Always 5 stars! The most delicious food, friendliest service, and great vibes overall! We just love this place! Great hookah too!

Came here for the first time last Saturday! I met the owner she was very sweet. They had a Balkan night that night, which had a lot of European music which I loved! It was a good time! I wish they had more of a "dancefloor" vibe but it worked out. Will be back again!

We had driven by this restaurant a few times and decided to give it a try. Overall, we had a great experience and would of given it a 5 star review; however, there were just a couple things I mentioned that dropped their rating to 4 star. We had a 6pm reservation and were seated immediately (note use the entrance doors under the Le Sorelle neon sign, not the one on the Resurante Bar neon sign). The overall decor and atmosphere is nice and staff is attentive and friendly. The menu selection is very good and the food is fabulous. The complimentary garlic bread is perfect. We had ordered the Shrimp Scampi appetizer, Scallop Risotto and the Spaghetti Alle Vongole which were all delicious (our favorites were the Shrimp Scampi and Spaghetti Alle Vongole). Of course, we had to try the Crème Brûlée which was just devine along with our Americanos. There were only couple things that negatively impacted out dining experience. When I made our reservations on open seating, I had put we were celebrating a special occasion but we were never asked about it nor was it acknowledged. Also, from previous reviews we thought they would have live music on Sunday night but we discovered that they discontinued it so this was kind of a bummer. This restaurant has an adjacent hookah lounge. At first, we didn't notice the flavored tobacco smell but towards the end our our dinner, when it got busy next door, we really could smell it. Also, the noise level from the lounge, as it got busier, became more noticeable. If you make earlier reservations about 5pm, you should finish dinner before the lounge side gets busier. Overall, we had a good experience and really thought the food and service were the highlight.

Omgosh what a fabulous new hookah lounge! Great location with plenty of parking! Impeccable food and ambience! The aesthetic is wonderful; it's dim private and all around sexy for Vegas vibes as well as just wanting to be out and just be a recluse, it's perfect! But one thing I have to and I mean have to call out is the service is 10/10! Especially if you are lucky enough to get service by Bernie! He is attentive, considerate and recommends the best of the best to who he serves. Truly a Gem of a person! He truly values his customer service and boy is it on point! His attention to detail to making you feel special is top notch!

What a GEM!!! Stopped by on a Friday night and the restaurant is pretty good in size. There is also an outside latio that is beautiful. Good for large groups. They offer entertainment and it so happened to be Mark G. Nice mellow songs and not so loud. Our server was Dago. Very funny man and it was to know a little connection with living in Hawaii. He had a response and comment about everything. I love his interaction with everyone and he was the only server on the floor in addition to the ones serving the food. Food: Complimentary Bread Crab Cakes Bruschetta Meat Lasagna The bread has got to be one of the best I've had in years. It's thin and served hot. The crab cakes were delicious. I had to add a little bit of lemon and the sauce tasted good too. The Lasagna was HUGE and tasty. We had to end up taking more than half home. Now the highlight was the Bruschetta. The tomatoes were not huge. It was cur perfectly and seasoned so well. The bread was thin which made it easier to eat. Tomatoes and Mozarella were in tack and it didn't spill all over. Overall, a great spot for a date Night. Great service all around.

Beautiful atmosphere, delicious authentic Italian food, and friendly service. I can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu.

Le Sorelle - A Hidden Gem Serving Up Garlic Bread and Good Vibes Tucked away in Las Vegas, Le Sorelle feels like stumbling into a cozy Italian family reunion, if that family also happened to serve lobster ravioli that could change your life. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles, a classy clean atmosphere, and live music that made us wonder if we had accidentally wandered into a wedding we weren't invited to (in the best way). The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the older gentleman who we hope is the owner. He darted between tables with the speed of a man half his age and the charm of someone who's been doing this forever. He cracked jokes, gave menu tips, and made everyone feel like regulars. We kicked things off with the caprese salad, bruschetta, and Caesar salad. The bruschetta stole the show. It was fresh, flavorful, and disappeared from the table suspiciously fast. The Caesar salad was fine, but it won't be writing home to Rome. The caprese, however, was a delicious classic. Bonus points for the garlic bread they brought out first. It was the unsung hero of the starters. Now for the main event. My wife ordered the lobster ravioli and took one bite before declaring she had reached a higher state of being. It was rich, flavorful, and worthy of a dramatic pause after each forkful. I went with the pappardelle in a Bolognese-style sauce. It was decent, but next time I've got my eye on the blackened salmon with mashed potatoes. And yes, there will be a next time. Le Sorelle might not be splashed all over social media or packed with tourists just yet, but it absolutely deserves more love. Great food, fantastic people, and a vibe that says "sit down, relax, you're home now." We'll be back. Probably for the bruschetta. Definitely for the ravioli.

    Calamari Fritti

Tonight, we made a trip to this wonderful restaurant. It is our third time here, and it has never disappointed. Tonight, we began with a bottle of William Hill Cabernet, which was excellent. We began our food with Calamari Fritti. This is one of the best calamari I've ever had. Very light on the breading, with a great marinara sauce. For dinner, my wife and I shared the Chilean Sea Bass, which came with a side of risotto. This was the best sea bass ever! Tender on the outside, and oh so tender on the inside. Our friend had the Pork Chop, and he raved about it, while my stepson had Lobster Ravioli. I was lucky enough to get a taste, and it was delicious. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and they also had a singer performing low-key music. The experience is great, and if you have yet to try this place, you're missing out. Give,it a try, and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

We came here on a pretty quiet evening, but everything was very nice. Our food was delicious, and we received plenty of it. The service was excellent, and the restaurant is new and clean. My wife instantly adored this place; we're coming back for Valentine's Day. It's a sorely needed top-notch Italian option for southwest locals.

    Mushroom Ravioli
    Roberta S.

There were four of us in our party for Mother's Day and we chose this place because of the choice of items on the menu not knowing that there was a limited Mother's Day menu which they didn't mention when my friend made the reservation. The place was lovely and the service was great and what we ate was good. I had lobster ravioli which was really good, two of my friends had lasagna and the other one had mushroom ravioli. For dessert we ordered mousse (it has been refrigerated and was almost frozen) and creme brûlée which I thought was supposed to served warmed but this had also been refrigerated. I was not that happy with this experience.

This is the one spot I genuinely gatekeep. Pictures speak for themselves. Live music plays as you eat and the Seafood Pasta is always amazing. Our waitress never let our waters get empty and the owner is kind and very funny. Can't wait to go back!

FOOD Eggplant Parmigiana paired with pasta and red sauce**** pretty crispy eggplant layered with marinara sauce and gooey cheese. My Italian hubby said almost as good as his mom's do that's a plus. Garlic bread***** nice save crunchy but not hard. Calamari *** just ok. SERVICE***** attentive servers AMBIANCE ***** cute sexy place inside. Wasn't as busy when we arrived. Inside doesn't match exterior. Much classier inside. The effects have an outdoor covered garden for parties and entertaining. Would like to visit again. 22/25 = 88%

Upon setting foot, you are easily transported into a newfound universe, a reimagined Victorian Era, should it be powered by steam rather than electricity. A sense of mischief within every corner, down to the cocaine chambers, which explicitly discourages patrons from summoning demons. Should malevolent entities roam the streets of Sin City, I have nothing to do with such necromancy. Beyond the aesthetic, the service elevated all else. Amanda, our bartender, was effortlessly charming, sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable in a sense that every recommendation she had for us felt as though it were a present rather than a suggestion. I jokingly told my mates that every time she checked on our table, I felt as if I shed new skin as her amiable, warm presence baptized me. As if she had not graced us enough, she surprised us with a tofu cheesecake layered with raspberries and strawberry sauce, alongside extra beverages. All of which were indulgent, balanced, and quite the delicacy. The general manager, Will, was holstered with identical cordiality as he checked on us in a sincere manner and even offered us their house-made taco sauce. 'twas a minuscule gesture that highlighted our vegan tacos as it was a supplemental, bright-nuanced depth to an already astute dish. Chef Kario's taco flight read as though 'twas a Pulitzer Prize-winning culinary narrative. The jackfruit barbacoa had a smoky, yet sweet profile. The mushroom with brown mole had an earthy heat. The cabbage with notes of pumpkin (?) was bright, textural, and slightly nutty. Each piece was grounded by their house-made tortillas that were tender, slightly charred, and essential to tying everything together. Furthermore, the drinks deserve their own reverence. Why be present at Sin City shows when liquid entertainment lies before you at The Alchemist? Fountains of Bellagio, take notes. Anyhow, the Matcha Tonic was theatrically poured from a teapot that I forgot I was drinking alcohol considering I casually sipped my beverage as if 'twas an afternoon tea. Perhaps, I am an alcoholic? Do not tell my sponsor.. I mean...mother (?). I digress, the coconut water's sweetness and citrus notes married well with the matcha's savory backbone. Every sip is an invitation to reflect. Moreover, the Lychee Bloom's expressive smoke bubble erupts into a transient aromatic veil and I am promptly magnetized. The lychee conducts with a lavish, fragrant profile whilst the roses offer a floral composure. I relish in a multi-dimensional vibrancy. Where the matcha tonic contemplates, the lychee bloom bewitches. Where there are elixirs, lavatories to conjure up spirits, and AMANDA, I, too, am present.

Our bartender/server was very sweet and let us sample one of the drinks before ordering which I thought was pretty awesome. AND they came in these cute test beakers which was very on theme! For drinks we got the butter me up from her recommendation and the Charandas incantation. The charandas incantation was surprisingly tasty although the butter me up was not I love an old fashioned which I thought this would be adjacent to, but honestly it tasted like nothing but alcohol and MAYBE a hint of caramel at the end. Just pretty alcohol forward so it tasted like I was taking a shot the whole time. The other thing that was a little off putting was the fact that they had all these fun cocktails... and they were served in a plain glass with a massive ice cube I think with the name of the Alchemist - I just expected more. Food we got the Peanut noodle cups because honestly the menu was a little confusing. It had Asian, Mexican, American, and Peruvian food all together.... And none of it looked amazing. The Peanut noodles were a little heavy on the fish sauce and kind of hard to eat, but overall ok. I like the idea of here, and I think there is potential. But personally I can think of quite a few other places I would go first.

But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.

While I didn't end up loving my dishes, I still looking forward to coming back. I got the salmon skin tacos. Very creative, very beautiful, not much flavor. The strongest flavor that came through was the red onion which I'm not a big fan of. For dinner I got the vegan noodles. Good texture, liked the veggies, it was a little spicier than expected and I'm coming to realize I may not love gochujang so much. The sauce was just a little too thick and overpowering. That said, the bao sliders were delicious, the steak tartare was interesting. The pork jowl was very tasty and the short rib looked very good. I did not love the imperial rolls, they had some flavor/spice coming through that I really disliked but others enjoyed them. In addition to the food, the service was great. They took great care of us, and even offered to write happy birthday on the cake we brought in. They did charge a cake cutting fee and cut up our whole cake and served us which was nice. Decided to check out Petrol Head with some friends this past Sunday for an early dinner at 5PM…read more There were five us total and when we walked in, we were able to sit anywhere we liked. They weren't busy at all, which is expected. Since there were five of us, we did try a good portion of their menu, including drinks. There were food items that weren't available that night since they were revamping their menu, which is a bit unfortunate. From the drinks menu: Pink Slip - Light and refreshing with a tad of fruitiness. Orange Overdrive - Lighter and more tropical version of a Mai Tai. Octane Fluff - Smooth and silky with a bit of sweetness. Pit Lane Passion - Fruity Petal to the Metal - Refreshing and sweet, the Kettle One Botanicals gives it a nice floral element Tokyo Drift - Strong, grassy, and gritty. My favorite out of all the drinks was the Octane Fluff. It was super delicious and the toasted marshmallow was a nice added touch. My least favorite was the Tokyo Drift -- it had Rihei (ginger sochu), citrus, layered matcha, and apple sake. While it sounded very interesting and looked amazing, it had plenty of potential but unfortunately, I don't think it was executed that well. The matcha used was really grassy and gritty -- I've actually never had matcha that tasted like grass before but whichever one they used, it sure did. The Rihei was far too strong and did not mesh well at all with the matcha. The apple sake was just there. It was like drinking three separate drinks but all at once. From the food menu: Japanese cucumber salad - tangy, refreshing, and slightly spicy. OG burger - delicious, plenty of flavor, and the fries were really good. Japanese curry fries - curry had great flavor but I did wish it had some meat. Wings - we tried both the guava heat and the miso honey. The guava heat was my favorite, it was sweet with a small kick. Their wings were juicy and super plump, which was great. Shoyu butter pretzel - pretty normal. Nothing special to be honest. Service is a tad slow mainly because the establishment started to fill up and they don't have a dedicated server to the tables. It was fine for us but if you get impatient, that is something to note. Prices are reasonable for the food but it is a tad high for the drinks. They do have a happy hour as well but it doesn't start until 11PM, which is super unfortunately. I would love to see a reverse happy hour sometime for them cause I simply cannot eat that late. I'm honestly pretty impressed with our first visit. It's very rare where I find a bar where I like almost all the food AND the drinks. Everyone in my party would agree as well. They are actually expanding their hours to include brunch on Saturday and Sundays. We can't wait to go back again. Definitely recommend.

Hidden Gem for a REAL bar & kitchen combo!…read more I came around 7pm for a solo adventure dinner & was well pleased! Off the bat, the ambiance is decorated and fun! The bar was 90% full and while I was struggling to see if there was a single seat welcoming for me to sit, the bartender unfortunately didn't welcome me or help me in my decision on where to sit. I did find a cute seat in the main seating area and was welcomed graciously by Lexi! Since I was new to the area and the location I asked what she preferred between 2 food items & 2 drinks & her recommendations were definitely not regrettable!! Fun Fact, the kitchen is more Vietnamese based, so their specials are super delicious, vibrant and new day to day! Things you wouldn't think to be good at a bar, are in fact GOOD. As I ate, the place got busier, but what i loved was that Lexi was just as attentive with me as when I arrived. Prices aren't bad either, no regrets here!!

When my husband and I questioned a particular beer, Amy made sure we would be happy with our selection. The bartenders are knowledgeable about their taps as well but I had no personal interaction with them so I can't call out anyone by name. But they seemed friendly, talking with the barstool crowd yet responding quickly to customer orders in the seating area. 595 Craft and Kitchen is always a great stop when we are visiting Las Vegas. My only regret is we had a late lunch and I just can't bring myself to order the sticky ribs which are incredible, so next time I'll plan my day better.

The highlight of this evening was this hidden speakeasy cocktail bar inside the Bellagio!…read more Paisley greeted us as we entered The Vault and let us know that without a reservation we only had the option of seats at the bar. We've have awesome experiences watching bartenders before AND we were determined to stay so we happily agreed. Paisley was a delight to chat with as we waited for only 10 minutes while seats opened up for us at the bar. I also got to check out the restroom, which boasts a high tech toilet with automated opening/flushing and a heated seat! We had the pleasure of meeting Michael our bartender and Yesi the bartender apprentice, and regulars Bill and Kim from Texas on one side of us, and Mario from California on the other as we spent the next hour and half savoring one luxury cocktail each and some complimentary snacks (seasoned pistachio nuts, cheesy crackers, and a little amazing bite that I can't remember the ingredients of). Welcome complimentary drinks: "Key to my heart" -- fun little rum drinks to start off with served in a spherical black case surrounded by dry ice! (See video). A bit sweet for my taste but tasty and just a little shot's worth (to be sipped). Cocktails: La Vie En Rose: (5/5) Rose infused gin, house made strawberry infused sweet vermouth, aperol, orange essence. Gorgeous spherical ice cube with a real flower frozen inside). Described as a summer Negroni. I chose it because I love Negronis and am always up for trying a variation on a classic like that. The Fountain (5/5): bourbon, Punt e mes vermouth (55 year old bottle!), orange essence. The Vault's take on the classic Manhattan. Michael gave us a taste of the punt e mes sweet vermouth and it was sublime. Both spectacular cocktails were definitely made for sipping and savoring. And to top it off! Little espresso shots at the end....mmm delectable dessert my bites to complete a flawless experience. We'll be back! Michael is a masterful mixologist and Yesi is an awesome apprentice! Highly recommend!

The only hint I'll give is that it's located on the casino floor. When we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess. She asked us if we had reservations or were walking in. I really appreciated this because the way she phrased her question told me they had availability and we would be granted entry. The bar is very small and seats about 30. Reservations are strongly encouraged, however we went on a Monday in February. If you're going on a weeknight during off peak season, you should be okay without a reservation. The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar or at a table. We asked her for her rec and she said the bar so that's what we chose. The decor is beautiful. The ambiance is dark and moody. It's perfect for a date night. We were greeted by both bartenders. I believe the bartender that made our drinks was Rory. He was very nice and knowledgeable about cocktails. He was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on our preferences. As we browsed the menu, we were presented with welcome drinks in a fancy smoky container. I don't recall the name of the drink, but it had a lychee flavor with a sugar rim and it was good! Drinks are extremely pricey which is to be expected in Vegas. It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The experience alone is worth it!
