not have a line or much of a line. Other times the line was up the wazoo. You could spent 60 minutes to three hours just to get on this ride. Yes, the ride was very popular. Especially when the day was very hot, you would be cooled off. I remember going on this ride and not wearing a bathing suit at times. The feeling of walking around in the wet clothes, but especially the wet underwear feeling wasn't good. Back in the days, swim wear was the best way to go. My last few times I went on this ride,  I remember  going down the rapids getting blasted by water guns from the other coin machines,  hitting waves of rapids, brushing up against the small waterfall and the middle water fall. If you happened  to make it past that point, there were the water geysers to contend with in two sections of the ride.   Finally, if you were lucky enough to get only partially wet like Emily Cantini and David Tropoja, you would not be so lucky when you reached the saw mill. Right at the end of the ride you would start hearing a roaring noise.  That would not be the sound of one hand clapping.  The sound would be hearing is the two large walls of water pouring out the sides of the shed.  The use to be a sign that said No Chance. These walls of water were design to get your ass wet. 99% of the time water would pour all over you and your friends or temporary seat buddy.  The wet sloshy sounds your shoes will make could be heard as you leave the ride would be heard and felt.  The last two times I went on this ride, I had a different experience.  Knowing I was going to get wet on this ride, I wore  wetsuit  to King's Dominion.  I remember it being a very hot day, but suprisingly the line for the White Water Canyon wasn't very long.   Although I did have to wait about 30 minutes to get on the ride, the trees gave off a nice kind of shade. Getting wet was part of the plan and I wasn't disappointed until the end. I was looking forwards to the twin waterfalls, but it didn't happen.  It didn't happen the second time I went there either.  I don't know why King's Dominion stopped the twin Falls in the mill section, because it was the most interesting part of the ride. People would do what they could to get their partner, friends and strangers soaked.  Every once and a while, one person including myself has made it through No Chance waterfalls section. If someone out there knows why King's Dominion has turned off the Saw Mill Waterfalls, I would love to know.  Still, this ride is a four star in my opinion.  It could easily be five stars if they fixed that Twin Falls section, but I don't see this happening anytime soon.

The pool is huge and the water slides very fun and efficient (wait times are short). I took my granddaughter for a weekend swim and we both had a great time. The water slides are the bomb, especially for a local pool that is not part of a theme park. The pool area is large and even on a weekend we had plenty of room to swim and horse around. They allow beach balls and small pool toys. The pool offers fun for all age kids - the baby pool has mushrooms and slides and there is even a mid size slide for kids too old for the baby pool but not ready for the big slides. All of the lifeguards we encountered were smiling and friendly. The snack bar has a wide variety of ice cream, drinks, and unhealthy fried foods (fries, Snickers, Twinkies) and service was fast and efficient. The inside eating area has lots of tables but is very dark. Now for the things that need improvement: Bathrooms are dingy and old, but not unclean. The party deck wood is old and I would worry about splinters. They have nice areas with tables and umbrellas to eat, but NO poolside chairs. Come on! For $20 weekend admission they should have chairs lining the pool area. The parking lot needs paving and spot markers, and the outside needs better signage to find the entrance. Even with all these negatives, I have to give 4 stars because my granddaughter had a wonderful time (she can't wait to go back) and the other patrons seemed to be having fun as well.

As soon as he noticed that she charged for our infant, Jennifer turned around and didn't acknowledge him after the transaction was made. As soon as our infant woke up, we all went in and requested a refund for charging our infant. She was not friendly at all and said, " I DID ASK FOR HEIGHT". She did give us a refund after we showed her that we actually did have an infant not 2 toddlers. The staff do not measure the kids. There is no sign or anything of 32 inches. The staff "eye balls" the height of children. Only giving two stars because the kids had fun. Besides that we will not be coming back. $20 is not worth going to a "family establishment " that isn't so friendly.

Truly a home away from home, with 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms plus a pullout couch. Plenty of space for a large family or friends going together. Everything is new & beautiful inside and out. With its own dedicated outdoor pool and indoor workout center with full locker room, bathroom & showers. It's beautiful, private, with amazing views of the mountainsides all around you. We use one of our timeshare weeks and exchange for here. Because of the Regal Vistas popularity, can only get this area once every 4 years. We have stayed in all the condo options, this by far is our favorite. Spacious, new, homey. Love the electric fireplaces in 2 rooms. TVs in living room area plus both bedrooms also had DVD players for each, so bring those movies! Master bath is huge with jacuzzi tub plus a spacious shower with a bench. Outdoor patio with barbecue if you want to do some home cooking. Full kitchen and fridge like you are home. We always go shopping at Food Lion in Elkton to stock up as we always eat breakfast in and sometimes lunch. Always need coffee, drinks and snacks. It's amazing here. Truly a home away from home.

We were conned that we'd have a better experience going from the Summit timeshare to the highest level Regal Vista. It's been a money pit ever since! This last visit we were mortified that we were given a fly infested unit and told we could bring our own fly traps if the bugs bothered us! Take a look at how many flies were caught in one day!! Also the bed sheets had holes which is completely unacceptable. When we expressed our concern we were only told that we got an older unit and next time to book longer in advance. Mind you we own a Red Week which is supposed to be Prime!
