She was quick to book me for an appointment and was professional over the phone. My hair is curly so I made sure she had enough experience to cut my hair. Ask for Marina!!! Absolutely impeccable service. Marina is phenomenal. Razor sharp eyes and very personable. This was my first time salon experience and will not be my last. I was a Supercuts kinda guy and that's strictly because I not understand the value of a real mens haircut. To be honest this place cannot be compared to Supercuts anyway. It's a completely different caliber of service. A fresh haircut and a clean wash after. You do need to make an appointment, I walked in and lucky Marina squeezed me in. Marina is amazing!!! I have tried many different salons and always had a bad experience. My hair has a very difficult time catching color, it either turns orange or the color fades. So a friend of mine recommended I go to Marina, and so I did. Now I will never let anyone else dye my hair, and it's been over 5 years that I have been going to her. Marina uses the best products on my hair, which does not dry out or damage my hair even when I go from dark to light cuz I like to change my hair color pretty often. Wow am I glad I tried this place out! I trusted all the other reviews on Yelp and asked to make an appointment with Marina. I came here to change my dark brown/golden ombre to a jet black color for the winter season. At first, I wanted to do a black blue color, but since Marina is so caring of how you would feel after, she suggested that I do a the darkest brown/black color, unsure that I would like how dark the jet black/blue would look. So i took her advice and went for the darkest brown/black dye. After she washed and blow dried it, I absoooluuuteeelyyyy love the color and cannot stop looking at my hair!!!! During my appointment, she gave me all her attention and is very personable. Very friendly, you will instantly feel special. I told her I was tired since I came from work, and the appointment seriously was therapeutic. I loved talking with her and enjoyed my time there. She even told me how to maintain it and the products that she used. I walked out of the salon feeling extremely happy and more than satisfied! So... I had been looking for a new hair stylist for the longest time and really wanted to ombré my hair. My friend recommended that I go see Marina at Le Salon Complet and let me tell you I am so glad I did! I finally got the ombré I wanted!! She is so amazing and so incredibly nice, love her! Save your money & time, this is an overpriced basic salon with questionable business practices. They offer all around disappointing customer service & style services. I was a first time customer that will never be returning. As a business owner myself, it's clear that this salon is not customer centered - provides low quality customer experiences & services. First, I was quoted a lesser price on the phone ($45), then overcharged ($60) at checkout. When asking about the price discrepancy, the receptionist who quoted me on the phone & an additional hostile stylist hanging out at the counter told me a $45 cut didn't include drying my hair at all & that I'd have to leave with sopping wet hair for that price. That should've been made clear on the phone or during the cut itself not after the fact. This was particularly odd too since Carla, my stylist, had to dry my hair to finish the cut. So understandably, it seemed like drying my hair was part of the cutting service. Then the haircut itself by Carla was sadly underwhelming too. A styleless, shapeless, single length lob cut that anyone with scissors could've done. During my appointment, she spent more time talking to her coworkers, consulting their hairstyles, than focusing on my haircut, checking in with me or my styling needs. Finally, after getting home & assessing the damage, I immediately called back to speak to the manager or owner so I could get a refund, since this was not much of a cut & I need yet another haircut to fix this one. At this point I'm very displeased to have to spend any more time on this cut as my time, like most, is limited. So I end up having to speak to the manager...then the stylist...then the owner Marianna. Needless to say I still didn't get a full refund, just an earful. What I found particularly unsettling was that the owner Marianna had been listening in on my call with the stylist, completely undisclosed to me, before chiming in mid-way through the conversation. At this point I'm seeing a pattern - misrepresentation & focus on profits at all costs over customer needs & satisfaction. The result is that the salon is refunding me the overcharged amount & tip (a whopping $24) but they're still keeping my $45 for the bland haircut. Too bad that the $24 isn't enough for a new haircut, compensation for my time or stress this situation caused me over the course of 2 days. Their compensation options were strictly on their own terms - nothing useful to me, the already dissatisfied customer. They offered to "fix" my haircut & offer me random services I don't need rather than simply giving me my full refund even after I clearly stated I didn't want to return to the salon. Another sign that this business doesn't listen to the customer. If you've already done a disappointing job, why would I risk even further damage? I only have so much hair left. The fact is that the job should've been done right the first time around. It's sad to know businesses get away with taking advantage of their customers, treating them with such bare minimum quality. As a business owner, I know that Marianna, the owner, had the power & choice to fully refund me but she obviously felt it was more important to get my money than to do what's right for the customer - smh. read more

I am really pleased with my experience here. The salon was bright and clean, but very comfortable, and everyone was so nice. Veronica did my hair and she did an AMAZING job. I went from dark pink to light blonde and she did it all in one session with minimal damage to my hair from the process. Veronica was very professional but easy to talk to and really accommodating considering I made my appointment the day of. I searched for a full service salon closer to home that provided my 3 services in one location and came across this salon 10 minutes from home. I stopped in for information and was immediately impressed. It's very clean, the decor is beautiful, the waiting area is comfortable with a very short wait time for your appointment. I was greeted warmly and friendly by the very knowledgeable young lady who answered my questions and provided a pamphlet listing all services and pricing. I made an appointment for color and highlights with hair stylist Jackie for the following week. She is absolutely amazing. Professional yet friendly, on time, very skilled and matched my hair color perfectly. Reasonably priced for my waist length hair. Jackie is a keeper and I am very pleased with my new stylist. Upon checkout, the lady I believe is the manager, Marianna introduced herself and made me feel welcome. Returned 2 weeks later for my 2nd service and she greeted me by name. Very impressive as I had only been there once 2 weeks prior at that point. Highly recommended for my 1st service which is for my hair only and 5 stars for Jackie. 2nd service was for a full set of eyelash extensions with Rasha on a Saturday. Paid an outrageous $200 for eyelash extensions that started to fall out the very next day taking some of my natural lashes with them. I immediately called Rasha and she only had time to fix them Friday a week later. The extensions were completely gone in 4 days. When I arrived, she backpedaled and suggested I let what was left of my natural eyelashes to heal a few months and return then. Not even a return of a portion of my $200 for her inadequate and unacceptable service. In addition, while doing my lashes, she explained to me all the other services she provided and offered me a sample of eyebrow shaping, and highlighting with color. I declined as my brows are naturally attractive and I never had to do anything to them. However, she offered a free slight preview and after a while with her insistance. I accepted. HUGE mistake. She handed me a mirror and turned the room light on and I was HORRIFIED. The brows were black that clashed with my light hair, square and she completely took off HALF of my right brow. I wear very little make up and those terrible brows made me look like a clown. I insisted she remove the black color but it's semi-permanent and didn't start to lighten up until a week later. I had to cancel our presence at a social event for that evening and refused to leave my home until the color lightened up after constant scrubbing the brows 5 times a day for 5 days. Nothing I can do with the half shaved off right brow hoping it will grow back soon. NEVER again and Rasha gets a 1 star review, it should be a negative 10. Outrageous! Finally, 3rd service was a simple gel mani with Mary. While the price was reasonable, she was extremely slow and did most of my gel mani out of order as evidenced that it took 2 HOURS for this simple gel mani service only. The gel chipped, cracked and peeled after 2 days which has never happened with any of my former manicurists all through the years. I drove way out to a former manicurist 2 days later to pay again to have it re-done. For a 2 hour failed mani, Mary gets 1 star. read more
