ASK FOR MICHELLE! She is a hidden gem in the Valley. Michelle is a hair artist, who really loves her craft, she is just as sweet as she is talented! I found her on social media and booked her ASAP for a balayage before my upcoming baby shower. She looked over my inspo photos and made sure I was completely satisfied with the result! From virgin black hair to stunning violet-rose tone balayage highlights with only top quality products, I left the salon feeling like a million bucks!! No breakage or damage, my hair still feels healthy, didnt even have to trim it after. I'm also 28 weeks pregnant and she made sure I was totally comfortable and hydrated. Please go treat yourself to a hair refresh with Michelle, a super talented, funny AF, and very thoughtful stylist, my new GO-TO! The salon itself is very welcoming and modern with an edginess to it, very clean and spacious as well. Highly recommend!

I've been getting my hair cut by Athena here for a few months now. She does a wonderful job with my mohawk! She avoids that thing where they cut one side longer than the other accidentally and she's great at making sure its perfectly even! The staff has been super friendly to me so far and I've been recommending my friends and family to go see Athena for their hair and nails. They've been loving their results too!

Here is why I would not return to this salon. It is illegal to price gouge! Appointment was for hair extensions installation: Hair needed new tape + clean up before installation Price quote was $265 $150 for installation - normal price $50 - hair cut - normal price $65 - for new tape on hair. Stylist name : Stephanie Appointment time: 1:30 pm To clean the hair took over one hour. After Stephanie did the extensions she changed the price on me and wanted to charge me $130 extra for installation. But after she saw and was cleaning the hair for an hour she randomly said okay it will be $130 more. " certain laws protect clients even when meeting supply and demand you can't price increase it's illegal." This is called price gouging. She knew before hand how much hair I had it was right in front of her obviously, she knew she was going to clean and apply new tap ins she bought them herself. She asked me length of hair on the phone she knew everything and just didn't want to DO the job and charge me more. I priced check twice to make sure it was going to be $265 only that's all I could pay and all I brought to appointment. The disrespect to do this to any client is not okay I did tell her she has the responsibility to see the hair and say right away this is too much I have to charge you more I rather her not have touched my hair or did the tapes + cleaning I was charged $140 for nothing no work at all it's very disappointing!

I 100% recommend this place to get your hair done with Leti. I messaged Leticia on Instagram and her response was fast and she was able to answer all my questions. I had a lot of concerns and questions because it was my first time getting my hair dyed and I was so nervous and she made me feel so comfortable. I am obsessed with my hair and I am so glad that I went to her. I had asked around different places and never got an answer or sometimes it was late respondes like a week later. She answered me the same day and she had the availability I was looking for. She's flexible with her clients and very accommodating. Words don't even do justice for her she is amazing.!

It was my first time coming here. Someone had recommended me to come here to do my hair, since my original hair stylist wasn't available on the day I needed my appointment. Luckily, I went here! I made an appointment with Kimberly to get a layered cut. Kimberly was an amazing person, and really explained what was best for me (my hair/style). I gave her a reference photo and she gave me recommendations on what would look better, and of course I took her advice because she knew what she was doing. She even gave me tips on how to take care of my hair, and how to style it. She is fun to talk to and a great hairstylist overall. The vibe in the whole salon felt very lively and friendly. I would definitely come back and get my hair done here. They also have different services, from nails, to facials, etc. I would love to try those out in the future as well. My service was wash, cut, and style for $75. I know nowadays everything is getting expensive, but this was the most worth it experience. Kimberly did an amazing job on giving me what I wanted! I feel truly confident in my hair and looks now because of her! I got many compliments and told everyone to go to this salon. Even though I was with Kimberly for my appointment, I can tell everyone who works there are very friendly. So, please check out this place! read more

MICHELLE WEISS IS AN AMAZING HAIR WIZARD. She does EVERYTHING she can to make sure her guests leave happy, and does an amazing job making sure she understands her clients. She answered my questions and made sure i was comfortable the whole time i was getting my vivid color done. I was struggling with my hair being too heavy and frizzy. Went to Michelle Weiss and just let her do her thing. So glad I did! She did a partial highlight and cut and recommended a product. I still am getting compliments on my hair and am leaving this review 6 weeks later because I am so happy! Still love the color. Love the cut. She listened to my issues, found a solution that worked! She is very detailed oriented and clearly loves what she does. Super enjoyed being in her chair. Highly recommend! read more

I love Sophia, she always does a great job and is so easy going and recommends the best stuff for my unruly hair. The salon is nice, clean and neat, everyone's friendly. The music can get a little loud sometimes, I'm hard of hearing and it's even too loud for me. It's hard to chat with the hairdressers when you can't hear yourself talk. Overall though, I'm really happy I found it! read more

Michelle isn't just an amazing hairstylist--she's a full-on experience. She's enthusiastic, funny, and so much fun to be around that my two teenage daughters actually look forward to their haircuts! She listens carefully to what they want, always delivers when she can, and when something won't work for their hair type, she explains it kindly and clearly. One daughter has curly hair, and Michelle cuts it in a way that leaves her curls bouncy and beautiful. The other has stick-straight hair, and somehow Michelle still works her magic to give her the exact look she hoped for. As for me? Her blowouts are consistently perfect--sleek, polished, and long-lasting. We always leave her chair smiling and feeling great. Michelle's the kind of person you trust with your hair and want to hang out with. Can't recommend her enough! read more

I made an appointment with Michelle. I found her through Instagram, and knew I wanted to go to her for a hair cut. I hadn't been to a salon in over 6 years so I was definitely in need of a good hairstyle. She was patient with me to help me navigate what I wanted. She made sure I got the length I wanted while also making sure all my dry ends were gone. She was amazing and I am so happy with my hair. I have very thin, fine hair so she made sure the cut was flattering. And the blow out at the end was the cherry on top. I found where I'll be going again! The salon itself is so pretty. Omg!! Leti is the girl to go to - she is so patient, friendly, and meticulous. She really takes her time when she's working on your hair, I showed her inspo pics and she pulled it off so well it's so natural and even healthy! I got baby lights and some highlights and stressed how I wanted it to still be natural and it looks amazing. I feel confident and so pretty with my hair not looking all crusty and dry :) read more

I sent a message to this stylist at this salon (new one for me), Michelle, with a page of hairstyle images I wanted to have my hair cut in a similar style. I came to the appt with the same page and she never mentioned that she couldn't cut my hair in a similar style. while I couldn't see the back of my hair, I assumed she was cutting it correctly. I could only see what was going on in the front of my hair. Mind you I had a lot of length to work with and I was asking for a short bob style. When I finally looked in the mirror I was shocked at the outcome but paid her anyways. The next day I sent her the page of images and what my back turned out and her response was very improper. She basically blamed it on me being picky and then ended the text by saying she was blocking me. WOW is that the way to treat a new un happy client? read more

This salon was one of the bestest salons ive ever been to in my life!!! The vibes were immaculate upon entrance, I was immediately greeted and asked if I had an appointment and i did. She immediately went to get my stylist Lilibeth and Lilibeth got right to it asking me what type of cut I wanted and then proceeded to wash my hair and left it feeling so soft after the wash. And the blow dry was very gentle unlike other salons that pull your hair out with every tug, she did an amazing job! She even curled my hair after she saw how quickly my blowout fell out (I have very thick hair!) She even recommended I thin it out and of course I said yes professionals know best! My time was respected and I didnt feel like Lilibeth was rushing me 100% recommend this salon !!! read more

Alena, was very warm and friendly. She makes you feel welcomed and is very easy to talk to. She is thorough in explaining each step in the hair coloring process. First time here. The salon is so cute and clean.. Everyone is so friendly! Leti is so sweet and talkative. She did a great job cutting my hair, took her time without rushing. Also I had my almost 9 year old daughter dye her hair for the first time (just the tips) I showed Leti ideas but I also left it to her to figure out since she's the professional.. I'm soo glad I left it to her! She didn't just give my daughter a good first hair experience but also left her with amazing results and feeling confident. Thank you soo much Leti. Anne has been doing my hair for the last 3-4 years. When I first reached out to her, my hair was damaged and the color was not what I had wanted from a previous hair stylist. Anne was very honest with me and explained that my end hair goal was not going to be achieved in one session. I appreciated her honesty and her explanation of color theory, processing, and the current state of my hair. It took a year to get my hair to where I wanted, but she worked her magic and I couldn't be happier with how my hair has looked since I've been going to her. She truly cares for her clients and always takes the time to explain the process and answer any questions I have. In the past, I have brought in hair inspiration pictures, and Anne can get it spot on! Anne values her client's input and also makes the integrity of her client's hair a priority. She is the only one I trust with my hair! This salon was also just remodeled, and it looks FABULOUS. It is very modern and really adds to the pampering experience!! read more

Athena was great, I got the time of my appointment mixed up but she was still able to fit me in. I have really long hair, but I hadn't had a cut in a while so it was riddled in split ends. I wanted to get rid of all the damaged bits without sacrificing too much length all while changing it up a bit. Asked her what the best route was and ended up with some long layers and face framing pieces it turned out amazing and my hair feels so much healthier now. She was even kind enough to give some tips and product recommendations. Overall a great salon experience read more

I have been a client of Lolo for quite some time now unfortunately my last visit didn't go well. I showed her pictures of the color i was looking for,if she knew i couldn't get to that color, she should of explained it to me or given me a breakdown of how many sessions I needed before achieving that color. Instead she told me she would need to bleach my hair so she can give me exactly what I want & proceeded to charge me an additional $115. At the end of the appointment I noticed my hair was still very red when i was told bleaching it would get to the brown i wanted but she said to give it a week or so. I reached out about 2 weeks later to inform her my hair was now turning orange and she said she can squeeze me in to tone my hair at no charge. I responded with a date and since then she's ghosted me. I spent $300 for my hair to look orange, dry and with a lot of split ends (she also did a hair cut). I'm very disappointed and would not be coming here again. read more

Developing a fungal infection after a pedicure has been both frustrating and concerning, as it has required treatment, caused discomfort, and impacted my daily routine. While I understand that infections can occur for various reasons, customers should be able to feel confident that tools, foot baths, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between clients. I hope management takes this matter seriously, reviews its sanitation procedures, and ensures that proper infection-control practices are consistently followed to prevent other customers from having a similar experience. I wanted to share my experience so that others can make informed decisions and so the salon has an opportunity to address these concerns. I was scared to post as I have seen the owner comment back in other comments where the similar situation happened to other clients here and him stating that they probably got it wrong elsewhere. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

This salon also used pictures of my face to promote their salon without my consent even after I was denied service by hair stylist Anne Blair . She denied me service just because I told her I did not want to keep paying more money if the job can be done a 100%. She then went and told the whole salon staff a bunch of lies that she turned the whole salon against me. This person not only did not take accountability of her poor bayalage technique. She blamed my pain medication as the reason as to why my hair was getting brassy. Also, she body shamed me for being thin and for not being as white as her. Who would want to work with a hair stylist who isn't honest, petty and unprofessional. I'm truly disgusted by this salon. I will definitely not step in ever. After siding with a hair stylist that clearly is full of envy and pettiness. Please do yourself a favor and do not support this small business full of unprofessional people who defend a bully.
