One of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. Angela completely ruined my hair. I paid $250 for highlights and asked for burgundy, but my hair came out purple. I showed pictures and even translated what I wanted, yet she still got it wrong. The quality of work does not match the price at all. $250 wasted and now I'm stuck with hair I didn't ask for. I made online appointment for blowdry and I got confirmation where it says blowdry is $60. I washed my hair at home and didn't ask the hairdresser (won't name her) use a curling iron for my hair because my other hairdresser (who is out of town) does the same style with round brush and he charges $45 only. At modern glow bar I ended up paying $85 even though in the confirmation email says $60. I got very upset about it it's not about the extra $25 I paid but it's about the way and none sense reason you are telling your client to pay extra. It's not a good way to do business. read more

I've had no sensitivity, no redness or reactions to glue or lashes which is a huge relief. The lash room is in its own cocoon with 3 different beds & they do offer blankets in case it gets chilly.
